A copy of the well-known burger/chicken fast food shops. The food (burger menu) was fresh, but not even lukewarm and didn't taste particularly good. The fries that they wanted to give us had been there for more than 8 minutes and were cold. The second delivery of fries was delicious with a crispy breading (?), but otherwise... The worst thing was the way into the basement to the toilets (smell) and the toilets themselves... My information that there was no more toilet paper was only responded to with a smile and 'Yes, yes'... Never again..

I went to Halal Fried Chicken in Düsseldorf during Ramadan and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, our order took over 2 hours. Every time we asked how long it would take, all we got was that they had “a lot to do.” In addition, the employees could hardly speak German, which made communication difficult. Something like that just doesn't work - especially not in a restaurant. Unfortunately not recommended.

The food was not upto the mark. The chicken was not crispy and the overall taste of the food was really not worth it.

The man at the counter (smaller stature, darkly dressed and bearded) was very unfriendly, very indiscreet and very unprofessional. When we wanted to place the order and order a slightly larger portion (3 large fries and various other things), the salesman intervened and said “Who is going to eat all this?” in English. My companion then intervened and said okay, then we would order just 2 fries. The seller was then happy with the decision. Constantly wanting him to speak English with a mix of US slang and UK slang is very strange. When we got our food, we had really strange pronunciations of “bon appetit” in English. This continued as we tried our way through, we wanted to try something else, then when I completed the order via the “kiosk terminal” the salesman shouted “Oh no, that one again” in Turkish. The food was good and tasty though Seriously now! Are you not allowed to order anything in this store as a customer and the staff decide how to proceed here? So you're really ashamed to order something here because there are always some shitty comments from this seller! I recommend this store to everyone because no one really has to go through something like that! This was our first and last time in this store, we advise against it!

The sushi chicken wrap with mozzarella and onion rings was absolutely delicious! The combination of ingredients was surprisingly harmonious and delighted my taste buds. The crispy onion rings in particular gave the wrap a special touch. A must for anyone looking for an unusual and delicious meal!

I have to say that we were there at night after the Rhine fair, around 1 a.m. The employees were totally tired and exhausted. It was very dirty, not a single table was cleared or wiped down. The integrated bubble tea shop was simply ignored. In the 20 minutes we were in the shop, at least 5 people walked in and left without ordering. I ordered the HFC special menu (burger, chicken pieces, fries, drink) for €20. Positive: extremely fast delivery. Cons: The burger was fresh, but nothing special - just a run-of-the-mill takeaway burger. The rest of the meal was a disaster!!!!! The chicken pieces and fries appeared to be hours old. The fries were soft, limp and had the taste and texture as if they were from this morning. The chicken portions were just as bad - dry, tough and obviously cooked several hours ago. It was so bad that I had to throw away half of the food. For €20 I expect a lot more. After this experience, I wouldn't order here again, even for free. Absolutely disappointing and not recommended.

Didn't have a proper breakfast, so we're dying of hunger pangs. As soon as we came to Central Düsseldorf, found this amazing place. Not a fan of fast food, but was getting tired of mix grill and wanted to indulge with some junk food of the Next-Gen. Not at all disappointed. We're greeted by Emre and Asude. Both had a special welcoming smile and explained the items in menu. Assured us that Bacon in Germany isn't pig but Rashes of UK. We ordered 1. Triple Cheese Burger Meal 2. Kalb Bacon Burger Got Eistee with the meal, instead of Coke or Pepsi. As they say in German. It was Lecker (Tasty). Service was super fast. Place was clean. Toilets in downstairs and were clean. My best wishes to the management for having 1. Amazing and well motivated staff 2. Clean place in a central location 3. Hygienic, tasty and good food delivered very fast

Wir haben uns gefreut das es Halal war. Aber….. für ein Fastfood Restaurant was nicht viel besucht war über fast 40 min zu warten ist viel! Kein Service, Tische dreckig mussten wir selber säubern. HähnchenTeil innen noch roh (rosa blutig) Fazit: zu teuer Preis Leistung schlecht. Gehen Definitiv nicht mehr hin .

EinMitarbeiter hat seine Handschuhe mit denen er die Lebensmittel anfasst auch bei der Bestellsanahme und beim Verlassen des Kochbereiches an grlassen und danach wieder Lebensmittel zubereitet. Bestellung am Terminal ging einfach. Es gab keinen Erdbeermilchshake. Essen war sehr lecker. Und auch gute Portionen. Einzig der Wrap könnte für 6,50 € ein bischen größer sein. Gerne wieder.
