The garlic bread was far too big. You had to eat it with both hands, and what to do with your greasy hands? The salad and main course arrived almost simultaneously. Why can't I enjoy this visit in peace? We had calamari, which was soft, but absolutely tasteless. The result: to find a new table as quickly as possible.

We went out for dinner today with friends, and we've been coming here for years. Unfortunately, the food wasn't very good today. The pork in Metaxa sauce was definitely not filet mignon, and the salad was more suited to rabbits—almost entirely iceberg lettuce. The salad used to be really delicious, with white cabbage, etc. A shame.

Update 2025: Still the best Greek restaurant in Zwickau, I even count it among my favorite "standard Greek restaurants" in Germany. Even though it was busy (as it usually is), the service was friendly and fast. The gyro meat here is particularly outstanding; it's much crispier and tastier than elsewhere. I went to Olympia for the first time yesterday for lunch. Ambiance, service and food were perfect. The price-performance ratio is also great. Keep it up!

We arrived an hour before closing time, but had called beforehand to see if there was anything left to eat. We could still select everything from the map. The food came super fast, fresh and, above all, really good. As the last guests in the restaurant, we were given a very friendly farewell. So it was a great, pleasant evening. Thanks.

We're regular customers since we live nearby. There's simply nothing to complain about. The service is always top-notch, the ambiance is modern, the food is always delicious, and the value is very good. We're always satisfied. The excellent weekday lunch menu, with soup, salad, and a main course, usually under €9 depending on the dish, is particularly noteworthy. See for yourself, but in my opinion, it remains the best Greek restaurant in town, by a long way.

Fantastic food. We were late for our reservation. I forgot it was 30 minutes earlier than I thought, and the maitre'd was quite rude about it, but gave us a table that was reserved 90 minutes later. Everything worked out, and we had a good meal, but we will stick to the reservation time. The Tarama was exquisite as well as the lamb knuckle and fish platter. Will definitely frequent them again

Good food, excellent value for money

We were a bit disappointed with the service staff. Friendliness was probably not the order of the day that day, at least not for us. Regulars were greeted with handshakes and ouzo. Unfortunately there was no ouzo for us. Not a kind word or a smile. As always, the food was delicious. We were still very surprised because we have actually spent other nicer evenings there.

Visited on January 3, 2025 Unfortunately, there was a small dispute with the waiter who took the wrong orders from me and wanted to bring me the main course Dan as a starter, which is why only 3 stars out of 5. Food in the storage room. Sorry, but that's what I have to call it. We stayed at the Olympia between Christmas and New Year's and were put in the last cubicle despite having a reservation. Right next to the toilets and the cloakroom. But enough about the ambience, let’s talk about the food. The starter was good, but the main course not so good. The meat was dry and the garlic potatoes were past seasoning. All in all, I probably won't go there again.

We have been regular customers there for 25 years. Super delicious food, very nice staff. Best Greek in Zwickau and the grilled peppers taste best there. And I've tried a lot of grilled pepperoni. So a clear recommendation for a delicious feast.

As in the Greek restaurant, the food was very good and very tasty. The service wasn't well thought out, there were 8 people and 4 waiters all mixed up at the table. I didn't think it was that great. But you can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Waren heute hier zu Mittag essen und es war super lecker. Alles hat gepasst. Wir waren von allen sehr begeistert. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Das Essen war bis auf den Salat der etwas lieblos aussah und dessen Dressing uns nicht wirklich überzeugte echt super. Das Gyros hätte man nicht knuspriger braten können und auch alles andere wie z.B. der gebackene Feta mit Ofengemüse als Vorspeise war wirklich lecker. Leider hat uns das Ambiente nicht wirklich vom Hocker gehauen, die Einrichtung ist ziemlich herunter gekommen und noch dazu hatten wir einen sehr kleinen Tisch. Der Service war hingegen wieder super und die Kellner sind sehr freundlich.

Schnelle und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Da ist der Gast noch König. Essen top 👍
