The staff (middle-aged man with glasses) served us in an incredibly condescending manner. The sub for €9.5 is definitely not worth the money in this store.

Professional, fast and friendly

Too few crew. MA can't do it, but standing in a fast food shop for half an hour when it feels like 30 degrees is not okay. One person makes the online orders and one has to hold the position for all customers in the shop.

Would order again, nice staff and nice restaurant

Beware of rip-offs! The app advertises a 30% discount on a footlong sub. Participating restaurant at Leipzig/Halle Airport, see attached image. Because of this, I didn't pick up the sub from my local restaurant (the promotions always work there), but waited at the airport, knowing full well that subs cost €1 more here at the airport. After waiting 20 minutes, we were served by the only (!) employee present. The line in front of and behind us was extremely long; it's incomprehensible why no other employees were there to help. During the payment process, the app was scanned, the discount was recognized, and the employee immediately manually deleted it from the register, explaining that she was sorry, but her boss had forbidden her to accept it. Of course, our order was already completely ready, and we had to catch the plane, so we avoided further discussion, especially since the employee was obviously uncomfortable with it. Advance notice would have been helpful. The second star is only because the Asian-looking employee was friendly and the sub was tasty. I hope Subway headquarters reads this and takes action against this rip-off and its franchisee.

No reward program, no app, only very limited card payments, friendly employees. Rather small branch. There used to be a cookie for reviews or feedback, but that doesn't exist here either. Paying with your cell phone wasn't possible at all.

I had ordered two platters of sandwiches and wraps and two salads for pickup at 7 p.m. It was supposed to be dinner for a small birthday party. When I arrived, both employees were unaware of any order, and the place was full. After a phone call, they at least found the order list and started preparing it. I was able to receive the food at 8 p.m. The sandwiches, while not crispy, tasted good. The wraps, on the other hand, had probably thawed quickly and were rolled up and inedible. As compensation, they at least gave me a €3.50 discount on a total price of €85.90. Ridiculous! Considering my guests had to wait an hour and half the food had to be thrown away, it was simply embarrassing!

We went here with a great attitude, hoping to enjoy our lunch. As we ordered, we started off with one sub and were asked if we wanted anything else, to which we replied yes! Our cashier told us she would worry about that later. Later rolls around, and she started getting on to 'raised her voice' us because we apparently didn't tell her that we wanted more stuff. She rang us up and started making her own lunch! One of our friends was waiting to order. She noticed this and yelled at him that he should have ordered with us. But he wanted to pay separately. She yelled at us about human decency, and he had his order taken by someone else.

The lady who served me today is the perfect trademark for Subway in Eilenburg. I have never experienced such a friendly and courteous demeanor within the various fast food chains! Keep it up!
