Furchtbar! Ich habe gerade einen Burger bestellt und stundenlang gewartet. Die sind total langsam, und es gibt nur eine Angestellte. Man sieht nicht mal, wer an der Kasse arbeitet. Es gibt keine feste Kassiererin. Echt schade.

Der Service war extrem langsam, obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll war. Die Tische wurden überhaupt nicht gereinigt, und Obdachlose kamen und gingen, um Flaschen mitzunehmen, als wäre es das Normalste der Welt.

Die sind wahnsinnig langsam. Wenn man Hunger hat und hier etwas bestellen möchte, muss man mit einer Wartezeit von einer Stunde rechnen.

Bland. Didn't give me sauce for nuggets, even though I asked. Low tier fastfood place. Would go somewhere else if you are looking for fastfood. Chicken was good though and crispy.

So I will never want to eat in a restaurant where the restrooms are inaccessible again!

Definitely zero service, wanted to go to the toilet and of course not for free. My best friend often goes to the toilet there because we often drink coffee at the kiosk opposite and unfortunately there are no toilets here. When I entered the shop I asked politely if I could use the toilet and was directed to a run-down public junkie toilet opposite. To test whether it was my fault, I asked my friend and then a little later my husband to try to see if they could use the toilet. I could almost guess the answer. My friend didn't pay my husband and all this without being directed to the public toilet. Sad, very sad behavior.

The staff are guarding their phones and serving guests in passing. Totally rude... A little boy is working at the bubble tea bar. Little boy is no older than 12, if that. Am I still in Germany? 🤯 Youth welfare office? Public order office? Health department? Police? Unfortunately, this can't be sent without a star. It doesn't deserve a star, it deserves closure. Dear authorities, do your job 🙏 Are you really not interested? 🤦🏽‍♂️

Worst fried chicken i ever tasted in my life. The batter does not exist just light drop of flour on the chicken. I dont taste anything just bland overall. The self service machine does not working. Stuff is however very nice.

I visited the Halal Fried Chicken in Düsseldorf and was overall very satisfied. The Spicy Chicken was excellently seasoned and crispy to the point – truly a delight! The fries were also a positive surprise: wonderfully crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside, really tasty. However, I have to deduct one star: The atmosphere could be cleaner and better maintained. There is definitely still room for improvement here. The staff should also improve a bit in terms of attentiveness and professionalism. All in all, a clear recommendation for anyone who loves good, spicy fried chicken!

The worst thing was the way into the basement to the toilets (smell) and the toilets themselves... I went to Halal Fried Chicken in Düsseldorf during Ramadan and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, our order took over 2 hours. Every time we asked how long it would take, all we got was that they had “a lot to do.” In addition, the employees could hardly speak German, which made communication difficult. Something like that just doesn't work - especially not in a restaurant. Unfortunately not recommended.

We ordered hot wings and a fish burger, but I can't recommend either. The hot wings weren't even spicy, and the price-performance ratio wasn't right either. The sauces were forgotten and the fish burger tasted like it came straight from the freezer of a discount store. The two stars are only for the fries and the drinks. All in all I wouldn't recommend this place.

I really like going there for the food, but due to the central location there is no place where you can stop for a moment and the food is of course a great fillale despite everything!

The man at the counter (smaller stature, darkly dressed and bearded) was very unfriendly, very indiscreet and very unprofessional. When we wanted to place the order and order a slightly larger portion (3 large fries and various other things), the salesman intervened and said “Who is going to eat all this?” in English. My companion then intervened and said okay, then we would order just 2 fries. The seller was then happy with the decision. Constantly wanting him to speak English with a mix of US slang and UK slang is very strange. When we got our food, we had really strange pronunciations of “bon appetit” in English. This continued as we tried our way through, we wanted to try something else, then when I completed the order via the “kiosk terminal” the salesman shouted “Oh no, that one again” in Turkish. The food was good and tasty though Seriously now! Are you not allowed to order anything in this store as a customer and the staff decide how to proceed here? So you're really ashamed to order something here because there are always some shitty comments from this seller! I recommend this store to everyone because no one really has to go through something like that! This was our first and last time in this store, we advise against it!

The sushi chicken wrap with mozzarella and onion rings was absolutely delicious! The combination of ingredients was surprisingly harmonious and delighted my taste buds. The crispy onion rings in particular gave the wrap a special touch. A must for anyone looking for an unusual and delicious meal!

I have to say that we were there at night after the Rhine fair, around 1 a.m. The employees were totally tired and exhausted. It was very dirty, not a single table was cleared or wiped down. The integrated bubble tea shop was simply ignored. In the 20 minutes we were in the shop, at least 5 people walked in and left without ordering. The food was incredibly tasty despite the fact that I didn't dare try it at first, clean is probably different. But good. Food was super delicious. Remember, Saturday night at 1 a.m....

I ordered the HFC special menu (burger, chicken pieces, fries, drink) for €20. Positive: extremely fast delivery. Cons: The burger was fresh, but nothing special - just a run-of-the-mill takeaway burger. The rest of the meal was a disaster!!!!! The chicken pieces and fries appeared to be hours old. The fries were soft, limp and had the taste and texture as if they were from this morning. The chicken portions were just as bad - dry, tough and obviously cooked several hours ago. It was so bad that I had to throw away half of the food. For €20 I expect a lot more. After this experience, I wouldn't order here again, even for free. Absolutely disappointing and not recommended.

I haven’t dined in yet, just had it delivered. Forget KFC, this is 100x better. In fact this defeats all others. It‘s the best fried chicken in Düsseldorf for me. Perfect skin, soft and juicy meat, a burst of flavors.
