Restaurant Sirtaki in Zwickau

Unfortunately we weren't very satisfied. We had reserved a table for 7 people. The service was really okay, the waitresses were very friendly and had a neat appearance. The ambience seemed cozy, only the tables and benches were a bit older and run down… Unfortunately, the disappointment came with the meal; the starters were unfortunately not convincing, as was the salad, which was served without dressing. The main courses were unfortunately very small and also very simple in taste. Unfortunately, the potatoes were still very soggy and didn't taste like garlic. The gyro was also very lightly seasoned. For dessert there was ice cream which already had a lot of ice crystals.

Always my pleasure. Our favorite Greek restaurant, not just in Zwickau. In addition to friendly service, there is also delicious food. The portions are large and there is a huge selection. The whole thing is always garnished with a little joke and a warm farewell. We always feel comfortable and welcome. 09.11.24 Unfortunately I have to deduct a star now. Since the old man is no longer in charge of the regime, the cordiality has waned significantly. I also understand that the prices have already been increased considerably. What I have no understanding for is that they are now making another “hidden” price increase and in the process degrading the otherwise very good side salad to pure iceberg lettuce, which now tastes so flat that you can easily do without it. The missing coleslaw component gave the whole thing flavor and structure and couldn't have been the expensive component! What's even more serious is that when it comes to pan-fried scampies in tomato sauce, you now only have 5 scampies in the dish instead of 6, which corresponds to a price increase of almost 20%. That's enough for me, but someone who is hungrier will definitely have a problem. I just don't think the way it's done is ok. Especially if the dish suffers like a side salad.

We recently dined at this restaurant with a large group. The total waiting time was very long at 1.5 hours. Orders were forgotten, half of the meals were only lukewarm, some of the food was bland, dry, and fries or fried potatoes were soggy on the inside. A complaint about a hair found in the food was ignored. The waitress didn't come to our table once, as is usual in other restaurants, to inquire about any requests we might have. The highlight, however, was that when paying the bill in cash, the amount was rounded up without being asked and the amount was simply kept as a tip. This was the first and last visit here. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

A very tasty Greek restaurant that I have been going to regularly for years. Very friendly service is always fun. The furnishings are now a bit old, but that doesn't detract from the overall ambience.

Waiting for over an hour for the food. Other people have already paid and we didn't even get the main dish. It's better to go to Athos where you feel better looked after.

Good Greek restaurant in the center of Zwickau. The food is generally good and the staff are all very friendly. The restaurant won't get a star, but the prices are much more acceptable than other Greek restaurants in the region. Overall, good value for money.

At 5:00 p.m. a nice lady asked whether we (family with two small children) could come over at 6:00 p.m. and whether we needed to make a reservation. Answer: no, we should just come. No reservation necessary. There is also still enough space available in the open area. Dropped by at 6:00 p.m.: no, today only guests with reservations are accepted. After protesting, we were then “exceptionally” placed indoors (not in the promised outdoor area), but then fled when there was no high chair for our 18-month-old daughter in the almost completely empty restaurant. Unfortunately we can't rate the food, but the organization is a disaster.

So guys... I was at Sirtaki for the first time today and the experience was really... bottomless. 😀 stale non-carbonated Sprite, garlic bread anything but good (Irish Pub recommendation here), you can cut off a slice, salad without dressing, like dry rabbit food, fries limper than my grandma's skin folds, meat inedible. Really no recommendation! But wine-liqueur shoots, to drink a tie behind you, you can stop here for a moment. LG

Had a fly in my food and was very unfriendly after being told about it. No change given.

We were there for the first time today. We were able to choose a spot because there wasn't much going on on Friday. When we sat down we noticed that small fruit flies kept flying around. After we ordered the drinks, we both had fruit flies in our drinks within a very short time. We also ordered the food. This happened quickly, but luckily when we looked through the rice, we also found a large fly in the food. We have to give the food back. The reaction from the waitress was very annoyed. When we paid, the remaining money was simply withheld. Although we gave no indication of it!

Hygiene should first be addressed here. Ants at the table and on the dirty seats. After our complaint, we got another table. The bottle of wine came without a wine cooler, only after asking were we given a bucket without one! Ice cream placed. Due to a lack of competence and very rude staff, we left the restaurant without eating. At the end there was a bold answer: you don't have to eat here and you can go somewhere else. Yes,... I can't think of anything else. We have always been very satisfied with other Greek restaurants. Conclusion...Close the restaurant, we don't need you in Zwickau.

For me the best Greek in Zwickau. Very friendly and competent staff, the price-performance ratio is absolutely right and it also tastes delicious. And if you like drinking ouzo, you won't miss out here.

We have been regular guests for at least 15 years and always feel very comfortable here. The dishes are delicious and fair in terms of price/performance. 👍🏼 The ambience needs a few fresh accents again. There are no points deducted for this, the great and personal service makes up for it. 👌🏼

Super tasty and there was a free pot of Uso the staff was really quick and very nice. Overall, a really great, beautiful restaurant with a large selection. If you like Uso, you've come to the right place. Devenetiv recommended and the prices are also reasonable

I've had better Greek food, the rice was sour and the calamari had a strange aftertaste, as if it had been fried in old fat. Definitely could be better.

The selection of dishes is more than sufficient and the taste has always been top! 👍 Even though the restaurant is sometimes full, we don't have to wait long for our food. Sehr, sehr nette Besitzer, Angestellte,... Sehr leckeres Essen, es lohnt sich immer wieder zu kommen. Gut, an den Spagetties ist noch Luft nach oben...aber wer isst schon Spagetties beim Griechen...selber Schuld🙂

Das Essen war sehr gut, hat ein bisschen lange gedauert, bis das Essen da war, aber zumindest haben wir als größere Gruppe das Essen gleichzeitig bekommen. Der Service hat ein bisschen gestresst gewirkt. Preis-Leistung auf Fall in Ordnung.

Essen war gut, allerdings haben wir 2,5h auf unser Essen gewartet und haben als Entschuldigung nur bekommen: es gibt einen Tisch mit 15 Personen. Ich find es unter aller Sau und hoffe es bessert sich. Wir waren zu einem Geburtstag vor Ort und was wir bekamen war untere Schublade. Immerhin hatten wir rechtzeitig reserviert.

Wir sind jedesmal begeistert. Vor allem, wenn der Chef da ist,da ist immer mal Zeit für ein kurzes Gespräch. Und die Küche ist auch genial. Dankeschön für die schönen Abende.

Das Essen war eher durchschnittlich. Das Angebot in der Speisekarte ist sehr umfangreich und vielfältig. Vielleicht haben wir das falschen Gerichte ausgewählt aber das Fleisch war zu wenig gewürzt. Ich habe schon besser griechisch gegessen.

Abendessen mit Feunden: typisch Griechisches Restaurant mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung, üppigem Essen und reichlich Ouzo.

Essen war recht gut, doch manchmal hätten die Buffet Auslagen heißer sein können. Das Ambiente ist recht gut doch bis auf das die Bedienung,A fragte was wir trinken möchten waren keine Fragen da.Preis Leistung war nicht gegebenen.

Seit Jahrzehnten unser Stammlokal als Familie! Tolle Stimmung, urige Einrichtung, kostenlos Ouzo und Salat. Sehr zu empfehlen die Vorspeisen Peperoni Knoblauch und gefüllte Paprika!

Guter Grieche mit gemütlichen Ambiente.

Griechisch war hier relativ wenig. Russische Besetzung, zwar freundlich aber eben unerwartet ungriechisch und der Koch kann auch nicht aus Griechenland kommen, so nüchtern und unspektakulär die Meeresfrüchte aufgetischt wurden. Dafür gab es aber nach russischer Manier ausreichen Schnaps. Der Uso wurde in einen Weinkaraffe serviert…

Zum ersten Mal dort gewesen und total begeistert. Der Chef und die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich und das Essen kam rasend schnell! War auch sehr lecker! Klare Empfehlung.

Netter Chef....aber leider war das Essen sehr salzig,meine Tochter hatte Lamm mit Rotweinsoße nicht zu empfehlen war ne dicke Fertigsoße...sehr schade und ein zweites Getränk konnte man auch nicht nachbestellen....bleiben dann doch lieber bei unserem Stammgriechen "Olymp"

Freundliches Personal, faire Preise

Mein Stamm-Grieche seit 25 Jahren. Chef ist immer freundlich, die Versorgung mit Ouzo gesichert und man sitzt sehr gemütlich in Polstermöbeln. Der Salat ist sehr frisch und auch die anderen Gerichte topp.

Heute abend dort versucht, was zu essen. Absolut planloser Service mit ewigen Wartezeiten auf einfach alles. Getoppt von noch schlechterem Essen, das im Falle von Weinblättern ungenießbar war. Völlig Salz- und Gewürzlos. Sowas schlechtes wurde mir noch nie serviert. Mein Hauptgericht war Gott sei dank nach über 60 Minuten Wartezeit noch nicht fertig. Nach den Weinblättern haben wir sofort unseren miesen Tetrapak Rose und ein Flasche Wasser (das einzige ordentliche Produkt an diesem Abend) bezahlt und sind mit eindeutiger verbaler Bewertung der Gesamtqualität des Abends von dannen gerauscht. Never ever again.

Hatte mir essen Togo geholt, vorspeisenplatte. Sehr lecker! Ultra freundliches Personal. Erstes Mal dort, empfangen worden vom Chef wie ein alter Freund, sehr herzlich!! Fühlte mich gleich sehr willkommen. Hat lecker geschmeckt! Super!!!

Wir konnten es kaum erwarten!!! Wie gewohnt ist alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das Essen absolut lecker und der Service herzlich wie immer. Für uns passt hier alles!

Der beste Grieche in Zwickau! Super Service und der Chef ist ein Unikat. Wir gehen eigentlich fast jede Woch im Sirtaki essen. Einfach lecker!
