Great service and fantastic waiters and chefs! Children are welcome and warmly greeted. The food is excellent! We'll be back.

We ate at Vapiano with our son. We received a friendly welcome, and our little one was immediately offered something to draw. Drinks were also brought to our table quickly after ordering. The food didn't take long to arrive either; it arrived hot and was also very tasty. Overall, everything was great, and we're looking forward to our next visit.

I waited 20 minutes for a coffee and 15 minutes at the checkout to pay. I ended up picking up the coffee myself.

Excellent pasta and pizza made with fresh ingredients. The menu consists mostly of the usual Vapiano dishes, but also includes some that are only available here. Ordering is done at the table via QR codes, just like in the Netherlands. Very fast service, but prices are not particularly cheap. The atmosphere is typical of Vapiano.

I used to love Vapiano, but the quality has declined too much over the years. I waited for more than half an hour for my pasta, only to find out that they completely forgot to make it.

Vapiano, you can't complain. The service and ordering via the app are excellent and actually work perfectly. Our server was extremely attentive and friendly to the children. Unfortunately, the food didn't arrive at the same time, and the pizza was a little cold, but the taste was excellent! Just as you'd expect from Vapiano.

Vapiano Düsseldorf on Königsallee is a pleasant, beautifully decorated restaurant spread over two floors. We went there for lunch and had pasta. See photos. The portion was large and plentiful. The flavor was somewhat bland.

During our visit, the Vapiano team suggested that we give a 5-star review - we should get an espresso as a thank you. We thought the idea was nice and did the review, but unfortunately we never got the promised espresso. This seems dubious to us and leaves a bad impression. It's a shame, we were hoping for more honesty and customer focus.

Very bad service, there is no table service, through an application only in English and poorly translated, we ate very badly. Dishes without taste and since the application does not translate well we could not eat well since there was a lot of spice. We do not recommend that you go to this restaurant

Worst Vapiano I've eaten in, bruschetta was served most of the tomato pieces were on the plate instead of on the bread. Ordered cabonara twice, but it was dry pasta with burnt bacon and a dollop of cream. The bread that was added was already dry and hard. No comparison to Bielefeld or Hanover.

Today I would like to share my experience with one of the best restaurants in Düsseldorf - perhaps even in the whole of North Rhine-Westphalia - with you. I enjoyed a truly delicious meal there that was not only served quickly but was also incredibly tasty and flavorful. What makes this restaurant special is the open kitchen: everything is prepared right in front of the guests - from the fresh ingredients to the perfect presentation on the plate. You can see exactly what goes into the food and that creates trust. The service staff was very friendly, attentive and served us with real enthusiasm. A sweet extra at the end: you can take colorful gummy bears when paying - a small gesture that makes the visit even more pleasant. I plan to stop by regularly to enjoy pasta, pizza, salads or the sensational lasagne on site. The drinks in particular, which are only available in this restaurant, make the experience unique. On other days I conveniently order via Uber Eats or Lieferando - that also works without any problems. For my next birthday I plan to celebrate there with about 15 friends. Of course, I will make a reservation by phone in advance to make sure there is enough space for all of us. And don't forget: When the weather is nice, you can also sit outside on the terrace - that makes the dining experience even more pleasant.

Massive disappointment. I went there twice and same issues. The food is not at all a Vapiano standard and there is a critical lack of resources who know what they should do… a disaster. Orders take ages… I don’t recommend. A shame because the restaurant is nice and in a nice location but the client experience is terrible

We were there last Sunday. The restaurant was not very busy. The tables around were cleared and cleaned very slowly. Our drinks came to us then the information that there was no more Cola Zero. Ok, then we'll just share the big water. The food was more than disappointing. Salad with mango cubes and chicken. First extremely little mango and chicken. Spread carelessly on the plate. Leaf lettuce also had its good days behind it. To the other dishes. Pasta with salmon - quite dry. Noodles with shrimps - there were 4 pieces on it. In addition, the noodles weren't all cooked. Then when paying, you should pay for the non-existent Cola Zero, which of course was not deleted from the receipt. Unnecessary discussion. My conclusion: repeat - no thanks!!!

Really amazing food, good deals and excellent service!

Had a fantastic meal at this restaurant! The pasta with shrimp was delicious, and the sujuk pizza offered a perfect blend of flavors. The panna cotta dessert was the ideal sweet finish. Special thanks to servers Hakim and Soufiane who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. Definitely recommend!

i ordered a delivery - chicken alfredo. it tasted very bad - overcooked pasta with almost no sauce, less than 50 grams of chicken, and few slices of mushroom, that’s all. i mean, i understand, but if you’re giving the dish of this quality, at least lower the price(???)

Food and service is always great. Love their online order and payment service which is so easy and hassle free. Fresh food prepared right in front of you with customized options. We enjoyed our meal and at the end we were offered free drinks in exchange for a review at the outlet. Was great service and just a relaxed lunch without any hustle bustle.

Tasty food, fast service, convenient ordering, friendly and helpful personnel

Very disappointing experience. It wasn't until 30 minutes after ordering that we were informed that there was no vegan cream and only normal cream was available. In total we had to wait over an hour for the food. When it finally came, the mushrooms were raw and the pasta wasn't cooked properly. Unfortunately it was a failure - I will definitely not order from here again

Everything was perfect, great and friendly service - well located and tasty. I had the Carbonara - it's been my favorite for years in all Vapiano Stores. The only minor point that was negative was that the top floor was closed off. All taken together - great location for an inexpensive and tasty lunch.

In contrast to many other Vapiano restaurants, rather bad. The service provided simply takes too long. I come from the catering industry myself and found the visit to be bad. You can't have to wait over 20 minutes for drinks even though the store is only half full. As a boss, I would make it very clear to employees that their legs are intended for running and at a faster pace.

Update March 2025: At this point, Vapiano has placed great emphasis on customer service. You showed us that things can be better! Thank you for the invitation and the delicious food and drinks. January 2025 We have been loyal Vapiano fans since 2010. A lot has happened in recent years. Restaurants were closed, the concept changed, etc. We are happy to be able to visit the Vapiano here and there. Unfortunately we had a more than bad experience here on the Kö in Düsseldorf today. Waiting time for the drinks - 20 minutes (meaning no more foam on the beer and cold drinks almost warm) Waiting time for the food (after asking several times) 60 minutes! Then pure disappointment. The food must have stood for 10-15 minutes because the cheese had already melted into the pasta so that the pasta was almost hard. The personalized requests such as extra chilli/little garlic etc were not taken into account. Unfortunately, the service staff only used excuses as to why it was such a mess. Overall, there were a lot of annoyed faces. At the next table people were already helping each other out with bread. On top of that, the toilets were a battlefield. All of the men's urinals were covered with trash bags. There was toilet paper everywhere in the women's toilets, but there was no more in the toilets themselves. The disabled-accessible toilet was out of service and so was the changing table. When paying the bill we wanted to speak to the manager. Unfortunately none were available. After explaining the situation several times and being extremely dissatisfied with today's visit, we were met with the bill. But dear Vapiano - is that what you want to be? What's going on there? Where has the charm and quality gone? Is this your new standard? Unfortunately I didn't take a photo of the great food because we were completely annoyed.

Very nice restaurant, you are also served at your seat. Ordering is done using a qr code, but unfortunately I had a bad network and the WiFi didn't work straight away, so the web app didn't load straight away, but the staff was very nice and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

It's a classic Vapiano and the food is delicious. The 5 stars are mainly for the employee Dat. He is super accommodating and very nice. Gladly again :)
