Subway Deutschland in Leipzig

For anyone who wants to eat a delicious sandwich at any time of the day, Subway is the place for you. This branch is open until late at night, so if you arrived late on the train to Leipzig, here is a good option.

The shop is a very nice place, and Leipzig's main train station is a well-chosen location to reach as many people as possible. I would suggest making the premises a bit larger; otherwise, it's a top-notch shop. I'd gladly come again! Best regards, Sambamann

Friendly staff, but the bread (honey oat) was unfortunately particularly dry today. The tuna paste wasn't mixed very well either. I had the same sub two days earlier at another branch, where it tasted much better. The shop is a bit small and uncomfortable.

The food was very good, with plenty of plant-based options. There's plenty of seating. The staff is very friendly.

My partner wanted to order a sub of the day. The machines for taking orders were quite slow, and the loading times took almost 10 seconds. Then my partner's card didn't work. After the second failed attempt, I took over the payment process. It worked perfectly. In the end, no receipt came out of the machine, so we didn't have a pickup number. When we informed the customer service about the problems, we were met with a tired smile. The employee wasn't particularly motivated either. There was no apology, either. The food was okay, but the service left something to be desired. There's still room for improvement.

First, the essentials. The staff were a bit distracted. The self-ordering system didn't work properly. The food was good as usual. Much cheaper than in Switzerland, of course. What made this visit unique, however, was the live performance. From a window seat (or rather, the front row), you could watch the spectacle. At the beginning of the performance, two young men ran through the station concourse. People were shouting and arguing. Suddenly, a bag flew. I suspect it was stolen goods that had been "returned." The other side, however, didn't like this, and a chase began. One man fell to the ground and was only able to avoid an attack by skillfully defending himself with his feet on his back. Eventually, one of the men fled. Shortly afterward, security officers arrived and examined the scene, supported by two Talahons. A short time later, the drama was over. As we left the station, we found some more evidence. Apparently, another man smacked his McDonald's order out of his hand (whether accidentally or intentionally is anyone's guess), which must have been the source of the initial conflict. We'll be back for Subway!

Service 10/10 and food tastes great. I can only recommend it.

I recently went to the Subway at Leipzig Central Station and unfortunately have to share my disappointment. When I tried to redeem a voucher, I received a five-minute lecture explaining that it wasn't possible – the QR code apparently wasn't working. Instead of a solution, I was simply told to ask next time. Furthermore, the store was in an extremely unsanitary condition. And instead of a 15 cm and a 30 cm sandwich, I received three 15 cm sandwiches – completely absurd. The entire experience was frustrating and anything but customer-friendly.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed...for the second time. Recently, I ordered a sub with double the cheese and only got it once. Today I tried again. Ordered double the cheese and this time I didn't get any, so no cheese at all. Too bad, but I paid for it. I rarely go to Subway, but of course I hope to get what I order. The new ordering tablets are certainly nice for the employees, but unfortunately, you can no longer check whether the order is correct. Apparently, in the future, you'll have to check the sub after you've received it. Alternatively, the system needs to be revised so that employees can see the extras more clearly. Decide for yourself.

First of all, the waitress gave me a lecture because I asked about the cheese choices and she had apparently already mentioned them to my friends three times before (which was not the case). She also gave me the wrong vegetables. The sub actually tasted good, but everyone was immediately hungry again, so it wasn't filling at all.

Very nice staff, quiet atmosphere where you can enjoy your delicious sub as well as very nice salespeople with the finest culinary skills. Highly recommended and the bread is toasted to the perfect degree, not too much and not too little!

You get what you expect from a good Subway. Very good, especially for a shop in the train station. Staff tries to fill the subs as quickly as possible, but pays a lot of attention to customer satisfaction. There are also a few places to eat on site. At least in the morning everything is, as you would expect, very clean and tidy.
