Sehr gute Bedienung, heute war Pizzatag super,habe aber schon die Schnitzel probiert gross und lecker

Leute eine Katastrophe!!! Habe schlimme bauchkrämpfe nach 30min schnitzel und kartoffeln bekommen. War in der klinik magen wurde ausgepumpt. Habe Salmonellen bekommen und viren! Passt auf wo ihr isst. Das alte öl hat man kilometer weit gerochen. Mein magen tut so weh hilfe!!!!!!

Alles gut, nur ein kleiner Fehler , der Koch hat ein falsches Schnitzel gebracht, was aber sofort bemerkt wurde und sofort ausgetauscht wurde! Ansonsten sind die Schnitzel super hier, vor allem am Schnitzel Tag! Und wenn L schon so groß ist? Wie groß ist erstmal XL ??

Die Schnitzel sind so unfassbar lecker, dass wir sogar nach unserem Umzug nach Bochum weiterhin hierherkommen. Die Portionen sind wirklich sehr groß. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Absolute Empfehlung für Schnitzelfans!

Wie waren heute mit Freunden hier essen. Und jeder hatte einen XL Schnitzel mit 400g Fleisch. Es war so sehr lecker und mächtig. Wir hatten das nicht komplett aufgegessen. Und so muss das sein. Siehe Foto. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wir waren das erste mal da. Leider hatten wir wohl einen schlechten Tag erwischt. Die Toiletten waren nicht sauber. Da waren wohl gerade Handwerker da. Es standen noch Eimer und sonstiges rum. Aber keiner der beiden anwesenden Personen hatte hier Anstalten gemacht das wegzuräumen. Auch war bei unserem Tisch die Tischsets nicht sauber. Das Essen war von der Menge her super. Zwiebeln, Kroketten, Soßen alles super. Aber das Schnitzel hat irgendwie nicht geschmeckt. Daher nur 4 Sterne. Was uns aber am meisten gestört hat. Das der Koch gleichzeitig Kellner und für weitere Nachbestellungen zuständig war. Ich glaube der Chef stand am Tresen und hatte auf meine Bitte noch etwas majo zu bringen, den Koch aus der Küche gerufen. Auch gab es noch wohl andere Dinge zu tun wo immer wieder der Koch gerufen wurde für Dinge die er hätte sicher selber erledigen können. Wir empfanden es als unangenehm das immer wieder gerufen wurde. PS. Es waren nur zwei Tische belegt. Auch hätten wir gerne noch etwas getrunken, aber wir wollten nicht stressen. Denn willkommen haben wir uns hier nicht gefühlt. Kassiert hat dann aber mal nicht der Koch/Kellner. Aus diesen Gründen nur zwei Sterne in der gesamten Bewertung.

Ich war wieder dort und es ist immer noch ein super Ort für Schnitzel. Macht ja auch Sinn. Samstags kosten die XL-Schnitzel nur 17,50 €, also ein echtes Schnäppchen (für niederländische Verhältnisse), und die Schnitzel sind einfach spitze 👌. Jedes Mal, wenn wir in Dortmund sind, gehen wir hierher.

Das beste Schnitzel, das ich je gegessen habe. Die Portionen sind der Wahnsinn und alles ist frisch. Der Service ist auch super. Die Kellner sind nett und geben sich total viel Mühe. Wir waren mit der kompletten Mannschaft zur Weihnachtsfeier da und alle waren zufrieden. Ich kann das Restaurant absolut empfehlen!

We went there for the first time yesterday. I ordered the 217, the XL schnitzel "Leckermäulchen" (a German slang term for a gourmet). This schnitzel deserves more stars than possible. The quality and quantity are worth every penny. It's been a long, long time since I've eaten such a good schnitzel. Seasoned, tender, and juicy. The sauce had the perfect consistency. The side dishes... there were four to choose from: fries, fried potatoes, croquettes, and salad. I couldn't decide between croquettes and fried potatoes, so I got both. The croquettes were delicious. The fried potatoes were perfect! My wife had fries, and they weren't your standard Metro fries, but real quality fries. All the drinks were perfectly chilled. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is great. Very clean and comfortably furnished. I only deducted one star because the restaurant is quite small. So, I recommend making a reservation by phone on weekends. We will definitely recommend this restaurant and will certainly be back.

All expectations were exceeded. Absolutely delicious and reasonably priced, I can highly recommend it. Any uneaten food, which is understandable, is lovingly packed up for takeaway.

I can't comment on the atmosphere. But I would warn against ordering through Lieferando. It said approximately 60 minutes, then 65. After that time had passed, our order was canceled without explanation. A shame. We won't be ordering again. There are better options.

Neat place, really clean, both the windows and the interior. Fast, efficient service (no frills, typical German fare). 1 xl schnitzel with gorgonzola cream sauce and fried potatoes, 1 xl schnitzel with spicy pepper sauce. The schnitzel was phenomenal, and the sauces were very flavorful. The price is super reasonable; two hungry men will find it cheaper here than at any other fast food restaurant, even though this is delicious, homemade comfort food. I will definitely be back. The plate in the photo is approximately 40 cm wide. For me, one of the best schnitzels I've ever had.

A great place. On Saturdays, any XL schnitzel with a side dish is available for 17.50 euros. It's a really big portion for two people. I highly recommend it because it tastes amazing. I recommend the version with mushrooms baked with cheese (no. 216) because it's a cheese feast.

The schnitzel "Lumberjack Style" was absolutely amazing, I highly recommend it. Large portion, very good fried potatoes, and excellent value for money. I was in Dortmund for business, and when I googled "schnitzel," this was the first place that came up. From the outside, it doesn't look particularly impressive, but the food simply deserves a mention. I'd happily recommend it.

The food is sometimes great, sometimes not so great. I don't know why, but I like going there. What's not okay is that you can only pay with cash. I have to make a special trip to the bank every time. So, unfortunately, I go there less and less often...

Top spot for good schnitzel! I was there with my girlfriend this week, and we have to say: A CLEAR RECOMMENDATION IF YOU'RE IN THE HUNGER FOR SCHNITZEL! Fresh schnitzel in various varieties, generous portions, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. The price/performance ratio is spot on from start to finish. If you run a schnitzel restaurant, you should definitely mention that all schnitzels are turkey. In Germany, schnitzels are made from pork, just like ham.

Heaven for Schnitzel lovers. XL size for big hunger. Excellent after day at exhibition with couple of biers. Won't leave you hungry. Locals seems to favor the place. Good size terasse is also available.

We visited Dortmund today. Ordered here because it was around the corner. I have to say, it was so delicious and, above all, huge. Ordered schnitzel, lasagne and cordon bleu. Everything juicy and not at all dry. Preparation was also super quick, we were able to pick up the order after 25 minutes. That certainly wasn't the last time we ordered. We tried the daily special on Saturday and were pleasantly surprised by the generous portion. The food tasted very good and was more than enough for two people.

More of a pizza snack bar instead of a schnitzel house The drinks were served in 0.5L plastic bottles, the furnishings were rather crooked and inappropriate, the service was friendly, not exceptionally good but not necessarily bad either. An open view into the kitchen could have been avoided and alleviated the hunger and joy of eating. The XL schnitzel was a little larger than other schnitzels, but with a side dish it wasn't really worth the price. The taste left a lot to be desired, the schnitzel itself was tasteless compared to meat-shaped paper towels, the only change was the few tomatoes and the pieces of goat cheese on the schnitzel (schnitzel style Miami). The fries that came with it were more of the fresh water type and lacked salt. The positive aspects were a professional internet presence, which also attracted me there, and the pizza that was carried past me looked delicious.

The Schnitzelhaus in Dortmund offers, as the name suggests, plenty of schnitzel. And you will definitely be full. Either with the large or XL schnitzel. A huge selection of different schnitzels or, if you like, Mediterranean delicacies. The restaurant is comfortably furnished. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is quick. Definitely an extra star for that. The food was good, although the BVB schnitzel I ordered was a bit low on vegetables. For this there was also a star deduction from the overall grade. The salad was good and the fried potatoes were delicious. All in all, an absolute recommendation for a delicious schnitzel at a really fair price. When I'm in Dortmund again, I'll definitely come by and I'm looking forward to it.

The restaurant, if you want to call it that, is in a residential area - parking spaces are therefore scarce, but it's worth the search. The food and service were very good, but the ambience is debatable, more like a chip shop than a restaurant. But the food and the reasonable prices make up for a lot. The ouzo tastes good too ;) Definitely worth it if you're nearby or fancy big schnitzel dishes. Attention: cash payment only!

Attention, cash payment only. Overall, a top address for Viennese-style turkey schnitzel. Beautiful outdoor terrace. I would describe it as an upscale snack bar, with a good mix of mostly fresh ingredients, supplemented by high-quality convenience products. The pizza was also very tasty. The portions are large. + Great value for money, especially on schnitzel day (all schnitzels €12 on Tuesdays). + The schnitzels are delicious, hand pounded, pan fried and large. + The vinegar oil salad dressing was incredibly delicious. + Terrace available. + Nice staff & quick service. - Parking difficult - Unfortunately no choice of meat is possible for the schnitzel. Only turkey schnitzel available. Unfortunately, not from a species-appropriate attitude. - Draft beer not always available. - The cocktail salad dressing was rather disappointing.

The place is in a great location and there is nothing to disturb you while eating. The portions of the meals are quite satisfying and as appealing to the eye as possible. The owner of the place is very friendly and the waitress is just as sympathetic and at least as caring and friendly as the owner, and this will always be my choice.

Exceptionally good restaurant. Good selection of different dishes, delicious salads, pizzas, pasta and schnitzels that don't come from a deep fryer. Delicious side dishes, sufficient selection of drinks. And the delicious baguettes should also be mentioned. There are also casseroles. And, surprise: really tasty. I waited a long time to write the review because I wanted to eat my way through the different dishes. Done. And I enjoyed the outdoor terrace more than once. But it's also good to sit inside. If you like, you can watch the dedicated staff cooking. Or you can just sit back and enjoy the extremely friendly and pleasant service, which is now very rare. All in all, even the bargain hunters get their money's worth. Every opening day there is a significantly reduced price on one food group, but not at the expense of the portion size!! So, clear recommendation. Go there and try it out. And if the sauce is actually too much for you, as some people have commented here... just push it to the side and just enjoy the meat. It works too. And I, I like the sauces. And you can't get enough of good stuff. In this sense. Have a good meal!

We were here in December 2023 and completely forgot to leave a review. This was the best and tastiest schnitzel we have ever eaten and we haven't had a better one since! Quiet atmosphere and a very sweet waitress, we will definitely come back!

We had a delicious meal with a warm welcome and service. We just walked in on a Thursday evening. We enjoyed large portions of schnitzels (L and XL) and a pizza, with fries and a tasty salad. As far as we are concerned, the salad could have been larger, but we did not ask for it ourselves. Overall I can recommend this restaurant if you just want to eat good food.

We went here because we wanted to eat tasty schnitzels. The reviews looked good. And afterwards I can say that those reviews are rightly good. What delicious food they have there. Saturday is schnitzel day and all XL schnitzels are 15 euros. And believe me, that's quite a job to eat. What large and delicious tender schnitzels. The children had pizza and pasta and that was also very fresh and delicious. It is a very small restaurant with about 10 tables. Small kitchen and very friendly staff. We had a really delicious meal. The prices are also normal. You're hardly used to that anymore. Delicious food for a good price. Schnitzelhaus Diari is highly recommended.

I was on a wonderful road trip with my girlfriend in Dortmund, after several evenings we both felt like having schnitzel and found the address on Google, we were very excited and my devil's schnitzel was really amazing, my companion also really enjoyed the asparagus schnitzel , We recommend :)

The delivery of a schnitzel dish and a pizza took over 2 hours (ordered on Tuesday at 3 p.m.). I would rate the pizza as below average. In addition, it was completely cold due to the long delivery time. The schnitzel was very gristly and therefore only half edible. The fried potatoes were cold and didn't taste good. Overall, I am very dissatisfied as a customer. I won't order there again.

Ich habe uns heute über Lieferando bei Diari 2x Balkanschnitzel bestellt. Die Lieferung war schnell aber das Essen war der reinste Schweinefrass😩die Soße war eine Tomatenmarkpampe ohne Champions Zwiebeln und Paprikaschoten haben wir auf 4 Scheiben zählen können 🤮die Pommes waren zusammengewürfelt aus dünnen und dicken, waren wohl die Reste aus den Tüten😤wir haben viel bei Diari bestellt aber die Qualität wurde von Bestellung zu Bestellung schlechter 😔wir nie wieder dort bestellen 🤮

Ich war gestern Abend ein Schnitzel essen und es war wie erwartet sehr lecker und hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Kann das Restaurant also nur empfehlen und werde wieder kommen.

Schnitzel waren in bester Qualität und perfekt gebraten. Kleine Abstriche gibt es für die Soße bzw die Fritten:

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und die XL Portion vom Schnitzel hat mit 400g eine ordentliche Größe wenn man Hunger hat. Die Auswahl an den verschiedenen Schnitzel Variationen ist recht groß absolut in Ordnung. Die Auswahl an Getränken könnte etwas größer sein. Was mir persönlich nicht so gut gefallen hat, war die Art wie das mit Käse überbackene Schnitzel serviert wurde. Das Gefäß war ca. 3-4 cm hoch und es war etwas umständlich dort mit Messer und Gabel zu hantieren, zudem musste man auch noch höllisch aufpassen sich nicht an dem Teil zu verbrennen, das direkt aus dem Offen gekommen war. Ich finde, dass hätte man auch ruhig auf einem normalen Teller servieren können.
