The burger and fries were okay, but in my opinion the shop itself was small and so were the tables. Parking situation left a lot to be desired. However, the service was good and the food was ready quite quickly.

It takes far too long for the food to arrive!

We have ordered here several times. The burgers are really tasty but unfortunately they arrived cold for the second time. We had ordered for over €30... the sweet potatoes were a disaster... the food arrived 35 minutes later than stated and when both burgers (one of them €15) were no longer even lukewarm, we were very annoyed . Unfortunately, I couldn't reach anyone by phone and didn't receive a call back. Although the burgers are delicious, we probably won't be customers in the future. Price performance therefore only 1 star

We wanted to order via Uber Eats, but unfortunately this was not possible. We then called the restaurant and wanted to order by phone, but unfortunately this wasn't possible either. Orders are only processed via a delivery service. We then ordered through Wolt. 2 menus and mozzarella sticks. After the driver finally arrived after about an hour, we discovered that a complete menu had not been packed. Very very annoying. And unfortunately it was cold too. I think the burgers there are very tasty, but I won't be ordering them again.

Long delivery time and an incomplete delivery

One of the best smashburgers in all of North Rhine-Westphalia, everything was right.

I know Take The Good Food from Rheydt and this was my third time eating here. The food tastes just as good as in Rheydt, but the interior design is not visually appealing. The staff is always very friendly. If you want to eat a delicious burger, this is the right place for you. I can recommend all burgers without hesitation (but the Drip, Cheesy and the Take Burger are my favorites).

Burgers taste very tasty. I wasn't too happy with the sweet potato fries. Hope things go better next time. The normal fries were even better.

Over 2 hours waiting time for delivery. no one answers the phone when you call. I will never order here again. Absolutely overpriced and poor service. The food came packed together and oversalted. No apology, nothing. Never again

The drip burger is probably the most amazing burger I’ve ever had! The meat falls off the bone and the flavour?? Absolutely delicious. Ordered delivery and it came a bit late but definitely worth it for the food I received

We walked here from Mitsubishi Electric Halle 2 get something 2 eat b4 the concert. 10 mins walk, easy peasy. The food was ordered quick and easy, as expensive as a full meal at McD or Burger King. Except the smashed meat burgers here are way better than the regular fast food restaurants. Fries are ok, the drinks ok, the service with a smile great. And payable with card instead of only cash 😏. Quick bite? Good place 2 B!

We ate the special burger. The burger was very, very juicy and reasonable for the price. The sweet potato fries were a 10/10. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I would definitely go again just for the fries!

The food was okay, but the price/performance ratio was nonsense. You could only sit outside and when it started to rain heavily and people sheltered in the entrance with their food, they were sent out. For what you pay you can at least assume that you will get a dry seat.

The food is good but the service and staff are a disaster. The first visit was chaos: many orders were made wrong or wasted, and after 40 minutes of waiting I got my food. An Uber Eats order worth €30 arrived cold after being forgotten after over 3 hours. The delivery man stood at my front door with headphones on and handed me the cold order. When I picked it up on site, I wanted to pay by card, which I was refused despite having an EC device because I had ordered via their website. Instead, I was asked to walk 500 meters to a savings bank and withdraw cash with fees. All in all the food is good, hence the one star, but the staff and their system are very poor and unfriendly. Please try to improve the service.

We order two menus online through lieferando. My burger was supposed to be the cheesy but it doesnt have any tomato nor salad - just cheese, mayo and onion. Such a disappointment after waiting so long for a delivery.

Unfortunately, the opening times are neither correct on Google nor on site, so I rode 5km each way for free or even paid €3.40 per train ride. Just as I arrived, the restaurant was being delivered. Even the driver laughed and said that guests regularly stand in front of closed doors. Afterwards I drove to the store in the old town, the opening times are not correct here either. I later found out via Instagram that it is closed on Mondays. A lot of time, money and nerves were wasted...

Super delicious food. We had the RIP and Barbeque Burger. The service was quick, professional and friendly. Unfortunately not many seating options. Definitely recommendable.

Really great burgers. You can't complain about food. But I think a burger shop should prepare its food faster than waiting 30 minutes. It's fast food. Maybe better staff or more staff.

Burger okay, chicken burger better than the rather dry beef burgers, but unfortunately no information that the chicken burger is rather "spicy", so my daughter couldn't eat it. The sweet potato fries were not my thing at all. Breaded and salted so badly that it could have been anything. You couldn't taste sweet potato anymore. The mozzarella sticks were lame. Nothing special. And since it still took 15 minutes until we had the things despite pre-ordering (to take away) and there were hardly any drinks left to choose from, I only gave it 3 stars.

Ordered food, order confirmed with estimated delivery time of 60-70 minutes. Called again after 2 hours and when asked where the order was, the answer was that the food had not been prepared yet and would take about 40-50 minutes. Never again!

If there were 0 stars I would give this. 2 hour delivery time. The food was cold, the drinks were warm. Mayo and ketchup were missing. Nobody can enjoy the fries. When I complained over the phone, they wanted to refund me for the mayo and ketchup for my next order. I said I didn't want to order there anymore. The answer was: Then I don't understand the reason for your call. Really outrageous!

Just wow! I've eaten a lot of good burgers in my life, but this one tops them all. The staff is also super friendly and you feel comfortable. I only have to deduct a star for the ambience because there aren't enough seats. Still really highly recommended, always happy!

Totally overrated, We waited 30 minutes for two burgers. Fries fried so long that they became chips and wanted to add tomatoes on a burger and they charged us €1 for a slice of tomato. Probably the most expensive tomato in the world

Catastrophic. Burgers were okay but the bacon was so dry that it crumbled. Apart from that, after 15 minutes I already had stomach cramps. The atmosphere is similar to the main station in Frankfurt. 6 cubed seats with some dirty tables. Chaotic service. All the smoke from the kitchen spreads throughout the room, tried everything and you walk out with an acrid smell of grease. Therefore I cannot recommend the store. The quality of the food was okay.

The food itself was delicious, we ordered for 4 people. The problem itself was how long it took for our food to arrive. We ordered around 8-8:30pm but it didn't arrive until around 10:50am. If the restaurant works to deliver on time, I would happily order again.

Unfortunately it is no longer what it once was. The food arrived ice cold, the fries were rock hard as if they had been lying around for 3 days. The service is absolutely bad. I am told that the replacement delivery will be sent out again and will be sent out immediately. An hour and a half later I get a call and I am told that the food will be sent out in 30 to 40 minutes! The driver was the unfriendly one I've ever seen at Take. Because of him alone, I would never order there again. Guys honestly save all that and order somewhere else really bad!! And never again!!

My experience at TAKE - THE GOOD FOOD, Wingstr., was supposed to be a delight of burgers, sweet potato fries and mozzarella sticks, but ended in great disappointment. Despite the anticipation and a promised reasonable delivery time, my dinner didn't arrive until 10:30 p.m. After I contacted the restaurant, I was promised that the food was ready and the driver would leave immediately. Unfortunately, 40 minutes later nothing arrived and the restaurant was no longer accessible. When the order finally arrived at 11:15 p.m., I received a soggy, cold bag of food that was far from edible. The condition of the delivery as well as the lack of customer service and accountability from the restaurant left me at a loss. The driver's reaction was particularly disappointing, as he simply told me that I should contact the restaurant without taking responsibility himself. I don't demand an apology because it can't undo my evening. Instead, I expect an explanation and an assurance that such incidents are avoided in the future. Customers deserve transparent, reliable service and respect - aspects that were clearly missing here.

I wanted to break my fast there, I was there at 7:20 p.m. which was enough time to serve the food on time. Point 1, the food came 20 minutes later than expected, which isn't a bad thing, but since the shop is halal and didn't even offer me a date or something similar, that was bad service for me. Point 2, when the food came, the wrong burger was served When I asked, the employee told me whether he should put bacon on half of my burger. I thought he was kidding me and expected at least a new burger or something similar. All in all, first and last visit

Well, considering that the store is so promoted by influencers, I have to say that the taste of the burger is rather average or worse. Had a Cheesy and a Drip. The patty was barely salted and I couldn't really taste the meat. The drip is a fun idea, but at 14 euros it's overly expensive. The taste is okay. But what bothers me most is that you have to wait quite a long time for your food. Pre-ordered online for pickup. The food was ready after more than an hour. There were at least 6 people behind the counter, but everything seemed quite uncoordinated, other burger shops do it better.

When we received the order, 3 things were missing. In general, the shop has a bustling and chaotic overall appearance, and unfortunately the burger is nothing out of the ordinary.

It was really tasty, if I'm in Düsseldorf again I'll come back straight away! Great service, a really great team works there. They tried very hard and always cleaned everything right away. I just generally think that the place should be bigger. 👍🏽😅

I have to mention that I was there on a Saturday at 7 p.m. Very small shop. Max 8-10 seats in the store itself. The team seems to be slightly overwhelmed, but also understandable, because anyone who makes such good citizens has to expect a lot of demand. My tip...open a larger store and have a few more people behind the counter. Conclusion Ambiance very tight Value for money 14 euros for a special burger (if you're hungry you should order two) Food (taste) top

Small but nice The fries should be crispier, but that can easily be improved. The cheesy was delicious! Price-wise it's a lot, but who can blame that today? It's good for a quick snack or a late dinner.

Do not under any circumstances order takeout from here. I ordered on UberEats and the order took just over 2 hours to arrive. I was also expecting a decent sized smash burger (17€ for a meal), but it was about the size of a double cheeseburger from McDonald’s.
