I'm very satisfied with my order. The staff was also very friendly.

If I could give the service 0 stars, I would. We weren't greeted or said goodbye to, nor were we politely asked what we'd like. There was no communication before or after. Eyes were rolled at simple questions and the employee made mistakes. I won't be going to this store again if this employee is working there. Some employees should seriously reconsider their job choices.

We've always had very tasty food, but unfortunately we found ourselves standing in front of closed doors today, even though the shop was supposed to be open for over half an hour. Two employees stand in the store grinning, with the display still full, and when asked why it is already closed, they say: “due to sick leave.” Unfortunately it was incomprehensible since there was usually only one employee there at a time and neither of them seemed particularly ill. It's a shame, but apparently they closed early for cleaning.

I got a Sub Taco Fiesta today. The saleswoman didn't even point out to us that an ingredient wasn't available and when we asked if she had forgotten it, she said "we don't have it, it's all". Instead of giving a discount or something else, she didn't make any objections. I find this very outrageous, especially given the price of 7 euros.

Classic subway. However, the branch does not participate in Subway Rewards. Apparently the scanner is defective, but I see from other reviews that this hasn't been the case in the last few months.

The freshly prepared sandwiches are top and with coupons the price/performance only makes sense. Tables are sometimes crumbled/smeared by the previous guest

You don't have the option to park directly at the subway as there is no parking space there. Today we stood on the footpath with the vans. The shop itself was very dirty. Behind the counter there was a woman who didn't really speak German. Food was OK. And, I ordered food to take away and then had to pay an extra €0.10 for the bag, which is actually free everywhere. It was definitely my first and last visit there.

A lot of skilled workers work in the restaurant. You order two different footlongs with different side dishes via Lieferando, but you receive two identical loaves of bread without side dishes. For this I paid delivery fee, service fee and transaction costs. I went there (additional costs) and complained. The staff was unreasonable and rude. Apparently they hadn't made a mistake, but strangely enough, there was a correctly prepared order sitting next to the cash register. This was now cold and I had to pay even more. This wasn't the first time an order had problems, but this time it would definitely be the last. German is not spoken here, let alone read. This place should be closed by Subway. Never again!!!

Franchisee does not accept rewards app/coupons. Disappointing.

During opening hours the door is locked and you can no longer generate sales. It seems like someone is having a good time

I have to say, I am completely satisfied. The food is always fresh and delicious. Staff is always friendly. Can't understand some of the reviews. I've always had positive experiences so far. No waiting forever or anything. It's nice to come there. It tastes especially good after work.

I often stop by here for a coffee to go. The staff is always very friendly and speaks great english.
