We held our free wedding ceremony followed by a celebration at Mers Bäumer in September 2024 and were thrilled. The service was outstanding, the food was excellent, the location was super beautiful! Coordinating with Ms. Mers Bäumer was also very pleasant! Your experience helped us a lot with many uncertainties. Only the honeymoon suite wasn't that great, it smelled strange somehow, but the other rooms were fine. But you don't need more for 1-2 nights with little sleep. We highly recommend the location. Thank you for the wonderful celebration!

Very good kebab, the bread is fresh and the vegetables too! For meat, I don't know, I only eat falafels and they are very good! The preparers are very nice too!

Very tasty, freshly made food in a wonderful atmosphere! Suitable for Münsterland!! Tastes like my mom's!! And despite the buffet, we were served a special chocolate cake! We'd love to come back!

Die Gute Stube ist voll an diesem Samstagabend im Februar. Im Separee ist noch eine Gesellschaft und trotzdem: es ist entspannt und gemütlich, der Service ist so aufmerksam wie immer und die Abläufe passen. Das Menu-Karussell beginnt nach dem Gruß aus der Küche mit Thunfisch-Tataki mit Miso-Creme, Ponzu... stark. Die Steckrüben-Ravioli mit Kürbis-Creme sehr harmonisch, der Nudelteig ziemlich deftig, dürfte etwas dünner sein aber das ist allenfalls B-Note... Das Terres Major im Hauptgang mit Schwarzwurzel-Pü und Karotten ist super, der Fisch begeistert meine Begleiterin ebenso und bei der "Birne Helene 2.0" im Dessert sind v.a. das Sorbet und die Birnen-Chips toll. Die Teller sehr schön, die Weinbegleitung passend, der Preis beim Menu-Karussell sehr fair, Athmosphäre und Service gewohnt schön: gleichzeitig chic und entspannt. Ein wunderbarer Abend. Die Gute Stube kann noch Gourmet-Küche. Spätestens im Sommer sind wir wieder da.

Food quite okay, staff unfortunately unfriendly

We were a registered group of 12 people for à la carte dinner. The service seemed overwhelmed by the number of orders being placed at once. Drinks didn't arrive at the same time and were incomplete, but were corrected in a very friendly and helpful manner. Wait time for the food: a good hour, but everything arrived at the same time. The food was average, but some of the steaks were cooked perfectly, despite ordering something else. We didn't complain because we didn't want to wait that long again. The dessert was a disappointment for the price. Ambience: if you like the charm of the 70s... Great: the great playground next door.

Top class food, a steak couldn't be better. The breaded mushrooms are also just perfect. We'd love to come back. Only the large open hall and the chairs are a bit uncomfortable

If you want to get your fill of really good schnitzel in all variations, you've come to the right place.

Today we had an excellent meal at Grundel's. The service was friendly and responded to our requests. We were there with our Ridgeback dog, dogs are welcome (as long as they are not bigger than a pony). The schnitzels are freshly prepared and taste great. If we have another chance to win, we'll come back.

A location that can only be recommended. Both the food and the service were simply top class. The restaurant was very busy, but there was no sense of rush and someone from the staff was available at all times. Even though it's a longer journey from us, it's certainly not the last time we've been there 😊😊😊

Unfortunately, the large kebab was not that big or poorly filled. For €10 it should actually burst. Otherwise everything was good. Customer toilet everything clean.
