We came late to the restaurante 30 mins before closing after a horrible experience at a different restaurant we decided to come to Vapiano and it was the best decision we did , staff was friendly and the food super good and delicious I’m super happy I ended up giving my money to Vapiano and I would come here again !

I'd just had a really tough night shift and just wanted to treat myself. And yes, what can I say? I received a really warm welcome, and the service in general was great. One young woman even made me laugh (which I really needed after the shift). A big hug goes out to her (with the high braid). The food was great too; you made my day. 🫶🏼

We were there with friends. The food arrived very late and was cold. The pasta sauce was very small; I've never had pasta like that at a Vapiano. It was far too hot and there were only 2-3 employees there.

We Had a amazing experience especially love online payment and good service,The pasta with shrimp was delicious, and the sujuk pizza offered a perfect blend of flavors. The panna cotta dessert was the ideal sweet finish. Special thanks to servers Hakim and Soufiane who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. Definitely recommend!

I visited Vapiano on August 9, 2025, and was completely thrilled. The food was fresh, flavorful, and lovingly prepared—the pasta was perfectly al dente and the sauce was wonderfully flavorful. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and always there with a smile. I particularly liked the relaxed atmosphere and the quick preparation, despite the large number of guests. I'll definitely be back—one of the best visits I've had in a long time!

Orders arrive very late. We ordered a pizza, which took half an hour to arrive. The portions are very small for the price. I wouldn't recommend it.

Fresh ingredients, as they should be I've been to several Vapianos, but the one on Königsallee is my favorite. Everything tastes fresh, and the open kitchen inspires trust.

I visited your establishment this afternoon and was extremely disappointed with the service provided. There was only one employee on-site, trying to handle everything on their own—there was no one else available to assist guests. This is unacceptable. It is clear that your establishment is severely understaffed. This raises serious questions not only about the poor guest service, but also about the working conditions of your employees. I would have liked to speak with management personally, but no opportunity arose. Frankly, this situation reflects very poorly on the management, and I believe the responsible General Manager should reconsider her position. I strongly urge you to review your staffing levels and determine whether your operations still meet basic standards in the restaurant and hotel industry. If this is not the case, I believe it would be appropriate for the Public Order Office to address this matter. It is unacceptable that guests are treated so poorly and that employees have to work under such conditions without support.

The place was 20% empty but the service was one the worst ever. Took 40 minutes to get the food after we remind the waitress about our food. We got the wrong food The tables and chairs are not comfortable at all Never go back to this place

Has declined sharply over the past 3 years

I asked for a takeaway box. The first time via the app, no one came. The second time, I asked the staff (the waiter and usher) – they already had a box in their hands and said they'd be right there. When no one came after 10 minutes, I went back to the staff with a bowl. The pasta had barely any sauce, and the chicken Alfredo had very little meat... never again. I'd rather go to the Media Harbor.

The restaurant has a relaxed and modern atmosphere, with a cozy, open kitchen. The service was also excellent: friendly staff, and everything ran smoothly. Definitely recommended if you enjoy Italian food in a pleasant setting!

The food was very good, there was a large selection, quite generous portions, and a very good dessert!! Unfortunately, we noticed that the ambiance wasn't what the menu prices, location, and food selection would suggest: A nice restaurant, albeit a bit dated – the door to the women's restroom wasn't fully hung on its hinges, and the cutlery was dirty and sitting in a cracked glass on the table. The plates weren't entirely clean either. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and, upon our request, immediately brought new cutlery to the table. Overall, Vapiano on the Kö offers a great location with a lovely terrace, somewhat shielded from the pedestrian walkway, a good and tasty selection of food and drinks, and fairly fair prices. However, they should pay more attention to cleanliness and hygiene overall, and perhaps install a new door in the restrooms.

I ate a pasta pomodoro and it was stil dough i was very mad i told them they were doing nothing about it. It took one and an half hour i am not happy about this i am very disappointed in this düsseldorf is very strange they also did not help with ordering

I'd like to give zero points, but unfortunately, that's not possible :/ We just ordered from you via Wolt. I had Insalata Burrata con Verdure. It costs a whopping €18.45, but I wanted to have burrata – unfortunately, the burrata was forgotten?!? How does that happen? My girlfriend had specifically ordered without onions and paid extra for arugula. Both were also forgotten. The funny thing is, the order is written on the bag separately. How could you do that so wrong? It takes forever to get your money back now...

We were there by chance because I wanted a coffee. It was on a side street and looked cozy. The waiter working outside was very friendly. And the food—we had an appetizer—was delicious. The coffee was good, too. We took a break there.

We were in Dusseldorf and saw our favorite restaurant. We love the gnocchi and shrimp salad here. No other country in the world has such delicious salads with arugula dressing. We wish your restaurant prosperity!

An absolute disaster. First we got the wrong food, then the right one arrived – but with a broken glass jar. The pasta was wrong, some of it still hard, as if it had been sitting around for hours. No bread, even though it should have been part of the order. No cutlery on the table, which was dirty, by the way. Overall, everything seemed careless and chaotic. For a restaurant with that name, this is simply embarrassing. Never again. If I could give 0 stars, I would give zero. Truly incompetent!

The location and service are nice and good, but the food, unfortunately, isn't. I had a small drink for a very high price, and my colleague, despite being very hungry, was dissatisfied with the pizza :/

We ate at Vapiano with our son. We received a friendly welcome, and our little one was immediately offered something to draw. Drinks were also brought to our table quickly after ordering. The food didn't take long to arrive either; it arrived hot and was also very tasty. Overall, everything was great, and we're looking forward to our next visit.

I used to love Vapiano, but the quality has declined too much over the years. I waited for more than half an hour for my pasta, only to find out that they completely forgot to make it.

Excellent pasta and pizza made with fresh ingredients. The menu consists mostly of the usual Vapiano dishes, but also includes some that are only available here. Ordering is done at the table via QR codes, just like in the Netherlands. Very fast service, but prices are not particularly cheap. The atmosphere is typical of Vapiano.

Vapiano, you can't complain. The service and ordering via the app are excellent and actually work perfectly. Our server was extremely attentive and friendly to the children. Unfortunately, the food didn't arrive at the same time, and the pizza was a little cold, but the taste was excellent! Just as you'd expect from Vapiano.

Vapiano Düsseldorf on Königsallee is a pleasant, beautifully decorated restaurant spread over two floors. We went there for lunch and had pasta. See photos. The portion was large and plentiful. The flavor was somewhat bland.

During our visit, the Vapiano team suggested that we give a 5-star review - we should get an espresso as a thank you. We thought the idea was nice and did the review, but unfortunately we never got the promised espresso. This seems dubious to us and leaves a bad impression. It's a shame, we were hoping for more honesty and customer focus.
