Unfortunately, the food arrived over half an hour late. Despite two phone calls to resolve the issue, it wasn't fixed, and the promised updates never came. Instead, the food arrived almost 40 minutes late, and the fish and meat were cold, rendering them inedible. The driver's outrageous comment was that I could just heat it up in the microwave. If I want to heat something up, I don't need to order it; I can just get something from the freezer at any store. It will taste better than this expensive, cold meal that arrived late. When I called the restaurant, they refused to offer a refund for the cold, delayed food. I will never order from them again and strongly recommend that anyone who wants hot meat or fish order from somewhere else.

I received the wrong food. I called afterwards and received the wrong food again. Then they told me I should just get my money back from Lieferando (?). It can't be that difficult to deliver the correct bowl after two attempts, especially with a promotion offering two different dishes (a 2-for-1 deal with a choice between a regular and a vegan bowl). The reason given was that they probably have a new kitchen assistant (?). Especially after I explained that this was important for me due to allergens, I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously at all. Anyway, I contacted Lieferando and informed them that I should probably request a refund from them...? I just hope I get my money back. In any case, I wouldn't recommend them for people who have to be careful about allergens, for example. It's too risky for me to order from them again.

I ordered through Lieferando and it arrived in less than 15 minutes. One of the bowls was tasty, but it only contained two mini falafel, which wasn't worth the price. The second bowl was prepared incorrectly. I specifically asked for it without feta cheese in the description, yet it was piled high with it. The "grilled" chicken was anything but grilled and practically raw. That probably explains the fast delivery time. I used to order from here regularly, but this was the last time.

If you want to eat healthy, this is the place for you! ;) The perfect alternative to greasy fast food. Give it a try, folks! I'll be ordering from there more often from now on.

The smallest piece of salmon received with my order. I used to love these bowls but it was actually insulting how small the portion was. Not happy at all.

Great service, more punctual delivery, tastes delicious and it's great that you also write how many kcal etc the food has, perfect for a healthy diet. It's a little more expensive but it's still great :)!

We generally order from Fine Fine after training and have always been very satisfied. Today we wanted to eat there for the first time and were thrilled by the friendliness! For the first time I tried the low carb tiramisu “oh my god” what a taste! Everything here tastes very fresh and delicious. My absolute favorite in Düsseldorf

Hab den Laden nicht gefunden, hätte gerne was Veganes gegessen - gibt’s euch noch?

Eigentlich bin ich von diesem Restaurant sehr begeistert. Besonders von dem einen Wrap den ich immer bestelle. Wenn ich dazu schreibe "Bitte ohne Avocado" dann bekomme ich das auch, was ich super finde. Wenn ich bei anderen Gerichten dazu schreibe dass etwas nicht dabei sein soll dann habt ihr das auch zu machen. Ich hatte in meinem Kartoffelbrei Jalapenos, obwohl ich geschrieben habe dass ich keine drinnen haben will. Diese Funktion gibt es extra für sowas. Richtig lesen.

Hatte ausversehen "bar" bestellt und Bestellung ging aufs Haus, sehr nett, schnelle Lieferung und dazu habe ich schon öfter dort bestellt und war immer zufrieden. Top!

Das Essen war sehr heiß, die Gnocchi auf den Punkt. Der Wrap ebenfalls lecker und der Salat schön frisch. Durch die pünktliche Lieferung nochmals ein Bonus. Mega Laden. Bin so happy den Shop jetzt auch in Holthausen zu haben. Verpackung größtenteils aus Kartonage. Richtig gut 👍🏻

Sie werben mit "Bio" und "Eco" und liefern Ihre Hauptspeisen in Alu-Schalen? Giftiges Aluminium geht auf das Essen über, informieren Sie sich bitte mal. Das geht überhaupt nicht, das sollte jeder Gastronom wissen. Auch ist Aluminium eine Katastrophe für die Umwelt. Es gibt heute diverse nachhaltigere Alternativen auf dem Markt. Immerhin der Salat kam in einer (laut Verpackung) biologisch abbaubaren, runden Schale, doch leider auch hier mit Plastikdeckel... [Edit: die Deckel sind wohl aus Bioplastik, sodass ich diesen Teil der Kritik zurückziehe]. Und die großen runden Sticker auf jeder Verpackung, die angeben welches Gericht drin steckt, sind aus Plastik und damit vollkommen unnötiger Müll. Die Kalorien und Makro-Angaben kann der Kunde auch bei der Bestellung einsehen. Durch das Weglassen könnten Tausende Plastik-Sticker pro Filiale pro Jahr eingespart werden. Wir haben 2021 und dieser Planet hat ein gigantisches Müll- und Klimaproblem. "Eco" draufzudrucken ändert daran jedenfalls nichts.

Leider hält der laden nicht das was er verspricht. Dazu sehr schlechter Service und man verspricht wieder gutmachen des Fehlers aber tatsächlich gibt es keine Wiedergutmachung. Habe ein Gericht bestellt. Lieferung frei Haus ist ab 10€. Angeblich hat gericht unter 10 € gekostet obwohl auf der Menü-karte 11,95€. Also wollte ich noch was bestellen damit es frei Haus geliefert wird. Aber das erwies sich als schwierig. Letztendlich hatte ich ein Gericht bekommen das ich nicht haben wollte nur um die Lieferkosten über 10 € sind. Und als ich den Fehler erkannte und daraufhin nochmal Anrufte hatte man sich um den Fehler entschuldigt und man wollte es wieder gutmachen in den man mir das richtige Gericht bringt und das aufs Haus. Aber leider nach 2 Stunden kam nichts und auf telefonischer Anfrage erfuhr ich das nichts kommt und es gäbe kein Grund einer wieder Gutmachung. Also das ist ein absolutes schlechtes, aber wirklich schlechtes Ergebnis Werde natürlich da nie wieder was Bestellen. Das steht fest.
