A little insider tip in Düsseldorf when all the restaurants on Immermannstrasse are packed. The selection is small but everything you need is there. The restaurant is also small but cozy. Staff nice and quick. Only recommended!

One of the best sushi I've ever eaten in Germany. Very authentic. We were there on Japan Day and luckily we only had to queue briefly because there were two of us. (Reservations are not possible on Saturdays) The food came relatively quickly. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back next time we visit Düsseldorf! Culinary highlight from our city trip!

We are tourists in Dusseldorf and I suddenly crave for sushi. This place is small yet cozy. They have friendly staff and a good sushi chef. We are more than satisfied with the quality of the fish we got specially the octopus sashimi (tako). The set menu was price-worthy. And I love the side dishes that we ordered. Warmly recommend. Ps not that small though, coz baby prams could fit and they have a second floor.

Unfortunately, I didn't reserve a table, but the waitress was kind and very courteous in offering me a seat. The waitresses were all extremely nice and helpful, the food was very good, and an explicit compliment to the sushi master. Highly recommended, but to be on the safe side it's better to make a reservation.

It's really delicious here. The lunch menu is good. But the chair is too small,,

I called for a reservation and they couldn’t even talk any word in German nor in English. The guy said the whole time “nummer nummer” without letting me giving my name to close the reservation. The day of the reservation they didn’t even had taken the name so we didn’t have any table and we couldn’t have dinner. Worst reservation service ever.

The service from the front desk lady was terrible. Almost never felt so offended in a restaurant before. No smile, not willing to give more explanation on the menu , rude attitude and rushed customer. I paid 36 euro for my meal. With this price, I would say it was a terrible dinning experience. The rest of the staff were good though

The food is truly delicious here, and I can see why the rating is so high. However, the food isn't worth the very odd service, in my opinion. We waited in line for an hour for dinner, as we tried to get a reservation and none were available. When we came in, they quickly took our order. However when I asked for another drink after we had received our food, I was told that they were closing in a couple of minutes and so I could only get a drink if I could "drink fast." Important note is that we'd been inside the restaurant for less than an hour at this point. I assured them I would drink fast and was then told they actually couldn't serve any more drinks. Seems odd when the restaurant was still full of people and there was a drinks fridge right there. They also started clearing dishes that still had food on them, which we weren't finished eating, and we had to ask them to wait. Next time, I'll choose a different Japanese offering on Immermanstrasse!

Eine Reservierung würde ich empfehlen, diese hat problemlos am Telefon geklappt. Der erste Eindruck schon am Telefon war super. Das Sushi und die Misosuppe waren super lecker. Der Service war sehr nett und auch das Bezahlen hat reibungslos geklappt. Ein klares hier komme ich gerne nochmal hin.

Maybe the only remaining fair priced authentic Japanese restaurant in Düsseldorf? Most places around are either knock ups owned by Chinese with all you can eat or something ridiculously priced like the Japanese chain starting with M. Staff here is very strict but as efficient as a Toyota manufacturing line. So don’t over order as all food comes within 10min. My favourite sushi place in town :)

Mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant in Düsseldorf, vor allem was Sushi angeht. Ich habe bislang noch kein besseres gegessen und gehe immer gerne dahin, auch die Bedienungen sind super freundlich. Das einzige was man kritisieren könnte wären die Plätze mitten auf dem Gang, das ist wirklich sehr ungemütlich und gequetscht. Ansonsten aber top!

We tried their lunch set. It is quite worth it for the price (all sets below 20euros) which offers a choice of miso soup or udon soup. We found the meal satisfying and authentic (ie it is similar to what you can find in Japan). I highly recommend this place for visitors.

A little Tokyo trip to remember! Fresh ingredients and lots of flavour. A friendly service with a big smile in a cosy atmosphere! And the prices are very reasonable.

Ich und meine Schwester waren zum ersten Mal dort essen. Wir waren direkt begeistert! Super schneller und aufmerksamer Service. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Wir beide sind pappsatt geworden von den Sushi Menüs. Frischer Fisch und die miso Suppe hat mir besonders gut geschmeckt. Habe zudem noch nie irgendwo Taschen Halter gesehen, damit unsere Taschen nicht auf dem Tisch liegen müssen! Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Mitarbeiter freundlich & flott, das Essen hervorragend. Ambiente, sauber & in Ordnung, gibt aber gemütlichere Restaurants. Nichtsdestotrotz vollkommen in Ordnung für ein Ramen-Restaurant!

Wir hatten spontan angerufen und bekamen einen Tisch, für eine Stunde. Das Ambiente wirkte authentisch, japanisch. Nicht besonders modern, aber okay. Die Stühle und das Geschirr war schon teilweise etwas kaputt/ verkratzt. Es gab Taschenhalter vor jedem Tisch, was ich ziemlich cool fand. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und auf Zack! Das Essen war okay bis gut, aber nichts besonderes. Habe schon besseres gegessen. Preislich fand ich es ziemlich überteuert. Parken ist auch schwierig. Ich hoffe, meine Rezession war hilfreich! :)

Wir Anfang September hier essen und waren wieder mehr als zu Frieden. Super frische Qualität des Essens und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend hier.

15 € für 8 Rollen die spärlich ausgestattet sind ..das war das Schlechteste Sushi was ich jemals hatte..service is ok ..fast food atmosphere..Innenausstattung genauso spärlich & alte holzeinrichtung ..mir war nach dem Essen einfach nur schlecht !! Nie wieder

Ik had het genoegen om Naniwa Sushi te bezoeken en ik kan met volle overtuiging zeggen dat dit restaurant een absolute parel is voor liefhebbers van Japans eten. Van de sfeer tot het eten, alles was gewoonweg fantastisch. De sfeer bij Naniwa Sushi is zonder twijfel uitstekend. Bij binnenkomst werd ik begroet met een warme en gastvrije atmosfeer. Het interieur is smaakvol ingericht met subtiele Japanse accenten die een ontspannende ambiance creëren. De zorgvuldig gekozen verlichting draagt bij aan de gezelligheid van de ruimte, waardoor het de perfecte plek is voor een intiem diner of een gezellig samenzijn met vrienden en familie. Maar laten we het hebben over het eten - en oh, wat een ervaring was dat! De menukaart bood een uitgebreide selectie van traditionele Japanse gerechten, van sushi tot tempura en ramen. Ik besloot om een verscheidenheid aan gerechten te proberen om een goed beeld te krijgen van wat Naniwa Sushi te bieden heeft, en ik werd absoluut niet teleurgesteld. De sushi was vers en meesterlijk bereid. Elke hap onthulde de zorg en precisie waarmee de chef-koks deze kunstwerkjes hadden gecreëerd. De vis smolt gewoonweg in mijn mond, en de rijst was perfect op smaak gebracht. Maar het hoogtepunt voor mij was de tempura - krokant aan de buitenkant, licht en luchtig van binnen. De smaken waren authentiek en heerlijk, wat de culinaire vaardigheid van het keukenteam benadrukte. Wat Naniwa Sushi echt onderscheidt, is dat dit alles wordt aangeboden tegen een betaalbare prijs. Het is moeilijk te geloven dat je zo'n hoogwaardige Japanse culinaire ervaring kunt hebben zonder je portemonnee te plunderen. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is echt ongeëvenaard. Ik wil ook graag het vriendelijke en attente personeel vermelden. Ze stonden altijd klaar om te helpen bij het maken van keuzes uit het menu en zorgden ervoor dat mijn diner vlekkeloos verliep. Kortom, Naniwa Sushi is een juweeltje dat je absoluut niet mag missen als je op zoek bent naar een buitengewone Japanse eetervaring. De sfeer, het eten en de prijs vormen samen een perfecte combinatie. Mijn bezoek aan Naniwa Sushi was echt een culinair avontuur dat ik niet snel zal vergeten.

Lecker,einfach nur lecker. Besucht am 01.08.23 Der Laden ist sehr klein, ich würde empfehlen zu reservieren; wir hatten Glück, da es unter der Woche war. Kleines Menü, musste mich erst zurechtfinden. Frischer Fisch und Gemüse. Schön wären bestellbare Wein Karaffen und nicht nur Gläser :)

Das beste Sushi, das ich bisher gegessen habe, vor allem die Naniwa-Roll und Teriyaki-Roll. Fantastisch! Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich.

I was really impressed by this cute little restaurant my mom and I discovered while visiting Düsseldorf. Being able to see how the food was prepared freshly, increased the excitement to enjoy the food even more. Additionally the waitresses and waiters were all extremely friendly and patient. The whole evening the atmosphere was so wholesome because of the compared small size of the restaurant which I‘m personally not able to experience this often. Overall I honestly recommend this restaurant to everybody who want a japanese food travel in the middle of Germany.

The teriyaki chicken was great. Tiger roll ve California roll really crispy and tasty. A perfect spot in Düsseldorf close to the Altstadt and Hauptbanhof both.

Das Essen war gut, aber dennoch viel zu teuer. Die Portionen sind sehr klein und man wird nicht richtig satt. Preis-Leistung ist leider nicht gut.

Wir waren zum Mittagtisch hier und sehr begeistert. Top Preis Leistung- 3 Gerichte ( Udon Suppe , Sushi Auswahl und Fleisch / Fisch) für 15€ und danach Papp satt. Und dazu noch äußerst lecker. Und ein prompter Service. Danke !

Very good original Japanese restaurant in little Tokyo. We had a don with fried chicken, octopus slices and a sushi set. All dishes had a great quality. The service was very friendly and attentive. Also nice in this area, the restaurant had a good amount of customers and was not heavily overcrowded. The prices are very fair as well. Not cheap but it matches the quality of food and service.

Sushi schmeckt ganz in Ordnung. Ist aber unordentlich und ungleichmäßig gerollt, was mich überrascht da dort Japaner am Werk sind. Hatte eine scharfe Soße zu meinem Sushi bekommen, was ich zuvor noch nie in einem anderen Lokal hatte. Soße hat nicht mMn dazu gepasst. Service war freundlich. Zum Bezahlen mussten wir vorgehen zum kleinen Tresen. Kartenzahlung ist ab 10€ möglich. Preise sind gehobener.

南泥湾具体开业时间已不可考，反正从我来第一次来杜塞就有了，日本街的店来开开关关，能屹立二十几非但不倒，而且门脸越来越大，就很说明问题了。周日Yabase串亭都不开门，最后还是来了南泥湾。 11:30开门，11店门口就有人排队了。Yabase/串亭/南泥湾排队一直是大问题，这几家店中午不是顶门进的话，真的会等到崩溃。Yabase是Sashimi，串亭是中午套餐+鳗鱼饭，南泥湾是面。其中Yabase最贵，南泥湾最便宜，丰俭由人吧。 今天我这碗加蛋泡菜面应该是店里第一晚碗面，还是好吃的，汤头浓郁，咸淡适中，面条劲道，溏心蛋画龙点睛！只是这碗面我从7/8欧，吃到现在盛惠16,10欧，也是令人有些感叹的。 Naniwa的面都不踩雷，另外菠菜，炸鸡，麻婆豆腐都很不错。蛋包饭是另一个必点，大人小孩都超爱。杜塞这么多日本面店，我最爱naniwa，因为他的面像国内的碱面，也比较粗，更有口感。面匠五花八门开了这么多家，面条虽然筋道，但实在太像方便面了，就算去面匠也都是奔着他的小食去的。Naniwa目前只收卡。 马路对面是他家寿司店，一般般，寿司和生鱼片还是多走20米去Yabase吧。 P.S. 闲来无事，查了下，Naniwa 1986年开店，马上也40年了👍

I wanted to eat in Little Tokyo but forgot to make a reservation in any of the potential restaurants I wanted to visit. But a street away was this small restaurant (2 floors and 3 tables in front of the restaurant). There was a queue, but luckily we were able to get a seat within 15 minutes. It was packed and I understand why 😄 I decided to go for the nigiri menu and was not disappointed. This was really tasty!!! Quality over quantity, if you're used to AYCE this might not be for you. But if you have been to Japan, the sushi in this place comes closest compared to all sushi restaurants I've tried in Europe.

Wir waren heute in Düsseldorf,wollten zum Abschluss des Tages Sushi essen und landeten hier. Es war wirklich toll. Die Bedienungen freundlich, der Service ebenfalls freundlich und schnell. Das Sushi war hervorragend. Wir fanden die Preise recht hoch, allerdings angemessen! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, aber vorher reservieren. :-D

Sehr leckeres Sushi in sehr freundlicher Atmosphäre und super Service! Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt, die Auswahl ist gut und die Produkte sind frisch. Wir mussten gut eine halbe Stunde auf einen Tisch warten, Reservierungen waren nicht möglich aber so hat man eben auch spontan die Chance auf einen Tisch, wenn man etwas Geduld mitbringt. Der Service war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zügig. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Hier passt einfach alles! Tolles Essen, guter Service und eine Atmosphäre, wie man sie im Japanviertel in Düsseldorf liebt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Glücklicherweise haben wir reserviert. Vor allem am Wochenende ist sehr viel los. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und zu unserem Tisch begleitet. Unsere Kellnerin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bestellung, Servieren und Abräumen ging sehr flink. Sushi und Agedashi-Tofu waren sehr gut und lecker. Nur Tako-yaki waren nicht so besonders. Da es ein kleines Lokal ist, stehen dementsprechend die Tische nah beieinander. Die Ambiente des Lokals ist einladend und angenehm. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend und empfehlen das Lokal weiter!

Als groot liefhebber van japans eten staat Naniwa sushi and more in dusseldorf met stip op nr.1. We hebben het hier over betaalbaar japans eten van een uitmuntende kwaliteit. De kaart is niet groot, maar he, we gaan hier voor de kwaliteit prijsverhouding en die is fantastisch! De gefrituurde japanse tofu, de zalmcarpaccio, de sashimi grote en kleine portie mogelijk, de spinazie in sesamsaus, de edamame met chili en dan de yakitori kip en/of zalm, de ebi tempura, en de gelakte aal en en en en…. Als je in de gelegenheid bent, neem dan in ieder geval de otoro sushi dat is en blijft de lekkerste tonijn die er bestaat. Kortom een dikke 10! Als je hier niet allemaal van houdt, ga dan naar de overkant Naniwa noodles. Een goede tweede plaats voor ramen gerechten etcetera. Deze 2 zaken zijn niet groot, en zitten vaak bomvol, mensen staan in een lange rij op straat te wachten en wij weten waarom! Kortom gaan en genieten!

Mein absoluter Favorit was Sushi in Düsseldorf betrifft. ALLE sehr nett, sogar der Sushi Meister begrüßt einen immer :-)

Wir hatten Tempura, versch. Sushi, Barbaque Aal und frittiertes Chicken. - Alles sehr köstlich! Zur Mittagszeit muss mit etwas Wartezeit gerechnet werden. Abzug gab es nur, weil die Desserts leider aus waren.

I ordered una don for takeaway and it comes with miso soup. The eel combined with the sauce is very salty, but I guess its how Japanese done it. In the end I just try to get rid of the extra sauce. The portion is good, staff is friendly, would love to visit again the next time I’m in the city.

Visible Bar area for Sushi Chef makes the Restaurant so Authentic The People: As always with Japanese Restaurants service architecture, Freindly and warm 👍 The Food: Ordered Yokohama Special Sushi Set, Unagi Udon, Eggplant Side dish and Takoyaki. The Food is Superb 👍 Fish Quality is Sushi Grade which is of High Standard! Sushi wether its Tuna or Salmon just melts in your mouth. The Unagi is so good! Same as what can a person eat in Japan. Takoyaki is not as good as in Japan but can be a good option. Eggplant side dish is also good. The Price: For its Quality, very Affordable 👍 You pay what you get for and It is on the Mid range Level so anyone can enjoy good quality Sushi. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ein kleines aber sehr feines japanisches Lokal. Sehr leckeres Sushi und japanische Gerichte in einer großen Auswahl zu entspannten aber angemessenen Preisen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Du solltest auf jeden Fall pünktlich sein oder zumindest einen Tisch reservieren. Das Restaurant ist sehr beliebte und daher auch immer voll ausgebucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
