We ate here today, I have never eaten such a bad boiled potato and I have never had such a bad roll. No trace of salt on the boiled potatoes. The roll was cold and there was no trace of spices. Completely inedible. For 21.90 euros. The waitress would have taken it back too. Unfortunately, I decided against this suggestion. The cook should give up his job.

One of the best fast food restaurants I've tried so far

Yesterday we had another lovely evening at Scotti's. Burger was tasty and the service was very nice, polite and attentive. 👍

It's quite nice. Staff friendly. But, although it was pointed out to me that the tarte flambée was crispy, what it could do as tarte flambée was subterranean. It was baked to death, dry and oily with cheese at the same time.

Unfortunately my visit to this restaurant was a disappointment. The Persian food was weak in taste and absolutely did not meet my expectations. I found it even more irritating that, in addition to traditional Persian dishes, there are also burgers and pasta on the menu - for me that reduces the authentic experience and seems rather arbitrary. When I go to a Persian restaurant, I expect a clear focus on Persian cuisine. Overall, not a recommendation if you are looking for authentic Persian food.

On November 11th, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. we visited the Ristorante Maranello in Edeka Düsseldorf, accompanied by a friend who eats here every day at lunchtime. Based on his recommendation, we were looking forward to a pleasant dinner, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. We entered the restaurant and sat down at a table. Shortly afterwards we noticed a waitress making frantic hand movements in our direction. The gestures seemed confusing and in no way a welcome welcome. Since we didn't understand her signals, we tried to get her attention to get clarity about the situation. An employee from the kitchen finally informed us that the restaurant was closed. However, as this is the Medica trade fair, which is known to attract many international visitors, and the restaurant was full of guests at the time, we found this unusual. When we finally approached the waitress to get more information, she again “waved us out of the store” with rude hand gestures – or so it seemed to us. Instead of informing us of the impending closure with a brief, respectful note, the communication was designed in a way that made us feel like we were unwanted. I explained to her that we didn't understand these hand signals and that she could just speak to us directly. She then replied briefly and without any pretense of politeness in broken English: “We have closed.” Such behavior towards guests is absolutely unacceptable to us. What was particularly disappointing was the way the blonde waitress treated us - instead of a respectful, professional tone, we were treated with condescending gestures. This fundamentally contradicts the expectations that one can have of a restaurant in a big city during an international trade fair. As long-time visitors to Düsseldorf restaurants, we expected a high level of hospitality and service quality at a renowned restaurant like Maranello, especially at a regular opening time (9 p.m.). Unfortunately, this visit leaves an extremely negative impression. There is a consensus in our team that we will avoid Ristorante Maranello in the future. We regret that a restaurant with such great potential and a loyal customer base is undermining its position through such rude behavior towards guests.

Bei unserem vorletzten Besuch, hatten wir uns vorgenommen, nachdem wir die super tolle Tortenauswahl gesehen hatten, diese bei unserem nächsten Besuch zu testen. Wir haben im Außenbereich gesessen, das Ambiente und die Bedienung ist super. Die Tortenauswahl überragend, und sowohl die Tiramisu Torte als auch die Tartufo Bianco haben hervorragend geschmeckt. Für eine Schorle plus Cappuccino und die beiden Torten haben wir inklusive Trinkgeld sehr gerne 20 € gegeben und kommen natürlich wieder.

We had reserved a table for 8:00 p.m. and received confirmation. We were called 4 hours before the reservation time and asked if we could come half an hour earlier. Unfortunately we had to say no because we were all busy with time. On the phone we were told okay, you can still come. Afterwards I received a rejection email 2 hours in advance. Great service Bravo

We really enjoyed the pong. The service is really good and the price-performance ratio is awesome. But the store is very busy. It's cozy but cozy.
