Very nice restaurant, you are also served at your seat. Ordering is done using a qr code, but unfortunately I had a bad network and the WiFi didn't work straight away, so the web app didn't load straight away, but the staff was very nice and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

The food tastes like in a typical Vapiano restaurant. Unfortunately the spelled pasta was no longer available, otherwise everything was great :) The service has improved compared to six months ago.

Recommend, no. I had linguini....weird noodle consistency....preferably al dente....but it was more hard like strange glass noodles....just strange. Sugo had a lot of vegetables/ commendable, but was totally bland in taste. Maybe something for kids, there are a lot of them there. But I cook too well...sorry.

Disappointed!!! Five of us ate at Vapiano on the KÖ in Düsseldorf today and were unfortunately very disappointed. As a Vapiano lover, I can only say that everything that could have been done wrong was done wrong in our dishes. COMPLETELY unsalted and, despite your request, no chilli or garlic. But the worst thing was that the noodles and shrimp weren't cooked through at all. The noodles were so hard and tasted like dough. When we complained about this we were offered coffee on the house. But coffee doesn't make things any better, to be honest your prices are not cheap, you expect dishes that you can eat. Our plates were still half full. We also ordered a double portion, which was even more annoying. When we were asked at the checkout whether everything was OK, we said what we didn't like and asked for a discount. But the cashier said he wasn't allowed to do anything at the checkout. Then I don't understand the question as to whether everything was OK if you can't do anything anyway?! When we wanted to speak to the branch management, she kindly didn't come, but just told the cashier that he shouldn't charge for 1-2 drinks. Super customer-friendly & solution-oriented.

Salami pizza was really tasty. Crispy, hot. The Bolognese was pretty weak. The seasoning was missing and the minced meat had almost nothing in it. Service very nice and attentive. But we'd love to come back

I am a self-confessed Vapiano fan. I like the food and especially the risotto, preferably with extra beef fillet. Ordering yourself works quite well with the QR code if you have decent internet (WiFi is available). For me personally, Vapiano is a recommendation, especially because you no longer have to queue and the waiting time can be shortened with nice entertainment.

The food tasted very good! All the staff were very nice and helpful. The only place in the middle of Düsseldorf city where you can eat and enjoy in peace 😊 again and again 🥰

Unfortunately nothing else was open. Order only via QR code and website--the Mauskino is annoying for food, but if you can't even order a drink immediately upon arrival and there is de facto zero service, then half of the restaurant experience is completely missing. The pizza was mediocre at best, and the price doesn't match the quality offered. Unfortunately, nothing more can be reported here.

The restaurant uses an app that is only in German and impossible to use if you don’t speak German. Unfortunately the waiters also do not want to assist you and we had to resort to begging and asking other patrons for assistance. In two weeks of traveling in Germany this was by far the worst restaurant experience.
