Worst Vapiano I've ever eaten at. Bruschetta was served with most of the tomato pieces on the plate instead of on the bread. I ordered carbonara twice, but they were dry pasta with burnt bacon and a dollop of cream. The bread that came with it was dry and hard. No comparison to Bielefeld or Hanover.

For me the best Greek forever. Düsseldorf without Kytaro is unthinkable. Hugs and greetings

It's quite nice. Staff friendly. But, although it was pointed out to me that the tarte flambée was crispy, what it could do as tarte flambée was subterranean. It was baked to death, dry and oily with cheese at the same time.

Food has potential but the ungodly waiting times just make it unpleasant. If I had been told that it would take almost 2 hours for 2 burgers, I would have been able to hunt, process and prepare the meat myself in that time.

1 star – Neotaste offer is ignored, food disappointing I was at Kiji (Düsseldorf, Vollmerswerth) with Neotaste and wanted to take advantage of the “two main dishes of your choice” offer. On site they suddenly said that only one fish and one meat dish was allowed - with the justification that two beef fillets (€45 each) would be "too expensive" and that it made "no sense". This clearly contradicts the offer. It says “your choice” – and not the decision of the waiter or restaurant. We pay for Neotaste because we trust in fair offers - instead we were disappointed. The food was anything but good either: the “beef fillet” was tough and definitely not a fillet, the shrimp pan was just dripping with fat. Conclusion: Unprofessional, disappointing and not a recommendation. Anyone who comes with Neotaste is obviously not taken seriously here.
