The Weinstube Mögle offers regional cuisine of the best quality. The menu with typical Swabian dishes is small - but the quality is in every detail. Even inconspicuous side dishes are apparently only made with the best ingredients - the potato salad side dish, for example, had: B. a clear taste of real beef broth. The onion roast, which has already been praised many times by other testers, was incredibly tender with an excellent sauce that was definitely homemade. Although I wasn't asked what it should be like, it was actually exactly how I like it (medium). The service was quick and friendly. So from my side there is absolutely nothing to complain about - completely untypical for what is usually said about the Swabians. I'd love to come back.

Together with my partner we have wanted to visit the Hasen pub for a long time. Today we motivated ourselves and called them. Unfortunately no one answered. Since we live practically around the corner, I thought it wouldn't hurt to find out more locally. Well, you thought wrong. As expected, I waited briefly at the entrance. At a quarter to 8 on a Thursday in Stuttgart the store was full. One lady at the bar and one in service. Both probably very busy. Since I worked in the catering industry for about 6 to 7 years, I didn't want to put any pressure on myself. I moved towards the bar and waited until someone took the time to have a quick chat. Maybe I looked around a little too much... After intense looks from both ladies (I can't say whether they both own the inn), one of the bar took pity on me and asked me very dryly, raising her voice: What do I actually want????!! I briefly described the situation. Unfortunately, that didn't make it any better because they didn't want to believe me that I didn't know this store and: How can I not know that they are always fully booked? You have to make a reservation!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately a very unpleasant experience. After repeating for the 3rd time that it was my first time there, I finally got a business card. Unfortunately, this gesture was not inviting. You could have saved yourself some trouble by handing me the card from the start and brushing me off in a friendlier tone. Then it would be sorted out in 1 minute and would be absolutely fine for me. Very, very unfortunate. I would have loved to try the good food that everyone writes about here. I ordered a salad with smoked salmon, which was not bad in taste but still very disappointing. Apart from the few strips of salmon, it was unfortunately just a simple leaf salad, without a slice of cucumber, tomato, radish or anything else. Not even cress or a few seeds for decoration. The mixed side salad almost made more sense. Unfortunately 0 is justified for the price

There is absolutely nothing to complain about here! Absolutely high-quality, delicious food, all available as a 3/4 portion if desired. Super nice service and cozy atmosphere! Here, in the positive, less is more is appropriate…. When we saw the small menu we were a bit shocked at first. There were three of us... me, my husband and my 5 year old daughter. We then chose three dishes… gnocchi with cheese sauce, my husband a meat dish with spaetzli and I ravioli. All three dishes were excellent and prepared with love. It has various German wine. I chose a red wine that I didn't really like. I then asked... The boss was so nice and understanding and simply brought me another wine... You don't find many restaurant operators anymore who are so nice and hospitable and also so nice to the children... If we are in the area we will come back.

I've been enjoying coming here for years. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly and the price/performance ratio is just right.

The Muckenstüble plate, with Maultaschen, bacon, pork loin, spaetzle and sauce is recommended. Asparagus was tender and crunchy. The wine recommendation was also very good 👍 Thank you to the team for pampering us today on the 2nd day of Easter.
