Very nice, although we hadn't made a reservation we were treated and served very courteously, highly recommended.

A truly fantastic steakhouse! The meat was cooked to perfection, the side dishes fresh and flavorful. The service was attentive and friendly. A thoroughly enjoyable evening – highly recommended!

One star is too much!!!! The staff was unfriendly, inattentive, and overworked. The service manager was uninterested! We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our drinks and 2 hours and 15 minutes for our food. Of course, it arrived oversalted! Don't come here!!!

The New York Burger is the most delicious burger in all of Hamburg. The patty is so juicy that you practically sink into it with all the juice and appetite. Special praise goes to the man at reception – he creates a really cool, welcoming atmosphere and perfectly complements the entire ambiance of this place. I wish everyone could visit this place at least once.

The food was delicious, the rump steak was good. Unfortunately, they started moving tables around during our meal, probably because of the impending rain. Unfortunately, it somewhat spoiled the ambiance and atmosphere. The service could have been more helpful in asking for drinks in between. I felt the food lacked a special flair; it was just dishes you'd get at any good steakhouse.

I showed up spontaneously without a reservation. I was treated very friendly and courteously. Overall, the service was very friendly and pleasant, attentive, interested, but not intrusive. There was nothing wrong with the food; the steak was cooked as ordered and tasted good. The side dishes were fresh and plentiful. The interior is a bit dark but tastefully decorated (it's a matter of taste anyway). The seating is comfortable.

So, this steakhouse doesn't have 4.7 stars. If you want to go to a steakhouse for a reasonable price and eat well with average-quality ingredients, this is the place for you. We ate and drank the following: Aperol Spritz: Unfortunately, it wasn't good. Probably not an original Aperol and a cheap Prosecco. But it only cost €6.90. Spezi: It was a Paulaner Spezi as stated on the menu - perfect 👍🏻 Steak with fried potatoes: The steak was very good and cooked medium-rare as requested. The only drawback: it wasn't 200g. We often go for steak and therefore know how big it should be. I'd guess 20-30g less. The fried potatoes had more onions than potatoes. I thought that was a shame, since I wanted fried potatoes, not onions with potatoes. They tasted good, though. London Burger with Curly Fries: The burger was a pre-made patty, which is okay for the price. It should have been cooked thoroughly, though. It wasn't. I can get it medium if it's fresh and homemade. It tasted good, but we've had much better ones. The curly fries were good. Since we enjoy fine dining and expect significantly higher quality from a steakhouse, we wouldn't recommend it.

I ordered medium-rare, but it wasn't even remotely cooked; it was completely raw inside, and I eat steak regularly. The steak was very gray on the outside, not crispy. After we asked for it to be seared again, it didn't improve; it was just warmed up. It didn't release any juices, which was a sign that it was old meat. The potato wasn't cooked through, and neither was the baguette. The lady who served us was very friendly, though, but I would never eat there again because I had such a bad experience.

Beware: the owner actively encourages all customers to give good reviews and then asks how many stars they received so the entire restaurant can hear it. And unfortunately, it really wasn't that good. I wouldn't give it more than 3 stars under any circumstances, and I wouldn't go back for that reason alone (apart from the mediocre food).

We were completely impressed by the Big Bull Steakhouse in Hamburg: The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff extremely attentive. The 300g rump steak was perfectly cooked, wonderfully tender, and full of flavor—a real highlight for meat lovers. The crispy chicken burger is also impressive: crispy, juicy chicken meets fresh ingredients and a delicious, homemade curry sauce. Add to that a good selection of sides and a cool Paulaner Spezi—we'll definitely be back!
