During my visit I met friendly, pleasant staff. The sub prepared was of the usual quality. It was just a shame that the vouchers Subway distributed in the mailboxes were not accepted. Payment with credit card is also not possible.

The lady who served me today is the perfect trademark for Subway in Eilenburg. I have never experienced such a friendly and courteous demeanor within the various fast food chains! Keep it up!

I had the worst experience at this Subway!!!! I ordered a plant based chicken teriyaki sub and they gave me a chicken teriyaki sub. I am a vegetarian and I clearly mentioned “plant based”. When I told the employee about this, they said that I only mentioned “Chicken Teriyaki” and that I placed the wrong order. If I am a vegetarian, why would I even order a “Chicken Teriyaki” They didn’t even replace or refund me for my order instead I had to pay for another other. No doubt, they gave me a 3 euro discount on a 9 euro sub but this is so not acceptable. I was really hungry and frustrated to go to another place so I ended up paying for another sub and throwing away the wrong one. I didn’t expect this from Subway!!

The restaurant could use a bit of modernization. Appears “worn”. But the subs taste great (like everywhere at Subway). Remarkable: I have always noticed the staff's extraordinary friendliness and very good service.
