Very small branch with frequently changing but always friendly staff. Despite the location right next to the track hall, it's not drafty.

You get what you expect from a good Subway. Very good, especially for a shop in the train station. Staff tries to fill the subs as quickly as possible, but pays a lot of attention to customer satisfaction. There are also a few places to eat on site. At least in the morning everything is, as you would expect, very clean and tidy.

I always get the same thing here. It's tasty every time and I'm greeted by competent and friendly staff. You often have little luck at Subway restaurants, but it's very pleasant here! The meat was cold. I said so and then they said it couldn't be me. Then I touched it and then they warmed it up again, but it wasn't the first time that this happened. Here I reproduce the content of my letter to Subway Germany and the Leipzig Health Department: My daughter and I ordered a 6" Great Caesar Sub and a 12" m at around 4 p.m. today. When I asked whether you could make changes to the toppings, your employee explained to me that this wasn't possible. She also cannot take additional ingredients, such as extra cheese etc., into account when ordering. We don't actually know that from other Subway branches. When I pointed out that, at the age of 53, I didn't want to be addressed as laissez-faire by the employee (according to the receipt, Clara #24), she ignored it, pointing out that her boss had conveyed it to her that way. Well, maybe that’s because of today’s times. Personally, I find it fundamentally disrespectful to use the first name of older people, especially when the omission is indicated. But the worst thing is the miserable hygienic conditions. Flies (the nice green shimmering ones) on the food everywhere. Baking trays for the bread are piled up on the counter to start ordering, there seems to be a construction site at the back of the building that is not separated from the restaurant, the work surface area is dirty and smeared with food residue, the checkout area is full of dirt and dust and greasy. In short: unsustainable, unappetizing and simply a mess! Since the order was placed by me, I paid the bill of €19.48 and left the train station. In my apartment, I threw the previously purchased products into the trash can because I can't and don't want to eat something like that and I also don't want to pass it on to my daughter. The SmkyBeastSub you ordered has absolutely nothing to do with the picture on your menu and is not even similar to the product pictured. For all readers here: NEVER AGAIN SUBWAY.

Ordered 2 subs and 12 cookies to go today. Unfortunately when we got home we discovered that there were only 10 cookies. When it comes to prices, I think it's a shame if the employees don't count properly but 12 is still charged.

The order went quickly, even though there were two more in front of me. While eating you have a nice view of the lobby and you can watch the hustle and bustle of the station :)

In the evening we got a sandwich. The counter left a very untidy impression. The staff was very unmotivated and sometimes unfriendly - as a host you should have learned differently. The sandwich wasn't nicely topped - it was just mashed together. I won't be buying anything here anymore and therefore won't make any recommendations. Tip: give it a wide berth.

Fastest subway this side of the Elbe. I am always served quickly and friendly here, from the bread display case to the checkout it rarely takes more than 5 minutes, the bag costs extra but it is rolled up with a level of care that is second to none 😘

Hey, To be completely honest, I've been eating at this subway for the last 3 years. It just makes me angry that the unfriendliness of the staff tops everything. In dialogues regarding the ingredients there are cheeky statements that make you feel a little offended. e.g. because you don't say all the ingredients at once. I really like getting something from Subway. But it's no fun going there anymore. Maybe something will change. Kind regards

Staff mostly quite unfriendly. Hardly any sauce or extras upon request. Been there 3 times now and it's always the same... Subs are okay, salads are strongly discouraged.

Employees very incompetent, one hears voices and the other has a short-term memory of 5 seconds. The food was squashed like a hamster under a hamster wheel.

Above all, the ambience was really outstanding, just as I'm used to from Subway: short, crisp, clean and functional. What I DON'T understand is that the person serving me didn't want to listen to me or serve me because I had a beer in my hand. I wouldn't go to the Citizens' Office with an open bottle, but the food shop at the main train station, where various crackheads regularly get their fix... I don't understand the problem.

Subway is in the main station where we were. It was clean and the pers. was friendly. The dishes for those who know them are standard like in all fast food chains. But I prefer to go here like I would go to Burger King or McDonald's - it tastes better and a little healthier than the others.

Wir mussten 1 Stunde auf den Zug warten. Wir holten uns deshalb jeder ein großes Baguette. Die Zubereitung war gut,da wir es selbst belegen konnten. Wir hatten es auch im Geschäft gegessen.

Eines morgens mussten wir aufbrechen. Schnell, zügig, hastig in den Zug. Unsere Mägen leer, knurrend. Wir fanden Zuflucht bei Subway. Geborgenheit, Wärme und saftige Sandwiches waren unsere Gastgeber und verzückten unsere johlenden Leiber. Das 30cm sub wurde innovativ und präzise in 2 verschiedene Papiere verpackt, genial. Das liebliche Lächeln der tüchtigen, etwas gedrungenen Frau mit lila gefärbtem Haupthaar, gab uns Kraft für die anstehende Reise. Der erste Biss im ICE sang ein freudiges Lied aus Abschied, Sehnsucht, Kindheitserinnerungen und Ferne. Gaumen umschmeichelt, Gemüt besänftigt. Danke Subway für diesen Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

Ich kann soweit über die Qualität, die Sauberkeit und den Service nichts Negatives sagen. Nur dass die Filiale an einem Samstagabend um Punkt 0 Uhr geschlossen ist, ist traurig für einen solchen Standort in einer Stadt wie Leipzig.

Ein Mitarbeiter alleine im Laden und kümmert sich um alles... Das er auf einem Sonntag Abend gestresst ist, kann man ihn nicht verübeln. Ist das überhaupt erlaubt? Was ist wenn er umkippt und niemand ihm helfen kann? Ich komme selbst aus der Gastro und bin Stress gewohnt aber was Subway hier als Arbeitgeber abzieht geht überhaupt nicht! Essen war trotzdem gut... Aber eigentlich sollte man so eine Ausbeutung nicht unterstützen....

Filiale wirkt recht gedrungen. Typische Subway-Auswahl - nichts besonderes. Das gewisse Etwas fehlt. Insgesamt 3,5 Sterne.
