They have a hut at the city garden festival in Konstanz (August 2024) and sell dishes. I took a roast game with spaetzle. The meat (wild boar? Not entirely sure, no gamey taste at all) was tough and totally tasteless. The sauce was also very watery. Spaetzle acceptable. The meat “danced” in my stomach all evening, so it bothered me. Now, of course, I don't expect the quality that you can have directly in a restaurant, but when such a typical dish (roast) is made so poorly and carelessly, that says a lot about the house. It's a shame, I wanted to visit the inn, now I don't remember. Edit December 2024 - At the Christmas market they have a small stand again and sell three dishes, one of which is cheese spaetzle. Unfortunately, I didn't immediately recognize that the country inn was from Dettingen. They were lukewarm, completely dry and glued. Totally loveless, and it was 4 p.m., so very, very quiet. A stand is not the same as the kitchen in Dettingen, but with this standard I would definitely avoid visiting their hotel. I have reduced the rating to 1 star. After 5 hours I still feel the spaetzle heavy in my stomach...

Die 3 Sterne ergeben sich einigermassen aus Anstand. Wir waren zu 5 und haben von Burger bis hin zu Steak, welches gemäss Menükarte 650 Gramm wiegen sollte, bestellt, und bekommen haben wir mindestens 300 gramm Knochen und noch etwa 100 Gramm Fette - sprich vielleicht 200 Gramm Fleisch. Bei den Burgerpattys waren wir geschmacklich nicht überzeugt, es schmeckte irgendwie nach Schaf. Für 225 Euro in Konstanz haben wir zumindest erwartet, dass wir alle satt werden, was nicht der Fall war. Werden es auf jeden Fall nicht widerholen. Immerhin war der Service aufgestellt und freundlich.

Sushi and noodles were delicious. The price was a bit too high for me personally. Atmosphere was great and the staff was very nice.

Rooms are clean and proper, views of the front rooms are supernice. We've been here a few times. It's just that recently the staff at the front desk doesn't behave polite. Twice we've been treated unfriendly. They are not capable to stay cool and they become offensive. It's not acceptable. Next time we're in town we will stay somewhere else. The hotel is nice but if the staff does not understand the basics of hospitality everything else is wasted.

The restaurant has been closed since summer 2024. Please check the restaurant's website before standing in front of closed doors. There is currently no information about how and whether the catering industry will continue.

Excellent location, just in front of the train station and two steps away from the walking area of the historic city centre. Smiling, kind and professional staff at the reception (Miss Neumeyer, congratulations! She provided a very warm welcome with all needed information). Large room at floor 0, very clean, amazing bed linen and towels, well slept at night (no noises), welcome provided for my dog (so nice), one complimentary bottle of water. Toilet amenities are by Ritual, a very good brand. Excellent buffet breakfast with a lot of choice, well reassorted and cleaned, in an amazing breakfast room. I wanted to book this hotel again, when I still was in! I am a manager in tourism and I know the efforts to provide such a good service. Low price for the service offered.

Absolute juice shop! The ambience is actually really nice, but unfortunately the service ruins everything. We have a birthday on October 26th. reserved at 10.30 p.m. After half an hour our order was taken. Another 45 minutes later we got our drinks but half were still missing. The table still hadn't been cleared by the previous guests. We politely told the bar 3 times and were told away each time that they couldn't take orders at the bar. After 1 hour!!!! Finally someone came to our table and we gave up on the missing drinks. The table was finally cleared up. After 1.5 hours we finally had everything we ordered. I come from the catering industry myself and can understand that there is a lot going on on a Saturday evening, but waiting 1.5 hours for a drink is simply not possible. We definitely won't come back. It's a shame, because the bar itself is really nice. But I have never experienced such bad service.

Was here for the first time for a company dinner. From the service to the kitchen, everything was great.

I chose the vegetarian bowl (there are the chicken and pulled beef bowls as well) with zitrone tahini as dressing. I really liked it, the vegetables were fresh and the quantity was good enough. It’s a nice place to have a quick lunch break.

AS ALWAYS, I wanted to order a burger (almost always take the current special burger) with a kale patty. There have never been any problems noticed!!! Til today. The person on the phone asked in the kitchen and told me that this was not possible. So I asked if they were out or if it was generally no longer possible to get a patty of your choice. It is no longer possible! But he would note it. I then asked him if it was possible. Answer: No, but he notes it. I replied that it made zero sense if the burger came with a patty that I didn't want. Answer from him: I could check when it was delivered to see if it was the right one and return it. I think I'm in the wrong movie. Everyone around me didn't know what to say (five of them wanted to order something, had speakers on) after the phone call. Unbelievable and unbelievable... Without words. Will not order there again! Times are changing! Addendum: I got a call today and they kindly apologized, which I thought was really great. That's why there is a rating that does justice to the food and service. 5 Stars. Because as written above, we never had any problems until yesterday. Addendum: June 2024 We ordered from nam nam 1-2 times a week in May and June 2024 because the quality fluctuated so much that we wanted to know whether it was just a personal feeling or not. After two months I can say that the quality has unfortunately dropped significantly. From limp fries, to long delivery times and shrunken burgers. Two orders were perfect in two months. But otherwise there was always a problem somewhere. Today the fries were soggy and didn't taste good and it felt like the cheapest frozen food was sold to us. The burger was extremely small and the bun was dry. Delivery time one hour. Ordered just before 5 and delivered at 6. Unfortunately today everything wasn't satisfactory. We are very sorry that the quality is no longer what it once was. We wish the company all the best, but we will refrain from ordering here for now. Best regards
