Nice ambiance and that's it. "Homemade" convenience products, kitchen uninspired and overwhelmed, boss yells at his kitchen when things aren't going well, but sits calmly at the table and lets the staff walk into the open knife. Suppliers aren't paid, and neither are employees!! I speak from personal experience. While guests attended Christmas parties in the five-figure price range in the winter, former employees are still waiting for their wages. I feel sorry for all the employees! All prejudices about greedy bosses who cheat their guests are exceeded! I'm already looking forward to this opinion being deleted like other reviews.

We are disappointed, no comparison to about 2 years ago. The change in CEO is obviously clearly noticeable. The brunch was on a 2 star hotel level, service was nice but uninterested, jam in plastic packaging, no honey, not a big selection, fruit quickly gone, rolls and cakes baked goods, warm dishes run of the mill and not refilled, bowls dirty. Too bad

I ordered a steak medium rare and it was served completely through. The service responded really well and took it away without any problems. The second steak arrived and was bleu. Completely cold in the middle and not what I ordered. Service also responded great and took it back straight away. I was later informed that not everyone in the kitchen agreed with me. In my opinion, not a good response to a complaint. I was allowed to pay 50% (€17) for the steak because I ate some of it. You have to remember that we paid €500 with 8 people. To be fair, the other steaks (medium) at our table were great. But the chef didn't want me that way. Service was still super friendly and competent. Ambience also very inviting and cozy.

Während wir Jungs noch den Wagen parkieren, gehen die Mädels schon mal rein. Wir hatten natürlich reserviert und bestätigt. Es herrschte kurz leichte Verwirrung, eine Reservation lag anscheinend nicht vor. Aber wir bekommen einen Tisch und können auch alsbald bestellen. Dies sei besonders positiv hervorgehoben, da an diesem Samstagabend drei junge Menschen den vollen und ja auch nicht gerade kleinen Laden alleine stemmen müssen. Wenn man einen solchen Laden betreibt, sollte man als Betreiber an einem Samstagabend schon anwesend sein bzw. für genügend Personal sorgen. Die Vorspeisen kamen recht zügig, die unterschiedlich belegten Bruschettas köstlich. Dann kamen die schwarzen Nudeln mit Black Tiger Prawns für die Herren. Fangt schon mal an, hieß es, es wird ja sonst kalt. Und den Herren schmeckt es. Dann kommen die Gerichte für zwei Damen. Fangt schon mal an, sagt die dritte Dame, es wird ja sonst kalt. Und den Damen schmeckt es nicht. Das Fleischgericht zum Feuer spucken pfeffrig, das Nudelgericht mit Spinat lasch. Dann bekommt auch die dritte Dame endlich ihre Trüffelnudeln. Die schmecken nach nicht viel. Uns beiden Herren tut es leid, uns hat es als einzigen geschmeckt. Ach noch was. Radler wird nachbestellt, es kommt Bier. Wird sofort korrigiert. Bevor wir zahlen geht es noch einmal aufs Klo. Auf der Damentoilette kein Klopapier. Und ein Wasserhahn funktioniert nicht. Auf dem Herrenklo gibt es Klopapier. Aber auch hier funktioniert ein Wasserhahn nicht. Weil er schlicht und einfach abmontiert ist. Wir haben im Raum Meerbusch/Düsseldorf so viele gute Alternativen. Da vermisst man das Les Halles nicht. Weil es seinem Anspruch nicht gerecht wird. Schade eigentlich. Die Location ist nämlich toll.

Booked a table online and even though the reservation was confirmed three times! via text they did not have a table for us. Reserved the table four days in advance and immediately received a confirmation on text and a couple of minutes later also via e-mail. A couple of days later I got a text asking me to pres 1 to confirm my reservation or 2 to cancel it. Again they confirmed and stated that they were looking forward to serving us. On the the morning of the booking I got a reminder from their main number. Two hours before the booking I got a phone call that there was no table available and they cancelled the booking 🤯 Im giving them an extra star for calling to cancel, but still think it’s the most unprofessional handling of a reservation I have ever encountered.

Great look of the restaurant, uncomfortable chairs, mediocre food, very unmotivated waiter I can't really recommend Les Halles, because as we all know, looks aren't everything. The spaetzle pan with vegetables was very fatty and salty, but the tartare with fries was really good. You don't want to sit for long periods of time because the chairs are extremely uncomfortable and too low for the tables. The waiter was very unmotivated, he took his time and the question of whether it was tasty was unfortunately only meant to be rhetorical. Maybe it was just the day's condition, but I think there are better options for eating out in the nearby area.

Am Heiligabend des vergangenen Jahres hatten wir einen Tisch in diesem Etablissement gebucht - Tage vorher, mit Uhrzeit und allen persönlichen Angaben. Den haben wir später erneut bestätigt und waren auf die Minute pünktlich vor Ort. Die Begrüßung lautete nicht "guten Abend" oder "frohe Weihnachten", sondern: "Haben Sie reserviert!". Da hätten wir eigentlich schon merken sollen, wo wir gelandet sind. Wir haben ca eine Dreiviertelstunde gewartet, bis wir bestellen konnten. Das lag aber sicher nicht am "Stress" der Belegschaft. Der Laden war fast leer, die Kellner und -innen mit ihren Handies oder miteinander beschäftigt, einer daddelte den ganzen Abend an seiner Kasse herum. Irgendwann fragte eine Kellnerin, ob wir denn bestellt hätten. Ja, hatten wir - bei dem Typen, der immer an der Kasse herumdaddelte. Irgendwann noch später kam sie erneut und fragte, ob wir nun schon gegessen hätten. Nein, wir warten eigentlich immer noch auf das Essen. "Ach je, jetzt ist die Küche aber geschlossen." Das war unser Festessen zu Weihnachten im Les Halles. Tatsächlich ein unvergesslicher Abend. Wenn Sie sich eine Auszeit nehmen oder einfach etwas essen wollen - meiden Sie diesen Laden. Nehmen Sie irgendeine Würstchenbude. Die schafft den Prozess von der Bestellung bis zur Essensausgabe. Das Les Halles unter Geschäftsführer Serkan Akkaya ist dazu ncht in der Lage. So viel Inkompetenz und Unfähigkeit auf einer Stelle habe ich in einem Restaurant in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht erlebt. @Les Halles: Wenn Sie etwas für Ihre Kunden tun wollen - schließen Sie den Laden.

The most miserable restaurant experience of my life - warning to other customers! On Christmas Eve last year we booked a table in this establishment - days in advance, with time and all personal details. We confirmed this again later and were there on time to the minute. The greeting was not “good evening” or “Merry Christmas”, but: “Have you made a reservation!”. We should have already realized where we ended up. We waited about three quarters of an hour before we could order. But that was certainly not due to the “stress” of the workforce. The shop was almost empty, the waiters were busy with their cell phones or with each other, and one of them was fiddling around with his cash register all evening. At some point a waitress asked if we had ordered. Yes, we did - with the guy who was always messing around at the checkout. Sometime later she came back and asked if we had eaten yet. No, we're actually still waiting for the food. "Oh dear, the kitchen is closed now." This was our Christmas dinner at Les Halles. An unforgettable evening indeed. If you want to take some time out or just have something to eat - avoid this place. Take any sausage joint. This manages the process from ordering to serving the food. Les Halles under managing director Serkan Akkaya is not able to do this. I have never experienced so much incompetence and incompetence in one place in a restaurant in my entire life. @Les Halles: If you want to do something for your customers - close the store.

Positive feedback on my visit to the laser room Ladies and Gentlemen I ended up at Les Hales today on the occasion of a construction project... and would like to express special praise. The colleagues Melissa, Maria and Giuliana were extremely friendly, polite and impressively service and performance-oriented. I enjoyed an excellent red wine and took the opportunity to chat with the ladies. In this day and age, such a high standard of friendliness and professionalism is not a given - that impressed me very much.

Think better about visiting... Were also there on New Year's Eve - a clear assessment from me: - Food: The food was good, well prepared! (except for the brioche - it was bone dry) Praise to the kitchen, that was definitely 4-5 stars. A little more variability in the individual components would have been desirable for the price and occasion (two of the four courses had warm foie gras, which is known to be quite intense in terms of aroma and fat content). - Services: I can only agree with the previous speaker Svenja. The reception and process were chaotic. We only received the pre-paid reception champagne between aisles 1 & 2 after asking. An order for drinks other than wine or water caused the first stress - how can that be? We didn't receive the champagne at midnight despite paying in advance. The midnight snack was a few cheese wedges - I would have hoped for more. - Ambience: Beautiful industrial building; smartly done; a bit drafty, but bearable. Unfortunately, the music (pianist on the amplifier) ​​was too loud to have a normal conversation in the next room. Payment system during the party unclear - there were probably prepaid cards, but no one explained or signposted it to us in advance - unnecessary stress at the checkout. The DJ and party were great, there's nothing to complain about. Biggest pain point: We purchased tickets for the New Year's Eve event on the Les Halles' homepage (€167 per person). Here we already had the problem of conflicting times, when should we start? Funnily enough, a price of €159 was announced on site. After complaining and asking the service staff, we were only met with ignorance and a remark that the boss was coming over - who of course never showed up. Here you are being cheated/taken for a fool! We're not coming anymore...

We didn't get a table we had reserved, the service was a mess, there was no glass of champagne at midnight included in the price, not to mention the midnight snack. The shuttle service that was offered within a 30 km radius kicked me out of the car again because he said he didn't drive that route. But that would have only been 24km. But what I have to emphasize positively were the really lovely girls who served there. They then ordered me an Uber and paid for it for me. They tried hard all evening to somehow save the evening. The music was good too. It's a shame, the atmosphere was really nice.

Das Heiligabendessen im Les Salles hat sich insgesamt gelohnt. Das Ambiente war schön, mit Klavier Livemusik, nicht zu laut. Die Bedienung war stets sehr freundlich, alles war gut organisiert. Das Essen kam in passenden Zeitabständen und war stimmig. Nicht überragend, aber gut. Wenn man an so einem Tag auswärts essen geht, sollte man darauf vorbereitet sein daß es etwas mehr kostet. Insgesamt fand ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung, zumal man die Anzahl der Gänge wählen konnte.

But that can't hide the fact that we had to wait about 45 minutes for the first wine, 1.5 hours for the starters, the service didn't know which dishes had which degree of doneness and which guest they were for, individual dishes were completely forgotten, etc. The food itself wasn't bad, but for the price (e.g. €36 for the tuna steak) you can expect more and you can get more elsewhere - especially in the overall context of the service. As I said, I hope that yesterday was “just a bad day.” Unfortunately, based on our overall impression, I can't make a recommendation at the moment. Too bad.

Unfortunately a very negative experience. Food was served practically cold as it wasn't brought to the table by service for almost 10 minutes. (You could see it from our table) Food quality was ok. The service itself was tried hard but completely overwhelmed. If there was a complaint, the chef de maison came, was polite and promised that they would get in touch about a voucher arrangement. That was 2 weeks ago. What happened was: Nothing. Not so dear restaurateurs! If you want to concentrate on events (and that's the atmosphere) and individual guests are annoying, then write that on the door. For EUR 120 (3 people) you can expect warm food!

Last Thursday, October 31st, 2024, in the evening I booked a table for breakfast on November 1st, 2024 (public holiday) at 11 a.m. using the reservation system on the Leas Halles website. The Quandoo booking system immediately confirmed this appointment via email. When I arrived on time from Moers (approx. 30 km away), Les Halles was closed. There was no indication in advance that opening hours had changed, neither on their website nor in their Google profile. Les Halles showed up as open on Google. On the evening of November 1st, 2024, Google suddenly said that opening times may vary due to public holidays (a little late, in my opinion). As of today (Sunday, November 3rd, 2024), no one can be reached by phone. Only the band announcement answers. I drove a total of 60 kilometers for free (with a hunger in my stomach). There was no table available anywhere else because of the holiday. So I bought 2 rolls from the bakery in Moers and ate them at home. With a little attention, the operators would have simply put a note on their website or in the Google profile and everything would have been fine. It's a shame for the time I wasted here.

No second time, no recommendation 2 waiters initially ignored us for 30 minutes, while 4 guests who came after us were already given menus, drinks and bread with dip. My husband's truffle pasta for €22 tastes like cheap truffle flavor and is barely worth €8 in terms of taste. My pollack came fried and raw on the inside ~ which was only noticeable after 2 forks in the candlelight. Aside from being disgusted and losing my appetite, I'm praying there was nothing in the raw fish to ruin my weekend... Speaking of “nothing about it” ~ the pollack breading has no spices and tastes boringly bland; That's probably why 7 kilos of salt ended up in my blob of tartar sauce. I let the waiter “Guido” try my remoulade ~ the good guy almost puked. He then offered us "something on the house the next time we come back"...Um...yeah no thanks. With dessert on the house that same evening he would have had a second chance, but we have no desire to eat there again... We talked to some neighbors and acquaintances about the store today... Today I was there with my family. The poster clearly states that there is a kids zone, children under 6 are free and adults pay 29.90 euros. The food was good, but I would have liked a little more choice for the price, especially when it came to cheeses. Still, it was tasty. Staff were nice and friendly. However, when I paid I had a surprise: the price suddenly became 34.50 euros per person, and 10 euros were charged for children aged 2 and over! Hello?! According to your brochure from September 21st, the prices are completely different, and children aged 2 and over don't cost anything extra there! When I asked, I was told that the brochure was outdated and no longer up to date ("but it's only 3 weeks old!"). It also says on your website that children up to 6 years old are free. By the way, I didn't see the children's zone I definitely won't be coming back. This is simply an outrage!

Ich war mit Kunden dort essen und hatte im Gedächtnis, ich war vor einem halben Jahr dort, dass der Service und das Essen von hoher Qualität war. Das stimmt leider nicht mehr. Der Service war unterbesetzt, mir wenigen Gästen sehr überfordert und sehr schlecht über das Mittagsmenü informiert. Das Essen aus der Mittagskarte war leider teilweise nicht mehr so heiß wie es sein sollte. Ich werde wohl in ein paar Monaten mal alleine dort essen gehen, um zu testen ob sich etwas verbessert hat. Ansonsten war es das.

I am a regular customer of yours and would like to leave a comment and let you know what I saw today. The last two times I had brunch the food was very good and everything was great, but today the food was not good and it's not worth paying that price and not eating anything.

Disorganized team! Unfriendly! We attended a party there and the buffet was embarrassing! It was supposed to be brunch but was a very cheap number.Rip off! The guests had to clear the tables themselves because the staff was not in a position to serve the guests! We paid 3000 euros for a 100 euro buffet! Rip-offs! I wouldn't recommend it! I would never go there again!

We celebrated our wedding there! We wanted to have a wedding brunch there because the location is so beautiful! But the brunch was a laughing stock. The service was unfriendly and lazy! Everything was loveless, even though I said we had a wedding party! The buffet was supposed to be a brunch, with scrambled eggs and meat loaf and a few salads. Nothing else. Unfortunately the food came almost 2 hours late. At that time it was difficult to get drinks for the guests. The service staff didn't serve anything because they defended themselves by saying they had to prepare brunch. Nevertheless, in the end the full price was paid, even though compensation would actually have been due. What was particularly serious was that we were asked three times in advance about what we had ordered. Filter coffee that was agreed upon for brunch was not delivered, and the cappuccino offered instead was simply added to the bill. We felt a bit ripped off. So not recommended! Don't make the same mistake as me! Sorry, we're never going there again! I am very disappointed!

Super nice service. Very attentive. Something was cooked especially for the child. The new chef does a great job. It was delicious and since we were celebrating a birthday, very discreetly actually, we got dessert with it! Milles Mercis, that was simply great and very tasty at les Halles!

Catastrophic dance into May yesterday. A DJ who had no feeling for the dance audience and constantly just stared at her desk and the screen instead of absorbing the atmosphere. Totally overpriced drinks prices, pretty outrageous. Plus bad counter staff. For the 22 EUR entrance fee there was a mega annoying saxophone player who unerringly tooted over every good dance track. When it was finally gone, you could finally dance without covering your ears. Never again Dance in May or any other event at Les Halles. Actually a very nice location but too greedy operators.

Starter: Ordered bread with dip and got frozen baked rolls with mushroom cream sauce from the tetra pack. Main course: Spaghetti AOP with prawns ordered and received linguine with tomato sauce and prawns. Service had no idea what the soup of the day was and also no idea what spaghetti AOP was. Waiting time approx. 45 minutes. I'm really dissatisfied.

Les Halles has a new chef. We ordered pasta with prawns for €24.90 and it tasted catastrophic or, more precisely, like nothing at all, as if butter had just been added to the pasta. No taste at all. We rarely complain. But in this case I insisted on giving it back and at least getting the taste or sauce. Some ready-made sauce came back, which was also not edible. It's a shame because we've been there several times before and the food was extremely good. The waiter tried very hard, but unfortunately couldn't compensate for this disarstar, at the moment a clear recommendation not to go there.

So the brunch is really bad, baked rolls and poor quality of the warm food, which was almost cold. The service was also rather poor, dishes broke several times and you should check the drink prices beforehand. We won't be coming back!!!

Update, another email came from Google saying that the owner had sent his wrongdoing to take action against a normal review. How ridiculous do you actually want to make yourself? My rating was actually 3/5 stars, with an average of 3.33/5 in the food, service and ambience categories. So a reasonable rating, not bad, but not particularly good either. Today I received an email from Google saying that the owner believes his rights have been violated by this review. And that's really bad. The guests should rate, but please only positively? So either honestly or not at all. And then it is up to the restaurant to develop particularly good reviews. Regarding the actual visit back then, as part of a Christmas party, the food was good, as you would expect in a restaurant. (4/5 stars). The service was normal and the ambience was also ok. There were deductions because it sometimes took a long time to order drinks and some of them were then forgotten. No broken leg, happened. (3/5). The ambience was ok, it was nice but the music was way too loud and you could hardly hear the people sitting next to you or across from you at the table. (3/5). Let's see if the rating can remain as it is or if you want to contact a lawyer again, embarrassing...

We went there for brunch with a larger group and were unfortunately disappointed. There were dry baked rolls, a type of sausage, cheese from the bulk pack and jam and butter carelessly in plastic packaging. Unfortunately, lunch also had the character of a canteen.

Not convinced at all! Unfortunately, we had hoped for more from the stylish appearance and the slightly higher prices. For me, “The eye eats with you” only applies to the ambience - after waiting for over 1.5 hours, the food came to the table cold, and upon request it was kindly rearranged - unfortunately the taste was mediocre at best. 3 out of 8 orders came to the table even later. Towards the end, dissatisfaction with the overall situation was also transferred to the staff. To the credit of the service, it was probably simply understaffed. Overall, a restaurant visit that we would not like to repeat.

After letting the impression sink in for a few days, I don't want to miss sharing it here. We stayed at Les Halles with a group of seven people. We got a table spontaneously and the orders were taken and drinks were served very quickly. So the first impression was very good. We all ordered the same thing, beer and burgers. The first round came quickly and the mood was good. The first burgers arrived after almost an hour. Two out of three were lukewarm, the third was cold. The other four didn't come at all. There was a second round of beer. But that was the last one, because from that point on we were simply no longer served. In total we spent almost three! Hours at Les Halles. A lot longer than we expected for a few burgers, which unfortunately weren't even that good. We used the time to read reviews. This gives the impression that Les Halles has bad reviews deleted. We also understand why. The crown then goes to the restaurant in which credit card payments did not “work” at this point and based on previous experience, one could also assume that fees should be saved here. This is doubly annoying at a business lunch like ours. We also had the impression that Les Halles was understaffed with two people on duty. The two tried really hard, but obviously just couldn't manage the workload. When difficulties arose with the numbers, a third person appeared. After a quick google, obviously the GF. He was also unfriendly. All in all, unfortunately one of the most disastrous evenings I have ever had to experience.

Great ambience. Completely overwhelmed team! There were eight of us. Waited 30 minutes for a menu! “…unfortunately all the cards are on the way!🙈” Then two cards came for us. We had to wait over an hour for the food, nothing special! “…only three people work in the kitchen!🙈” The food was standard. There will be no second visit for us!

It was our first time at Les Halles and unfortunately we were very disappointed. Both the starter (Vitello Tonato) and the main courses (risotto and tagliatelle) were very poorly seasoned. The risotto was even watery. The guest room is pretty and decorated in an industrial style to match the surroundings. Unfortunately it was way too cold and we weren't even sitting near a door. The nice service for our table made it even more pleasant.

2 stars for the friendly service at our table. The fillet of beef that was served was almost cold and the portion sizes were so measly that we ended up hitting the neighboring table in the restaurant across the street because no one was even remotely full. At the table opposite, the plate was cleared while the other person was still eating. Overall, the price-performance ratio is absolutely unsuitable. I can document the visit with the reservation confirmation and invoice.

We chose this location for our anniversary because it had to be something special. The ambience made an impression. Service needs a bit to warm up, chat at the bar or go smoke. But the taste of the dishes didn't convince us at all, so we didn't think the price was justified. We're happy to pay more if the quality and taste are right. This was not the case here. Even the “cheap” garden chairs didn’t fit in with the rest of the furnishings. It was a nice evening, but we expected more.

Food great - service unfortunately flop. Except for taking the order and serving the food, you as a guest were largely ignored. No asking if you wanted dessert or anything like that (we had to actively ask for two espressos a good 15 minutes after clearing away, even though the shop wasn't full and the staff had time to chat at the counter or go smoke.. .) When ordering the invoice it was stated that payment should be made by card. The bill was brought to the table quickly, but nothing happened after that. It took 15 minutes, even though the menu was clearly visible on the table and the waiter passed our table several times (to smoke outside). We ended up leaving the money on the table without a great tip and walked out. It's a shame because the location and food were very appealing, but the service was subpar.

The old LesHalles was always a very special place with charm. But this new edition managed to give a similarly great impression. An old building, but busy: tasteful and calm. We had a very nice evening here, in a quiet atmosphere, very courteous service and good food. In my opinion, you should only replace the bun with brioche and homemade buns for really tasty burgers - then these would be perfect. Overall a successful evening.

Der Service war sehr gut der Kellner war sehr freundlich. Die Location ist sehr schön. Etwas besonderes, außergewöhnliches. Das Essen war diesmal unterer Durchschnitt. Ich hatte den Fischburger. Die Gestaltung war langweilig. Außer Brötchen und Fisch habe ich nicht viel wahrgenommen. Keine netten Nebeneffekte, wie ein knackiger Salat, Zwiebeln oder gut gewürzte Pommes. Zumal war alles lauwarm. Schade! Für 25€ schon fast frech.

Leider waren wir mittags vor Ort. Laut Google sollte das Lokal geöffnet haben und auch online hätten wir für die besagte Uhrzeit einen Tisch reservieren können. Vor Ort waren wir die einzigen Gästen und würde komisch beäugt. Nachdem wir gefragt habe ob die Küche geöffnet hätte, wurde dies bejaht. Nachdem wir Platz genommen haben, kam lange niemand. Dann kam ein Kellner um uns mitzuteilen dass die Küche doch zu hat. Wir haben den Service daraufhin freundlich hingewiesen dass es bei Google anderes verzeichnet ist. Der Service hat super unfreundlich reagiert. Ich gehe da nicht mehr hin

Schöne Location Gute Parkmöglichkeiten 2 von 5 Hauptgerichten waren schlecht gewürzt… Pasta mit Garnelen Sauce komplett versalzen( leider erst nach Umrüstung festgestellt) Risotto mit Steinpilzen viel zu wässrig, schmeckte nach nichts… leider Bedienung war untereinander schlecht organisiert. Der eine wusste nicht was der andere tat … trotz Beschwerde kein entgegen kommen…. Zumindest ein gratis Getränk für die Mängeln wäre angemessen. Schade, weil die Produkte waren sehr frisch … leider wird von unserer Seite keine Wiederholung stattfinden. Trotzdem danke.

Wir sind gar nicht bis zum Essen gekommen. Es gab eine Sonderkarte. Was keiner wusste und nicht vorher angekündigt wurde. 3 Gerichte! 2x Fleisch 1x mit Meeresfüchten wo der Kellner nicht wusste welche. Wegen einer Allergie musste ich leider fragen. Nach Achselzucken und „was soll da schon drin sein?“ Sind wir dann gegangen.

das männliche personal ist unfreundlich und wirkt sehr arrogant irgendwie scheinen das ja die meisten zu bemerken und das spiegelt sich ja in den Bewertungen die wieder ob wohl er Wirt versucht das zu vertuschen anstatt sein personal zu schulen aber jeder wie er meint hatte einen Kakao mit viel sahne bestellt wir wurde dann glaube ich eine Trinkschokolade ohne Sahne serviert (könnte aber auch ein richtiger Kakao gewesen sein der nicht geschmeckt hat ) auf nachfragen wo die sahne ist kam die Antwort wir haben keine mehr !!!!! ICH KAM GAR NICHT DAZU ZUSAGEN DAS ICH DAS SO GARNICHT MAG ABER DAS IST DANN AUCH WOHL DAS PROBLEM DES KUNDEN !!!!!!!!!! zur gleichen zeit wie der Kakao mit viel sahne bestellt wurde ein Pfefferminztee bestellt als die Trinkschokolade ohne sahne einfach hingestellt worden ist wurde erst gesagt das es keine Minze mehr gebe .....................

The Galeria Cafe on the ground floor(!) doesn't work at all! Cappuccino plus 1 almond biscuit €6.30. The biscuit gone in one bite. The staff cleans up at 1730h with loud noises. Catastrophic atmosphere.
