I really like going there for the food, but due to the central location there is no place where you can stop for a moment and the food is of course a great fillale despite everything!

The food was not upto the mark. The chicken was not crispy and the overall taste of the food was really not worth it.

The man at the counter (smaller stature, darkly dressed and bearded) was very unfriendly, very indiscreet and very unprofessional. When we wanted to place the order and order a slightly larger portion (3 large fries and various other things), the salesman intervened and said “Who is going to eat all this?” in English. My companion then intervened and said okay, then we would order just 2 fries. The seller was then happy with the decision. Constantly wanting him to speak English with a mix of US slang and UK slang is very strange. When we got our food, we had really strange pronunciations of “bon appetit” in English. This continued as we tried our way through, we wanted to try something else, then when I completed the order via the “kiosk terminal” the salesman shouted “Oh no, that one again” in Turkish. The food was good and tasty though Seriously now! Are you not allowed to order anything in this store as a customer and the staff decide how to proceed here? So you're really ashamed to order something here because there are always some shitty comments from this seller! I recommend this store to everyone because no one really has to go through something like that! This was our first and last time in this store, we advise against it!

The burger meat was made out of cardboard

The sushi chicken wrap with mozzarella and onion rings was absolutely delicious! The combination of ingredients was surprisingly harmonious and delighted my taste buds. The crispy onion rings in particular gave the wrap a special touch. A must for anyone looking for an unusual and delicious meal!

Dirty dirty. Shortly after opening. Toilets in bad condition. No local hygiene standards. Addendum: After reading some reviews I come to the conclusion that there must be 2 teams in HFC. One delivers the unsanitary, true performance. The other team takes care of LocalGuides and other VIPs and works VERY hygienically. It's a shame that these reviews are not true. For this reason alone, you cannot trust the reviews for HFC.

I have to say that we were there at night after the Rhine fair, around 1 a.m. The employees were totally tired and exhausted. It was very dirty, not a single table was cleared or wiped down. The integrated bubble tea shop was simply ignored. In the 20 minutes we were in the shop, at least 5 people walked in and left without ordering. The food was incredibly tasty despite the fact that I didn't dare try it at first, clean is probably different. But good. Food was super delicious. Remember, Saturday night at 1 a.m....

I ordered the HFC special menu (burger, chicken pieces, fries, drink) for €20. Positive: extremely fast delivery. Cons: The burger was fresh, but nothing special - just a run-of-the-mill takeaway burger. The rest of the meal was a disaster!!!!! The chicken pieces and fries appeared to be hours old. The fries were soft, limp and had the taste and texture as if they were from this morning. The chicken portions were just as bad - dry, tough and obviously cooked several hours ago. It was so bad that I had to throw away half of the food. For €20 I expect a lot more. After this experience, I wouldn't order here again, even for free. Absolutely disappointing and not recommended.

I haven’t dined in yet, just had it delivered. Forget KFC, this is 100x better. In fact this defeats all others. It‘s the best fried chicken in Düsseldorf for me. Perfect skin, soft and juicy meat, a burst of flavors.

Summary: If the hunger is almost unbearable, then I would eat here again. Otherwise not. Price-performance ratio: Bad. Eat: The recommended (spicy) burger was served with cold fries. The latter were at least well fried. The burger paddies had more of a symbolic character, they were so thin. The sauce was also more of a shadow of an existence. The hint of piquancy was evident in the last bite. Furnishings: At lunchtime the restaurant on the ground floor was still quite okay in terms of cleanliness. This cannot be said about the toilet facility. The floor was sticky. Service: The service was busy sharing the latest events until I drew attention. But then people were quite friendly.

I don't normally go to places like this, but it's pretty quick to grab a quick snack. I just think it's great that mcces, bk and KFC are finally competing closer to the people. I mean everything is fried, so it doesn't take much cooking effort. I think the store could be particularly popular with young people. However, I would always support something like that instead of the other. Large corporations.

Everything was fine until one of the workers came to vacuum up the flies behind me while I was eating, which was unpleasant.

The food and ambience were great, but the cleanliness... It's a shame that such a beautiful shop looks dirty, the shop was quite classy and yet the employees, who weren't overwhelmed, were engrossed in private conversations. Wiping over the tables was out of the question. LG

Food tastes good, at least the burgers. However, we have to work with hygiene. For the toilets you need a gas mask like in the World War! SOMETIMES you have the feeling that you are eating something that has expired! In addition, the tables are almost always littered, stained and dirty! Given that the store focuses on "burgers", my visit was disappointing. I ordered a spicy chicken burger and a fish burger with fries on the side. The buns are super soft/soft. I would put them briefly in the toaster or fry them briefly on the plate so that they become nice and crispy. The chicken burger was ok, nothing exciting. The highlight, however, is the fish burger. Sorry, I don't mean to be rude, just honest. The sauce that is on the burger doesn't taste like anything and looks like Ej@kul@t had been thickened with a sauce thickener. How about a delicious honey mustard sauce? And 20 minutes for these 3 things is definitely too long. It's quicker at KFC. You need improvement!

We ordered for take away and it was fast service The food is amazing and halal. Really great halal option. The area though looks not too safe at night.

4:20 p.m The shop was empty, every table was dirty. Employees in the kitchen are having fun instead of cleaning the tables. Cheeseburger bread was cold, the meat was cold, and a lot of fat balls in the burger bullet. The fries were lukewarm and tasted like old oil. I was afraid to eat it again and left it.

We had to wait almost 45 minutes for two fast food burgers, even though the place wasn't that full. But what particularly bothered me was that it was unfortunately very, very unhygienic and dirty. the tables, the floor, the counter...

The bread was cold, one burger patty was cut in half, but in the picture there were 2 burger patties. The fries were served cold. When I pointed him out, he was made hot again. Although the ambience shows that it is a very cheap and low quality place, I tried to give it a chance but they missed that chance.

Das Essen ist super frisch und einfach lecker. Vielen Dank für die tolle Atmosphäre... werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und kann es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Didn't have a proper breakfast, so we're dying of hunger pangs. As soon as we came to Central Düsseldorf, found this amazing place. Not a fan of fast food, but was getting tired of mix grill and wanted to indulge with some junk food of the Next-Gen. Not at all disappointed. We're greeted by Emre and Asude. Both had a special welcoming smile and explained the items in menu. Assured us that Bacon in Germany isn't pig but Rashes of UK. We ordered 1. Triple Cheese Burger Meal 2. Kalb Bacon Burger Got Eistee with the meal, instead of Coke or Pepsi. As they say in German. It was Lecker (Tasty). Service was super fast. Place was clean. Toilets in downstairs and were clean. My best wishes to the management for having 1. Amazing and well motivated staff 2. Clean place in a central location 3. Hygienic, tasty and good food delivered very fast

Wir haben uns gefreut das es Halal war. Aber….. für ein Fastfood Restaurant was nicht viel besucht war über fast 40 min zu warten ist viel! Kein Service, Tische dreckig mussten wir selber säubern. HähnchenTeil innen noch roh (rosa blutig) Fazit: zu teuer Preis Leistung schlecht. Gehen Definitiv nicht mehr hin .

EinMitarbeiter hat seine Handschuhe mit denen er die Lebensmittel anfasst auch bei der Bestellsanahme und beim Verlassen des Kochbereiches an grlassen und danach wieder Lebensmittel zubereitet. Bestellung am Terminal ging einfach. Es gab keinen Erdbeermilchshake. Essen war sehr lecker. Und auch gute Portionen. Einzig der Wrap könnte für 6,50 € ein bischen größer sein. Gerne wieder.

I had the chicken wings and they were the crispiest, and most flavorful chicken I've had. Better than KFC. Will Def be visiting again. The food has alot of flavor, which by European standards is on the heavy side, but on the American side, it's perfect!

Essen: Das Essen erinnert sehr an KFC, McDonald’s und Burger King, aber eben in halal. Es war ganz gut, aber die Pommes war mit Abstand das Highlight. Wer extra knusprige Pommes sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Service: Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns trotz später Uhrzeit noch in Ruhe zu Ende essen lassen. Als wir darum baten, den Tisch einmal zu reinigen, kam ein Mitarbeiter diesem Wunsch sofort nach. Ambiente: Es ist insgesamt sehr schön eingerichtet und geräumig. Es stimmt zwar, dass die Tische nicht ganz so sauber waren, aber was erwartet man auch in einem Fastfood Restaurant? Meist waren es auch nur Krümmel und wie bereits erwähnt wurde der Tisch auf Nachfrage sofort gereinigt. Insgesamt kann man sagen, dass es sich auf jeden Fall lohnt, dort einmal vorbeizuschauen.

Essen war sehr gut und Nicht Fettig

Personeel leek geen zin te hebben om te werken. Mijn bestelde burger werd nog net niet op de balie gesmeten. Geen "alstublieft" of "eet smakelijk", niks. De burger was zo'n 3 mm dik. Door de zaak heen lag een hoop rommel. Resultaat van onbeschofte klanten, maar helaas dan wel de taak van het personeel om het te verwijderen.

Weil die Toilette auf dem FlixBus ausser Betrieb war, habe ich dieses Lokal besucht. Der Kaffee war lecker das Personal freundlich, nur Schade das die Sanitäre Anlage nicht Sauber war.

Durch Zufall drauf gestoßen. Sehr sauberes Restaurant mit einem sehr netten Service/Personal. Essen wird frisch zubereitet. Pommes waren ein Traum, lecker gewürzt und super knusprig. Ich habe einen Veggie-Burger bestellt, dieser war super lecker und wirklich heiß.

Der Burger war nicht lecker, die Pommes versalzen, die Hähnchenteile waren ganz ok. Die Toilette war eine Katastrophe, ohne Licht ohne Toiletten Papier, lediglich der Mensch an der Kasse war ein Lichtblick und tatsächlich freundlich. Mich sieht man dort jedoch nicht noch einmal.
