Great staff, great service, very nice and helpful. Food was super good, would be happy again at any time.

We will not visit this restaurant again. The unmotivated staff have clearly never heard of the word service. The girls were rude, inattentive and almost cheeky. As guests we were treated very badly and felt uncomfortable. I know it's hard to find good staff, but the owners really shouldn't tolerate THAT. 👎

An elegant place that is located just after crossing the Oberkasseler Bridge on the other side of the Rhine. Cozy, excellent cuisine, good atmosphere and Pet friendly.

Underground service! We were in Benrath spontaneously because we live in 47906 Kempen and were passing through from vacation. Three empty tables in front of the door. We wanted to sit down but were told more than Plum that the seats were reserved. No marking at all - no question as to whether we had reserved and unfortunately not a hint of hospitality. Maybe a table could have been set out or we could have been offered seats inside, but that's a pity. We then went over to "da Guiseppe" and we didn't have a reservation there either, but they at least offered us a place to eat inside. Everything was great there. On the way back to the car we had to stop by Pane e Vino again. Two seats were still free outside. What are you supposed to think about that? and say? ... No matter now you know how Friedrich felt in Dürrenmatt's novel when National Socialism began and you were suddenly no longer served as a Jew.

The Easter brunch there was great, varied selection and great taste! Vegan options even at brunch upon request and the service was very accommodating and extremely friendly. An all-round great time and highly recommended!

Excellent cuisine in a cool atmosphere! Highly recommended Unfortunately, the service is not entirely optimal, prices for wines and other spirits are not displayed correctly...

Selective staff member based on skin color. Tables are free, I ask for a table but the person hosting confirms that all the tables are reserved (but nothing on the tables to say that it is reserved) and asks me to sit at the bar. A few minutes later, a couple (Caucasian guy) arrives and they sit on a table so I go to ask nicely if they have a reservation, they tell me no, that they are just there to have a drink. Apart from my skin color, I don't see any other reason.
