Tolles Ambiente. Sehr nette Kellnerin, die uns das Tiramisu aufs Haus geben wollte, weil es leider nicht doll war, kann mal passieren. Dafür waren beide Pastagerichte top und der Service sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!

Immerwieder gehen wir gerne hier essen. Das Angebot ist ausgewogen und gut. Egal was ich bisher bestellt habe, war sehr lecker und ansprechend serviert. Auch die Preise sind angemessen. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Nette Bedienungen, perfekte Pasta ❤️

Wir haben Marinello heute ausprobiert und waren total begeistert. Wir hatten Penne Bolognese und Pilzrisotto, und beide Gerichte waren köstlich und schmeckten richtig authentisch italienisch. Wir haben auch gehört, dass ihre Pinzas hervorragend sein sollen, die stehen also definitiv auf unserer Liste für den nächsten Besuch – zusammen mit dem Steak, das fantastisch aussah, als es aus der Küche kam. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn Sie in der Gegend sind. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Es befindet sich im selben Gebäude wie EDEKA, sodass Sie sogar vor oder nach dem Essen noch einkaufen können.

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal dort nach dem Einkaufen und beide Besuche waren toll! Nicht nur der Service ist besonders freundlich und aufmerksam, aber auch das Essen schmeckt wirklich gut. Preis-Leistung technisch auch hervorragend. Wir werden öfters kommen! Vielen dank ☺️

Leider nicht mehr so gut wie noch vor einigen Monaten. Früher waren die Speisen frisch und auch die Ravioli frisch von den Nudelspezialitäten aus dem Edeka im Kellergeschoss. Ich hatte Steinpilzravioli. Früher war es ein Pilzgericht, heute ein Gericht mit Pilzen und Gehacktem, das leider mit viel zu viel Knoblauch gewürzt war. Sehr schade... wo ist der Koch hin? Ich befürchte ich gehe jetzt woanders essen. Meine Begleitung wollte Lasagne essen. Leider wurde ihr nach einigen Minuten nach erfolgter Bestellung mitgeteilt, dass Lasagne "leider aus" sei. Beim Italiener! LASAGNE aus??? Es tut mir leid, aber ich bin nicht mehr zufrieden bei "Maranello" in Düsseldorf bei Zurheide.

Immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Tolles Personal, nettes Ambiente und sehr leckeres Essen. Ich kombiniere das Restaurant sehr gern mit dem Einkauf im angrenzenden Edeka- eine herrliche Kombination!

Am 25. Februar 2026 hatte mich eine Bekannte in das Ristorante Maranello eingeladen. Ich hatte mir eine kleine Pinsa Quattro Stagioni mit Salami Piccante bestellt. Ich esse gerne würzig und scharf. Ich habe keine Salami erhalten sondern labberigen Schinken. Meine Bekannte hatte einen Salat mit Ziegenkäse bestellt. Auf Nachfrage bekam sie dann noch Öl und Essig. Das hätte man bereits nach der Bestellung bringen können. Und die 4 kleinen Brotscheiben wurden gebracht nachdem sie den Salat bereits zur Hälfte gegessen hatte. Ich hatte Wasser und meine Bekannte Wein. Danach noch einen Cappuccino. Der Kellner war sehr unfreundlich und wollte uns den ausgesuchten Tisch nicht geben obwohl der Tisch erst ab 19 Uhr reserviert war. Meine Bekannte benötigt einen Rollator und ich einen Stock. Wir durften uns dann doch an den Tisch setzen welchen meine Bekannte ausgewählt hatte. Für Menschen mit Behinderungen nur bedingt geeignet. Von meinem Essen war ich nicht begeistert und werde dieses Ristorante bei Zurheide in Düsseldorf nicht noch einmal besuchen. Meine Bekannte hat insgesamt 48 Euro bezahlt. Ich war ja eingeladen. Fantastisch!! Wir haben das grüne Risotto gegessen, es war außergewöhnlich lecker!!!

Sehr leckere Pinsa, ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Wollten eben etwas essen gehen und da es in dem Edeka sehr einladend ist, haben wir uns für den Italiener entschieden. Hatten eine Pinsa als Vorspeise, wobei da schon Preisleistung wirklich überwältigend war. Ich empfehle zu zweit als Vorspeise die kleine Pinsa. Diese ist bereits ausreichend. Auch der Hauptgang war sehr lecker. Wunsch gerade die Spaghetti mit dem saftigen Hühnchen und den leckeren Pilzen war ein Traum. Aber das Schönste war wirklich der sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende und sympathische Service. Alle Mitarbeiter hatten ein Lächeln hatten Gehör und waren freundlich. Da würde ich gerne zehn von fünf Sternen verteilen, wenn es möglich wäre. Von daher geht ein großes Lob und ein herzliches Danke an das Team.

Die Vorspeise Kürbissuppe war sehr lecker und heiß. Was danach kam war einfach nur noch schlecht. Die Nudelgerichte lauwarm und stellenweise kalt und waren nicht frisch angerichtet. Die Spaghetti schwammen in Öl. Saucen waren nicht zu erkennen, da die Gerichte allesamt lange im voraus zubereitet wurden. Die Schweinefiletmedaillons waren durch, trocken und bessere Schuhsohlen. Wir wissen nicht, ob da überhaupt ein Koch anwesend war. Die Pinsa waren wenigstens frisch zubereitet. Insgesamt ist dieses Restaurant absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und von hoher Qualität. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und angenehm, obwohl sich das Restaurant direkt neben einem Supermarkt befindet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der exzellente Service – aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Die Preise sind fair und absolut angemessen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Super nette und höfliche Leute, die wirklich auf ihre Gäste eingehen. Das Essen ist einfach fantastisch. Die Aromen sind perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei: Fleisch, Pasta, Fisch und Salate. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Man könnte meinen, man betrete ein La Place-Imitat, wird aber von der hohen Qualität der Speisen sowie der Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des Personals sehr positiv überrascht. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir sind zufällig auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen, nachdem wir einen langen Umweg durch Düsseldorf gemacht hatten, auf der Suche nach einem Lokal, in dem wir vier mit unseren unterschiedlichen Geschmäckern etwas zu essen finden konnten. Ristorante Maranello - Immer wieder ein Genuss! Im Ristorante Maranello fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Der Service ist wirklich herausragend: stets freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, ohne je aufdringlich zu wirken. Man merkt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Kulinarisch überzeugt das Restaurant auf ganzer Linie. Besonders die Pinsa ist absolut empfehlenswert – immer superlecker, frisch zubereitet und erstaunlich schnell am Tisch, selbst an gut besuchten Wochenenden. Lange Wartezeiten kennt man hier nicht. Ich bin durch das Gutscheinheft auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden und war mit einer Freundin hier essen und wir waren wirklich begeistert! Wir haben uns eine kleine Pinsa zur Vorspeise geteilt, dazu eine Flasche Weißwein und eine Flasche Wasser bestellt. Als Hauptgang gab es Schweinefilet mit Risotto und Pfifferlingen das war einfach fantastisch! Super abgeschmeckt, perfekt gegart und wunderschön angerichtet. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Ambiente wirkt edel, aber trotzdem gemütlich man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich top, man hätte für diese Qualität und den Service locker mehr verlangen können. Ein rundum gelungener Abend – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

My detailed experience at Ristorante Maranello Yesterday, September 10, 2025, I was kindly shown to a table without a reservation. Thank you very much for your uncomplicated hospitality. The restaurant is very nice and clean; even the glasses smelled neutral, a positive sign of well-maintained dishwasher and detergent. The culinary highlights were both positive and negative: Top: The shrimp in chili tomato sauce was excellent, a big compliment to the kitchen. Flop: The lasagna, on the other hand, tasted bad (old), so I couldn't finish it. (Visit at around 1:30 p.m.) The service seemed disinterested. No one asked if I enjoyed the food. I even said that the shrimp were very tasty. No one asked about the lasagna, but it was important to me to take the lasagna and the bread with me so it wouldn't end up in the trash. So I asked for my food to be wrapped. The waitress didn't take my food away, and she didn't wrap it up either. Instead, I had to wrap it myself, which left a bad taste in my mouth. I ultimately left the lasagna because I was uncomfortable with the situation. When I go to an Italian restaurant, the service is lively, warm, full of life, passionate, and that special, unique Italian energy—all of which I missed here. In conclusion: A unique experience. The food was delicious! I really enjoyed the steak, the truffled mashed potatoes and the fresh salad. However, I was disappointed with the service. The restaurant was empty, yet it took around 30 minutes for my order to arrive. Considering it was just a steak, which is usually quick to prepare, I found the wait quite long. When I politely asked about the delay, the waiter’s response came across as rather abrupt, which made me feel uncomfortable. While the quality of the food was excellent, I believe the service could be improved to match it.

We visited Maranello for the first time yesterday and were truly impressed by the delicious food, attentive service, and wonderful atmosphere. We'd love to come back! 👌🏼

Beautiful ambiance with friendly and attentive staff. The food was truly amazing. There were 18 of us there, and we were still able to eat at the same time. We all enjoyed dessert the most. You should definitely leave room for that. We'd all be happy to come back.

I'd like to give this place 4.5 stars. The prices are reasonable for what they do. The pasta is freshly prepared and brought to your table quickly. Despite being in Germany's most expensive supermarket, the dishes cost around €15. I ordered the carbonara, which was unfortunately a bit too salty. Otherwise, the pasta was perfectly cooked; the sauce had a great creamy consistency, as you'd expect from carbonara. The staff were friendly, and the ambiance was classy—perfect for a date (there's even a pastry shop/small café across the street). Overall, I was very satisfied and would gladly return.

Simply fantastic! KITCHEN PARTY at Maranello! If you don't just want to go out for dinner, but want something "more" with friends, you should definitely do this. Fantastic food, a super friendly team that clearly enjoys what they do, and a great atmosphere in the kitchen. True to the motto "Anything goes, nothing is necessary!", you can either relax and be pampered and served – including seconds with every course – or take a look behind the scenes, chat with the chef, and get involved yourself. It was a fantastic evening for us; many thanks to the entire team at Maranello.

I love the Maranello. I say every time that I want to be buried with the ravioli with goat cheese, fig, and sage butter. The staff is also super friendly and accommodating. I really enjoy coming here.

I ordered a pasta dish with salmon and curry sauce. The salmon smelled too strongly of fish. Regardless, the whole dish wasn't good either. The combination of salmon and curry didn't work. But it's also a matter of taste. Unfortunately, the waiter couldn't explain it either. The garlic bread with parmesan, on the other hand, was terrific. But it's sad when the side dish is better than the main course. Overall I would only have given it two stars. Since the store has delivered better in the past, I'm giving it 3 stars. Nevertheless, I would recommend avoiding this dish.

Ich habe selten so schlecht gegessen! Das (durchgebratene) Filetsteak meiner Partnerin sah auf dem Teller aus wie ein Haufen 'Hundekot'. In der hausgemnachten Pfeffersauce haben wir vergeblich auch nur ein einziges Pfefferkorn gesuicht. Und die als 'Kräuter Drillinge' bezeiichneten und uns als Rosmarinkartoffel angedienten Kartoffel haben wohl in der Küche eine Woche lang neben dem Rosmarin gelegen. Sie waren weder frisch, noch schmackhaft. Rosmarinkartoffeln gehen anders! Nachdem sich meine Partnerin beschwert hat, sind diese allerdings auch nur einmal berechnet worden. Ich selbst hatte einen Salat, der mindestens ein bis zwei Tage alt war, da die Blätter teilweise schon verwelkt waren. Und die Dorade, die auf meine Bitte in der Küche entgrätet werden sollte, hat man wohl einem Lehrling im ersten Lehrjahr überlassen. So jedenfalls sah sie aus, als sie serviert worden ist.

I want to like this place so much because of their big talk about homemade pastas and marketing over their pinsa dough. However, it is unfortunately always a bad experience at this place thanks to unprofessional, uninformed, and cold staff. Been here 3 times as I live nearby. First 2 times: we were obviously ignored for a long time by service staff. The first time, we had to wait at least 10 minutes before a menu arrived at the table, although the restaurant was less than half-full. Third time, a waitress informed me that warm tea could be done under the Lunch Menu option. But the tea was charged on the bill. When I raised it with the waitress who handled the bill (a different person), she insisted that she had told her colleague that the tea was not chargeable under the Lunch Menu option. She also refused to take it off the bill even though it was a service breakdown fault as we had not been informed about this. Food is good enough, but nothing to scream about. The Arrabiata comes served with factory-supplied pre-grated parmesan cheese. The gnocchi is not Al dente at all. The flavors are acceptable but nothing special, even for Germany's standard. All in all, will unfortunately not return nor recommend anyone who wishes to be treated fairly to this badly-manned restaurant.

Nice and cozy restaurant in the Zur Heide shopping center. The service staff are very attentive and friendly. The food is very tasty, the portions are large. We had salad with poultry, a pinsa with rocket and cerano, a pumpkin pasta dish and the garlic bread with dip and olives. Fantastic enjoyment. It's just a shame that the toilet is in the café opposite.

Great Italian food! Both the pizza and pasta were great and the service was fast and polite.

Delicious food. After we placed our order we had our food in 10 minutes. The small "pizza" was delicious and big enough for us. Employees are friendly and speak good English, there is also a menu in English. Once you have your food and drinks they hardly come, they were mainly busy with new people arriving so they seem to lose sight of the others.

Staff very friendly, humorous and patient. Price-performance ratio is right as the food is very good. The atmosphere is great because you hardly notice anything going on outside. Easily accessible by public transport, but there is an expensive parking garage nearby.

On November 11th, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. we visited the Ristorante Maranello in Edeka Düsseldorf, accompanied by a friend who eats here every day at lunchtime. Based on his recommendation, we were looking forward to a pleasant dinner, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. We entered the restaurant and sat down at a table. Shortly afterwards we noticed a waitress making frantic hand movements in our direction. The gestures seemed confusing and in no way a welcome welcome. Since we didn't understand her signals, we tried to get her attention to get clarity about the situation. An employee from the kitchen finally informed us that the restaurant was closed. However, as this is the Medica trade fair, which is known to attract many international visitors, and the restaurant was full of guests at the time, we found this unusual. When we finally approached the waitress to get more information, she again “waved us out of the store” with rude hand gestures – or so it seemed to us. Instead of informing us of the impending closure with a brief, respectful note, the communication was designed in a way that made us feel like we were unwanted. I explained to her that we didn't understand these hand signals and that she could just speak to us directly. She then replied briefly and without any pretense of politeness in broken English: “We have closed.” Such behavior towards guests is absolutely unacceptable to us. What was particularly disappointing was the way the blonde waitress treated us - instead of a respectful, professional tone, we were treated with condescending gestures. This fundamentally contradicts the expectations that one can have of a restaurant in a big city during an international trade fair. As long-time visitors to Düsseldorf restaurants, we expected a high level of hospitality and service quality at a renowned restaurant like Maranello, especially at a regular opening time (9 p.m.). Unfortunately, this visit leaves an extremely negative impression. There is a consensus in our team that we will avoid Ristorante Maranello in the future. We regret that a restaurant with such great potential and a loyal customer base is undermining its position through such rude behavior towards guests.

We wanted to eat pizza there yesterday. We were assigned a table, brought the menu and unfortunately it was only explained when we ordered that the pizza oven wasn't working today. You could have said something sooner. Left the restaurant again

Here you can eat very tasty and inexpensive! The pasta and ravioli are made in a pasta factory, really great👌 The staff is very friendly. We like to come here again when we are in Düsseldorf. The small disadvantage is that it's in a large discount store and you'll hear announcements every now and then!

As noted in some reviews the pasta was al dente, just a lil harder than my preference. The flavours nonetheless were awesome. The crème sauce and chicken was flavoured to the point. Would definitely recommend it. The Pinsa was freshly made right before our eyes. Toasted to perfection. Hausgemachte Limonade was nice too. Everything was great for value ;)

One of the few restaurants that always consistently deliver top quality. Here you get really good food, good wine, top service and a great atmosphere for your money. Everything in a top price performance and you can see the passion in every plate. Anyone looking for a fly in the ointment here will search in vain.

The food is extremely tasty, I especially like the fresh, homemade pasta. The service is always very attentive, friendly and not intrusive. We always enjoy eating at Maranello and can recommend it to everyone.

A good Italian restaurant in a modern, tasteful bistro style; affiliated with the excellent EDEKA supermarket Zurheide. Whether dishes from the extensive standard menu or monthly changing additional dishes or seasonal dishes (currently various dishes with chanterelles): All are of good to excellent quality and are presented very attractively. Particularly worth mentioning are all the fresh homemade pasta, the pins, but also the risotti. The service is very friendly and attentive. All of this - and last but not least the good price/performance ratio - makes the "Maranello" our favorite restaurant when we visit Düsseldorf.

The food was fabulously delicious. We had a Pinsa Magherita and it was absolutely delicious. We also got garlic bread with olives and a dip. The restaurant is beautifully designed and the waitress was super friendly. 100% recommended!

Weekday, late afternoon. Not reserved, but got space for two people without any problems. The service is very nice and courteous, the atmosphere is modern. Everything very clean. Three stars for that. Two stars deducted because the highly praised Pinsa was not convincing, especially since there was not a hint of Gorgonzola to be tasted or seen in the Gorgonzola Pinsa chosen. The service insisted that there was Gorgonzola on it - but never in my life. There was no cheese to be found other than mozzarella. Given the prices, that's rather disappointing.

This restaurant differs in a positive sense from restaurants located in a supermarket building. It is quiet and you can dine in peace.

Habe dort spontan mit einer Kundin gespeist. Von Anfang sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service, der sofort die Situation erkannt hat, dass wir eine Karte in deutsch und eine in englisch benötigen. Meine Steinpilzravioli waren leider nicht gut gekocht (noch deutlich zu sehr al dente), aber geschmacklich gut. Trotzdem gute Qualität.

We went for lunch and asked for a simple Aglio e olio for my vegan friend. They said they couldn't make it. It really says something when an Italian restaurant doesn't know how to make pasta with literally just garlic,salt and olive oil. The waitress adviced for an amatriciana, we specified to have it without cheese and speck, but yet my friend got served a pasta drowned in parmesan. I pointed it out and they quickly came back with a plate with the same pasta. They just scraped it into a new plate but it was so clear they stirred the sauce and the cheese to cover it. Pretty ridiculous. The food was nothing special. Most of the menu is what German thinks Italian food is supposed to have, the ingredients are all over the place

The pizza wasn't as good for my taste as I thought. The dough also came out a little burnt on the bottom and ends.

Pinsa instead of pizza, yeast dough that has matured for an extra long time, wholesome, clear menu (which I love). The restaurant is located in the entrance area of ​​Edeka zur Heide in Düsseldorf on Berliner Allee. The ingredients come fresh from the associated Edel-Edeka. It doesn't get any better.

The Italian restaurant I visited definitely deserves 5 out of 5 stars. Her pinsa was exceptionally good and bigger than expected! What particularly impressed me was that the nice waitress explained before I ordered that there were no small Pinsa today and that we (4 people) would all get a large one for the price of a small one. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was fine, not to mention that you're still eating in a supermarket.

Pinsa was burnt and served that way. When asked, the waitress just looked surprised. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. I recently moved away from Düsseldorf and came back here specifically because I've had good experiences with Maranello so far. Unfortunately, this appears to have changed a lot.

It’s a really good restaurant right inside the big Edeka building, so you can go for nice meal right after/before shopping. The staff is super friendly and attentive (most of the time). The place is really cozy and gave a classy feeling. There was a bit of a waiting time (around 20 mins), but it was worth it. The food was really good, not typical off-the-shelf pasta, home-made ones! The texture of Penne made me realize what pasta should taste like 😍 The Bolognese sauce was on-point. 👌 The drinks were also good, but would’ve been perfect if they were sparkling. (They said sparkling versions are not available on that day for some reason).

Delicious food for a great price. Super friendly service. Very attentive and personable. Although it is a kind of supermarket, it is very cozy and the food is really excellent. The Gulash as daily menu was excellent!

They expect you to wait to be seated, but employees proceed to ignore you even when they make eye contact with you. Very disappointing service.

Everything I've tried so far has been great. Before you plan a meal here, you should realize that the restaurant is located in the entrance. It has been beautifully renovated, but would not be a location for a romantic meal now.

It was our first time there and certainly not the last time. We were served very friendly, the food was quick but also tasted very good. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

Hello everyone, my wife and I were just at Maranello but we weren't served. We have been forgotten. Therefore we can't comment on the quality of the food, but the service was really bad. Important to note: It was NOT full, quite the opposite.

Eten is eerbaar maar weinig (goede) smaken. Dat is jammer want het oogt wel vers en de bediening is vlot en vriendelijk. Goulash zou ik afraden. Het is een soort stoverij met goed vlees, maar zeker geen goulash.

Food was 👍, ambience was appealing, service was impeccable!

Twee pinsa parma besteld was erg lekker. De bediening was zeer vriendelijk. Dit is zeker een aanrader.

Das Maranello im Edeka Zur Heide ist für meinen Geschmack nicht besonders gemütlich, aber das Essen ist ziemlich gut. Ich hatte ein Gulasch vom Wagyu-Rind mit verschiedenen Pilzen und Oliven, das war sehr lecker. Meine Frau hatte Kürbis-Walnuss-Haselnuss-Ravioli und war ebenfalls sehr angetan. Die Preise sind, gemessen an den wirklich (zu) großen Portionen, absolut angemessen. Die Bedienung ist freundlich.

Vorspeise Burrata, Hauptgang Pinsa und im Nachgang ein Affogato. Hier war alles perfekt...aber der Affogato war der Knaller! Service super und aufmerksam und Ambiente schön. Die vielen kleinen Details wie Servietten, schöne Gläser und Deko werden beachtet. Absolut empfehlenswert! Gerne wieder, vielen Dank! Heute erneut da gewesen. Alles war wieder mit Liebe angerichtet, top Produkte, frisch und von sehr guter Qualität.

Geniale Burrata, fantastische Pinsa, top Pastagerichte und ein toller Prosecco runden unseren monatlichen Frisörbesuch ab. Alles dann auch noch liebevoll serviert…besser gehts nicht!! Danke, dass es Euch gibt❤️
