We order from Rotana Grill very often and are satisfied. Not only the doner kebabs but also the pizza tastes delicious.

We got a kebab there a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, I couldn't recommend it. The meat was very gristly. I took two bites and then threw the kebab away. The service was okay when I ordered, but we'll never go back.

Unbearable Conditions – A Disgrace for a Restaurant Our visit to the Rotana Grill Restaurant was an absolute disgrace. Upon entering, we were greeted by a disgusting stench of cigarettes, as several guests were smoking uncontrollably. It wasn't just one or two people – the smoke permeated the entire room, making a pleasant meal impossible. The stench was so strong that we had to leave the restaurant immediately. It was disgusting and repulsive, and we can only imagine how the food is even prepared in such a smoky environment. Hygiene? Fresh air? None! That the restaurant tolerates such behavior is incomprehensible and completely unacceptable. We are seriously considering reporting these conditions to the Public Order Office, as such behavior is not only rude but illegal. Who would want to eat in a restaurant where both the air and the food are polluted by cigarette smoke? The food tastes very good and the portions are generous. But you should be careful

I was at this restaurant recently and was shocked at the conditions. Several people were smoking in a closed room while food was being served and prepared at the same time. The smell of smoke was extremely strong and permeated the entire room - even near the kitchen, which was only a few meters away. This is not only a clear violation of the Non-Smoking Protection Act, but also a major hygiene problem. If I had called the police or the public order office, it would have meant a hefty fine for the restaurant and possibly even closure. I advise anyone who values ​​hygiene, fresh air and a pleasant atmosphere to avoid this place. Such conditions are unacceptable and must be remedied urgently!

I tried the kebab plate at Rotana Grill and absolutely loved it! The meat was tender and juicy, seasoned perfectly, and the sides were fresh and delicious. . The ambience of the restaurant is modern, cozy furnishings that make your stay very pleasant. The service was attentive and friendly, so I felt completely at home. The price used to be okay, but now it's way too high, kebab meat is cut off and left lying around, which makes it cold, the "doner kebab man" collects and handles money and then prepares the kebab without washing his hands, and in general the shop doesn't look very hygienic out of.

This is the biggest piece of crap I've ever eaten. Instead of 23 I had to pay 30 euros. No sign of a grill plate, flatbread bread plate and nothing else. Never disgusting again.

Today we had food delivered from the Rotana Grill for the first time. Both the liver plate and the Rotana plate were super tasty. Although I have never voluntarily eaten liver in my life because it always disgusts me, I have to admit that lamb liver can taste really good. 👌👍 The food was still hot and the portions were large. Super! 5 stars for that! Just be careful with the grilled pepperoni: only bite off small pieces - damn hot! 😭

Mit Abstand der beste Laden in Dortmund und Umgebung wenn es ums Grill geht. Esse gerne da und nehme die ca 40min Fahrt gerne in Kauf.

Sehr qualitatives Fleisch . Und der Geschmack und der Preis ist Top. Das besondere bei dem Grillfleisch ist , das es nicht zu viel mit Gewürzen gemischt ist und das der Eigengeschmack vom Fleisch noch erkennbar ist .und das Fleisch ist zart! Das Personal ist sehr nett und geht auf Wünsche vom Kunden gerne ein .

Haben schon oft dort telefonisch bestellt. Die Gerichte vom Grill sind super lecker. Hähnchenspieß mit Beilagen, ebenso die Dönergerichte. Alles ist immer frisch zubereitet mit hochwertigen Produkten. Alle sind immer freundlich. Alles fein und sehr zu empfehlen. Deswegen unbedingt die volle "Punktzahl".

Leckeres Essen. Der Grillteller und der Fisch war gut. Auch eine Portion die satt macht. Wie der döner oder ähnliches ist kann ich nichts zu sagen. Ein neu renoviertes Restaurant mit Sitzplätzen und auch Toiletten.

Das beste Fleisch weit und breit, vorallem schmeckt mir der Hänchenspieß (Tavuksis) sehr gut, die Marinade und die Würzung harmonieren perfekt zueinander. Sehr sauber, Besitzer und Mitarbeiter freundlich und nett. Ich esse seit mehr als 5 Jahren dort und bin immer wieder auf's neue positiv überrascht wie lecker das Fleisch zubereitet wird und auch genauso gut schmeckt. 10/10 Roj Baj Xalo :))

Auswahl an Fleisch nur Hähnchen, das Gewürz was aufgetragen wird absolut miserabel. Geschmacklich katastrophal, das Fleisch(Döner) hat geschmeckt wie monatelang eingefroren, und nach dem Krautsalat mußte man suchen dementsprechend also kaum vorhanden. Das Interieur, Toiletten sauber.. Was etwas nervlich ist, der TV der ist viel zu laut eingestellt und nur ausländische Sprache.

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Preis Leistung passt perfekt.

Super Döner-Imbiss in Dortmund Mengede! Die Essen ist top, die Preise fair und die Bedienung immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn man Lust auf eine Döner, einem Grillteller oder ähnlichem hat, sollte man hier einmal vorbeischauen.

Da kann man gut essen gehen aber nichts besonderes.

Sehr freundliche Menschen, die einem das Gefühl geben, daß es um den Gast geht. Da schmeckt es gleich nochmal besser... Auch wenn mir die Einrichtung nicht gefällt: Zu hell, zu nüchtern, nicht gemütlich. Topp Qualität.
