The steak was spot on perfect. Soft like butter on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside with a pleasant roasted aroma. The burrata salad was also highly recommended. Ambience is wonderful and very cozy.

Great place with open kitchen. The steaks were great on the second try. Good options for starters and drinks too. Friendly and attentive service. Bring your dog cause they not only get water but also meat.

It's completely unclear to me where the good reviews came from before. Created by a bot in China? The ambience was rather simple, with the impression of wanting to make something better out of a former pizzeria? The Asian lady served us very hard and friendly, but unfortunately she didn't really fit into the concept. The best part of the meal was the bottled beer. The steaks were grossly over-salted, cut way too thin, tough and cold. Salad floating in oil, bread burnt, pepper sauce from a can. The steaks started at €25.00, too expensive for this quality. The Cre’mant was poured very puny. The chef kept coming out of his cave to speak to the guests (with a beard down to his stomach), which would be nice in itself. His jacket was just pretty dingy. At home, the hair and clothes smelled of rancid grease. NEVER AGAIN!

We chose this restaurant for our anniversary. Absolutely top class. Great service, great ambience, top advice and the food has a unique taste. Thanks for the great evening 😊 we'll be back 😍

Excellent food and exceptional service! We visited The Block for the first time and were immediately impressed by the lovely ambiance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding! It was beautifully seasoned, the menu was plentiful, and the food was beautifully presented.

It's really cheeky that you have to clear the table again after an hour! The food was cold and you were pressured to eat and leave the restaurant quickly! Weak how it turned out.

The service is excellent! The atmosphere is also very nice! Unfortunately the steaks and fries were lukewarm! And that even though the grill is less than 5 m away. Completely incomprehensible. You can happily do without a steak that is lukewarm, especially at today's prices.

Despite on the website saying it opens for lunch, I was there today at 12h and it was not open ! Door locked, curtains closed .. very disappointing. If you don’t open for lunch you should write that

My children were there yesterday and were served extremely rudely. The waitress begged for tips, asked the children their nationality and spoke badly about our native language. Never again.
