I had a great experience at Subway in Zwickau, Poetenweg! The branch was clean and well organized, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it, the ingredients were fresh and the bread was nice and crusty. I particularly like the large selection of toppings and sauces - there really is something for every taste! The service was quick, the atmosphere pleasant, and I will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended!

The food was good - as always. I ordered and received my delivery on time and satisfactorily. In the evening, however, I received a private message from the Subway delivery person on Instagram. In all seriousness, the delivery person wrote down my name (my spelling isn't easy to remember), looked me up on social media and knows where I live. Isn't that a bit presumptuous? This is certainly not entirely without data protection law...

This subway is a modern subway with ordering terminals (ordering on screens with EC card payment). The staff are very friendly and prepare the food quickly. The restaurant makes a clean impression. There are enough tables and chairs available and are always clean. The finished sandwiches taste outstanding and are topped with fresh ingredients. Everyone is sure to find something they like on the menu.

The new ordering process via terminal is actually very practical, as you can also see the nutritional values and composition directly. But what doesn't work at all are the waiting times. When we arrived the store was almost empty and yet we had to wait almost 40 minutes from ordering, with only 3 orders in the queue. The employee didn't let herself be deterred by the queue, which ultimately got longer and longer. The bread was put together at a leisurely snail's pace. Even when there were finally three of the staff, there was no positive influence on the speed of work and given the time they took, the food wasn't really put together very well.

Hello, I was with them earlier and their employee was really disrespectful because I'm a foreigner. I eat with them 5 times a week. I was always at peace with them but now because of their employee I don't come to them anymore. It used to be really good, but it has been getting increasingly bad for a long time. The service in particular suffered (possibly due to frequent changes in personnel?). The sandwiches are prepared carelessly and as a customer you are treated more than served. You hardly have the opportunity to express your wishes and questions are rarely asked. Everything has to happen quickly, even when there is little going on. Loss of quality at all levels. Too bad!

If I could I wouldn't give a star! I have never had such a bad experience with a provider! Ordered two subs at 8:30 p.m., it arrived at 9:15 p.m., everything that could only be wrong was wrong! Then you call them and the only thing they say is "come to the branch tomorrow with the wrong subs and you can get a new one because everyone can say it's wrong" no apology or we can't find a solution! Now we're sitting there with no dinner and so very irritated! We will never buy from them again! And of course we diligently share our experience with friends and family. So that no one can do something so incapable again!

I am absolutely disappointed with Subway. We ordered our food at 8:30pm and it didn't arrive until 9:15pm. Unfortunately, one sub was completely wrong and another sub was assigned incorrectly. After we called, all we were told was to bring the subs in to be checked the next day to get new ones. Really great to spend an evening without eating and then make a special trip the next day to prove it wrong! Very customer friendly, really! Actually we should get our money back!

A very good snack bar with a lot of choice and friendly staff! Even when you order by phone or delivery, the rolls arrive crispy and warm. It tastes great and fills you up. 1/2 star deducted because I would be happy with spelled rolls. Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to eat anything containing wheat, so I always have to eat whole grains. But since Subway already has a lot of selection, I don't want to complain too much :)

Since our place of residence wasn't in the delivery area according to Lieferando, I called them and a very nice lady took my order over the phone (so it's worth asking!). The food (2 sub platters) came on time and was excellent, subs richly topped and with a total of 6 delicious sauces. We will order again.

In my opinion one of the most beautiful subways in Germany. Here you are always served with a smile, the subs are properly filled and the location is always sparkling. Since the renovation there have also been very tasty milkshakes and ice cream, which can only be recommended!

worst sub ever we were there on October 30th. there towards evening There were 4 people in the shop who served, 3 of whom made delivery orders, which is completely fine. A young lady served the walk-in customers, which were really limited, so everything was fine - you might think. She honestly took 15 minutes for 3 half 15cm subs without any special requests (just our bread). Of course, there are things that need to be done on the side, like stocking up on vegetables, the oven has to be shared with the orders... all good, but the documentation took forever. Until we got what we wanted to have documented, she seemed to be rattling around for half an eternity... that was really extremely tiring and frustrating. The sub was correspondingly cold and when you said “a little salt please” you got a mountain of salt on the sandwich - that made it inedible for me!

Habe gestern (21.11.23) ein Halbes Sub geholt aufgrund der Werbung „dein Lieblings-Sub für 3,49€“ aus der 6-Wochen bis Weihnachten Aktion…. Ohne Extras wie doppelt Käse… an der Kasse hat mir die Kassiererin den vollen Preis (5€ irgendwas) berechnet und hat gefragt „Was für eine Aktion? Es ist nur das Sub des Tages im Angebot. Und Chicken Terijaki schon gleich garnicht“…. Tut mir leid aber laut Altion habe ich das so verstanden das es für JEDES Sub mit 15cm Länge diesen Preis gibt. So schnell werde ich dort nicht mehr hingehen… wenn selbst die eigenen Mitarbeiter, die Chefin die Aktion nicht kennt… war immer gern bei Subway aber davon nehme ich jetzt erstmal Abstand. Und einen Kassenzettel zum Nachweis gibts erst recht nicht dazu… Nein danke.

Sehr gutes Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiter Sandra und Dave sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfreich und kompetent. Sie konnten alle Fragen beantworten und hatten auch am Feiertag ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Das Sandwich und der Service waren super. Wie immer sind alle Zutaten frisch und dir Sandwichbrote sind super weich. Ich liebe es. Der Shop wurde umgebaut und sieht jetzt auch sehr modern und hübsch aus. Wir kommen gern wieder. An die Chefetage : Bitte macht die Raspberrie Cheesecake cookies wieder!!!! Die mit Buttermilch und Lemon waren auch grandios.

Ich mag Subway an sich. Aber in dieser Filliale finde ich es schon irgendwo unverschämt das man als Kunde immer gedutzt wird (von dem jungen, kleinen Herr mit Brille und teils rot gefärbten Haaren). Leider bekommt man als Kunde auch oft mit wie über andere Kollegen gelästert wird. Finde ich persönlich etwas unangebracht so etwas vor einem Kunden zu besprechen. Vorallem wenn man seriös wirken will. Ebenso haben desöfteren auch schon Zutaten gefehlt für die man bezahlt hat. Eingesehen wird dies leider nicht… die Fahrer sind sehr freundlich und machen Ihre Arbeit gut!

Das Essen ist gut, aber leider ist der Service nicht sehr gut. Es ist nun leider schon das dritte mal vorgekommen das meine Bestellung falsch ist, was meiner Meinung nach nicht das größte Problem ist, kann ja mal passieren. Leider musste ich mir jedes Mal am Telefon anhören, das der den ich dran hatte (jedes Mal jemand anderes) meine Bestellung persönlich fertig gemacht hat und sich SICHER ist das diese Korrekt ist! Ändert leider nichts an der Tatsache das Bestellung und Lieferung unterschiedlich sind. Sobald es darum geht das ich das was ich bestellt und bezahlt habe auch gerne haben möchte wirds auch ein wenig unfreundlich und dann bekomme ich halt das nochmal geliefert... Schade da Kundenservice und Freundlichkeit leider ein wenig auf der Strecke bleibt, die Fahrer sind sehr freundlich und können natürlich nichts dafür was sich in den Sandwiches befindet bekommen dadurch aber bestimmt die eine oder andere Laune ab.

Sehr freundliches und verständnisvolles Personal. Wenn man zum ersten Mal hier bestellt, muss man sich nicht fürchten sich zu blamieren, sie helfen dir auch. Das Essen ist auch sehr delikat. Gut geeignet für alle Ernährungsweisen. Fleisch, Vegetarier, Veganer, glutenfrei... Alles dabei. Das "meatless chicken teriyaki" Sandwich ist meiner Meinung nach sehr empfehlenswert. Die kleinen angemessen portionierten Cookies sind als Dessert eine sehr gute Wahl.

Unfortunately I won't be able to go today or tomorrow. Had a pork knuckle that had been reheated at least 3 times, far dry and cooked to death. The sauce was something ready-made, still diluted, from Kn or Ma. The sauerkraut was the pinnacle of retribution. Thickened so much that the consistency was reminiscent of mashed potatoes. The dumplings weren't fully steamed. My girlfriend had Wiener Schnitzel. The breading was so thick that you couldn't taste any of the veal and didn't need a side dish. There was no taste of the salt and pepper seasoning either. My invited guest had salmon spaetzle...It was edible now, but manageable. The second guest didn't have any negative comments about it, but he isn't necessarily known as a foodie either. The Sachertorte was just dry and tasteless. When serving espressos, it helps immensely to preheat the 1cm thick cup, e.g. with warm water (a little tip from the expert), so that it is not already cold when served. You can't help it that the ceiling height is 4 m, but with a room temperature of 18 -20 degrees, you should at least manage not to serve food and hot drinks cold. Tighten up and change something. The level may be enough for the Zwickau soup proletariat, but it has nothing to do with sophisticated food culture. Too bad about the money

We were there yesterday evening as a larger group. The goose leg was extremely tough. No trace of crispy skin. When both people complained about the whole thing while clearing away, there was no reaction, no compensation - the full price of 30 euros was simply charged. For this price I would have expected top quality.
