I would like to go there again for a beer 🍻

It doesn't work at all. Had to wait over 2 hours. Never again. At first delivery was between 4:20-4:30 p.m. then at 4:30 p.m. it was switched to 5:30 p.m. The order was placed at 3:13 p.m....it doesn't work at all.

So far ok, recommended for a small snack. The salad with chicken looks very big at first glance, but the plate is full of salad and there are chicken strips on top. A little cheese on top to finish it off. But delicious. The meat is very tender. For the price it could be a little more. Above all, there are only two slices of baguette. It would be nicer if there was one more slice and there was the option to get toasted baguette. Would be Crossiger. It's comfortable to sit outside, eat and people watch :-)

Test meal for 2x currywurst, both spicy, 1x with stone oven baguette, 1x with fries, with red/white. Was surprisingly tasty. The sausage was good, the fries were delicious, the 4 slices of the stone oven baguette were also good. 15 euros together, no drinks. Portions good, a bit more sausage could have been used, especially because it was so good. Level of spiciness - mildly spicy. We will go there again and try other things too.

The food and the ambience are good and pleasant... but it's been a long time since I've had such PERFECT service... Thank you very much and gladly again.

Fast food restaurant that really lives up to this standard. Uncomplicated, very good snack and outrageously tasty. The service people are very friendly and cheerful. They also make no distinction between regular and occasional visitors. In any case, me and my dachshund like it there.

This review refers to the lentils with spaetzle, which we ordered to take away. There's not much to complain about in terms of taste, but there is only the fact that the portion size has roughly halved since the last time, while the price has increased one and a half times. Please adjust again, the balanced mix of portion size, taste and price used to be your great strength...

The idea behind Tobi's is good, but the implementation is lacking. When it comes to Swabian cuisine, especially Maultaschen and Kässpätzle, you won't really be happy here. The taste was decent, but there was hardly any sauce on the plate. Worse still: the touted melting onions that were absolutely essential were not available. Instead, fried onions. - Disappointing.

Nice shop, with good food and friendly service. We ordered Black Forest Maultaschen (2 Maultaschen with Black Forest ham and cheese gratinated, with leaf salad) and Maultaschen in the broth. To drink an apple spritzer and a mango-passionfruit lemonade from 0.33 bottles. You can view the menu online. We were allowed to choose a table outside. The employees were very friendly, and it also had the impression that there was a good atmosphere among the employees. Food came quickly and was delicious. They're not huge portions, they were fine for me (female, 36 years old) and my daughter (10 years old). I thought it was a bit of a shame that there was “only” Kaiserschmarrn as dessert.

Affordable regional food in a central area with good service from the staff

We were in Stuttgart for 2 days and wanted to eat “Swabian-typical” food for one day. Now, visiting a brewery with a 5-year-old is not always that easy, and you spend a lot of money, but at the same time you have to constantly regulate. Tobi's was a very good alternative! Had cheese spaetzle, baked Maultaschen and a schnitzel variant there. We enjoyed it very much. What should be particularly mentioned: When I ordered the cheese spaetzle, I was asked whether a salad should be served with it. There wasn't a great reaction to my "no thanks, it's for a 5 year old". And yet the fried onions were served separately and there was even extra children's cutlery. And all this even though it wasn't a children's menu. Absolutely top class and not mentioned yet. For everyone, especially families, who want an informal but tasty (and preferably quick) lunch - definitely go here. It was really really great!

The schnitzel and the sauce are okay for the price. But the “Spätzle” doesn’t work at all. Some kind of substance that doesn't taste too soft. Turned me off. That's not possible for a Swabian restaurant/snack bar in the Swabian metropolis. I gave the third star for the humane prices. A little praise for that ;-)

Today was not a good day to eat here. I remembered this restaurant as being much better. Lentils, spaetzle and sides. Lentils, good, spaetzle average, sides tasteless and inedible. Swabian plate, Maultaschen, dry and seemed reheated. Meatloaf, tasteless, potato salad probably from a bucket, potatoes, hard and salad cold. The sauce was not honestly made, but ready-made. The service responded excellently to our criticism. Highest praise for them! I remember that I used to eat very well here, hence our visit today. This restaurant advertises traditional, German and Swabian cuisine. Our meal today was definitely not a reference. I hope that this constructive criticism is taken seriously by the owners.

A good Kölsch and good quality food. A new addition, for example, is the Aperol Sprizz. In the Stuttgart area, price, performance and taste: the best!! Of course, many thanks to the team

Even though it wasn't busy, I had to wait 30 minutes for a currywurst with fries. Been here for the first and last time.

Stopped here for lunch on a rainy day in Stuttgart. The “Spicy Currywurst” was very spicy but tasty. It's a bit unclear whether you will be served or should pick it up yourself. But quite ok for a little break

Great food, great service and overall a cool place. I can highly recommend it. The price-performance ratio is also excellent.

I would say a Swabian fast food restaurant. Food was ordered quickly and delivered quickly. Portions are good and a normal person will also be full. Of course it's not a 5 star restaurant, but when I visited it was just the right thing at the right time. It was also inexpensive.

Our first address every year during the FMX. There is also a lunch menu where you can try out the specialties every day... Maultaschen, Spätzle, Saiten... Good!

Very nice prices for Swabian dishes. They have English menu for tourist and lunch menu as well. Space is cosy and service is fast and friendly. We had the Swabian ravioli with potato salad and it was lovely.

Very nice staff and good atmosphere. Unfortunately very small portion (would be more like a children's portion in other restaurants). Potato salad not to my taste. Schnitzel is very small and breading sticks to the meat without any air. Probably frozen schnitzel? Definitely not what I mean by “Viennese style”.

Here for the first time. Food was great. Special requests are fulfilled. Sebastian is the best, attentive, super friendly and on the ball. Vegimaultaschen (I'm a meat eater) are fantastic. Love of home and schnitzel with cheese spaetzle, delicious. Definitely coming back 👍👍👍

Casual place serving local Swabian food. You order at the counter and pick a table. Good quality food at very reasonable prices. Beer selection is also good.

The restaurant itself is very, very beautifully designed 😍 very cozy and modern and the team that was on shift there in the evening was also really friendly 👌🏼 choosing the menu is not made easy either 🙈 every dish sounds good 🤤😍 We recommend. You can't complain about the price and you can get what you ordered quickly.

Frozen goods are warmed up and served here. You can always do it better at home, it's a joke.

The place is good for a quick bite on a budget.

Always very tasty! Regular guest for years. Whether in the evening with schnitzel and fries and freshly tapped Kölsch or a light, short lunch.

Unfortunately it has diminished significantly. My Maultaschen tasted like it came out of a package, as did the potato salad. The staff were super friendly, but you couldn't expect better food for the price. Unfortunately, much worse than before.

The restaurant was nice and the food was also fine, but the service was the thing that stood out the most. The young woman with blonde hair and glasses was kind and made sure everything was to our liking. She tried her best to communicate with us and although mistakenly we ordered pork due to not knowing german (that we do not eat) she offered to change it to chicken without any additional cost.

Sehr sehr schlechter Service... sitzen 15 min drinne, fast nix los und werden sogar ständig vom Service angeschaut, aber niemand kommt um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Schließlich sind wir dann Hungrig gegangen!

La serveuse a refusé de nous servir à boire alors que le restaurant fermait dans 20 minutes! Nous sommes de fidèles clients et nous ne reviendrons plus, c’est dommage.

One of the best places to experience authentic Swabian cuisine

Wir haben unser Mittagessen dort eingenommen. Die Bedingungen waren sehr höflich und haben uns am Tisch bedient. In der Regel geht man zum Tresen, aber wir waren zu verpeilt. Das Essen war zügig am Tisch und war super lecker. Die Portion war ausreichend und großzügig. Der Chef kam zum kassieren und war locker, cool drauf. Auch die Toiletten waren sauber. Wenn ich wieder im Stuttgart war, komme ich gerne wieder

Gestern war eine Karneval Party im Tobi's von den "Rheingeschmeckten" mit freiem Eintritt. Die Essenskarte war etwas kleiner als sonst. Allerdings war das Essen lecker und die Preise mehr als gerecht für Stuttgart nah am Schloßplatz. 4 € für kleine Pommes, die mehr als klein war. Die Getränkekarte ist vielfältig. Für Kölner Karneval wurde Kölsch gezapft. Sonst verschiedene 🍻 und Limos. Dort gibt's auch Cocktails in der Flasche, die den frisch Gemixten im nichts nachtehen. Für Party ideal. Die Bedienung war flott und haben in dem Tresen auch mitgefeiert, was zur ausgelassen Stimmung beitrug. Alles war gelungen. Ab zu der nächsten Party, wenn die Faschingszeit die heiße Phase erreicht.

Wow! Mein erstes Mal schwäbische Küche und ich bin begeistert. Wir hatten Maultaschen, Spätzle, Fleischkäse und Kartoffelsalat und alles hat super lecker geschmeckt. Wir wurden schnell und außergewöhnlich freundlich bedient. Und die Preise sind sehr fair. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Erfahrung! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leckeres Essen zu normale Preisen, nette Bedienung und gemütlich zum sitzen

Seit der Eröffnung kommen wir sehr gerne hier Essen. Es gibt schwäbische Speisen (Maultaschen) , Klassiker wie Pommes (Schranke) mit Currywurst oder süße Leckereien wie Kaiserschmarrn. Seit einiger Zeit gibt es auch sehr leckere Salate - fruchtig und abwechslungsreich. Die Mitarbeiter sind echt zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Wenn mal eine Speise nicht perfekt ist oder ausversehen vertauscht wurde und man dies den Mitarbeitern mitteilt, dann wird sofort für Kundenzufriedenheit gesorgt. Daher bin ich bisher immer höchst zufrieden gewesen. Das absolute Highlight ist, dass dort Kölsch frisch gezapft wird. In der Happy-Hour von 17-18 Uhr für 1,50 Euro. Sehr beliebt und für uns oft ein extra Besuch wert. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen. Die Hygienevorschriften werden optimal umgesetzt und die Tische bei der Bestellung an der Theke zugeteilt.

We didn’t enjoyed the food, and especially the atmosphere of this food court. If you want to try some Swabian food, you definitely need to find a better a place.

Das Essen hat mich nicht überzeugt. Das Dessert kam gleichzeitig zum Hauptessen trotz Hinweises.

Bedienerin unmöglich unfreundlich. Genervt von der Kundschaft, absolut den falschen Job in dem Fall gewählt. Das Schnitzel war sehr lecker, auf Grund des Services werden wir trotzdem nicht mehr kommen.

Super nette Mitarbeiter und gutes günstiges Essen, schnell serviert einfach lecker!
