HOTEL 47° in Konstanz

Great hotel in a perfect location right in the city center. The rooms are nicely furnished and the room service was good. I would book there again if I'm ever in Prague again.

We visited the day spa and booked a "meet my friends" package. Overall, we were disappointed, as the information on the website had led us to expect something different. We were anticipating a more private setting and found the information provided beforehand very vague. For example, it wasn't clear how long the massage would last, and we also didn't realize that the massage appointment was scheduled right at the beginning of our reservation. As a result, we were all caught off guard, and the massage didn't start off relaxing. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the massage itself was below average. It was advertised as a back and neck massage, but the focus was primarily on the arms. Furthermore, it was more of an oily stroking motion and therefore far from a proper massage. The sparkling wine and canapés were good, and the view was lovely. However, the overall value for money was not good.

What a gem in the city! I spend a week in HOTEL 47° during my business trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The employees were amazing - everyone I met was very helpful and friendly, always smilling and ready to assist. The Restaurant is a must visit: attentive service, delicious food, and a focus on quality over quantity. I loved the decor and the overall atmosphere. The hotel's design is perfectly balanced - not too much, not too little - creating a cozy yet luxurious enviroment with great attention to details. Thank you and see you next time!

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff in a good location. Good breakfast, but at €22 it's completely overpriced. Unfortunately, parking in the immediate vicinity is very expensive, and I find it outrageous that the sauna costs an extra €10.

The location of the hotel was excellent. We could easily walk to the town and even crossed the border to visit the protected lakeside area in Switzerland. The interior design of the hotel lobby was cozy, welcoming, and warm, with plenty of comfortable seating. The front desk staff were all very professional, friendly, and efficient.👍 We wanted to have a coffee machine in the room, so we paid extra to book the king suite with a river view, which was spacious and bright. The bed was very comfortable as well.😍 Our only complaint 🤔 is about breakfast on Sunday. It was extremely busy, and we had to share a long table with other guests, which made it uncomfortable to overhear each other’s conversations. It would be better if the hotel could divide breakfast into different time slots to reduce crowding and provide a more pleasant dining experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and location were also okay. However, the breakfast was quite outrageous for the price (€25 per person). The scrambled eggs were watery, the rolls were quite hard and dry, and the fruit wasn't cut into chunks. The bowls with the various yogurts weren't labeled (I had to ask every morning what was in them...). There's a lot of room for improvement there. The spa area also costs extra. Unfortunately, we can't recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was served five minutes later from 7 a.m. The butter was packed under ice cubes, so you could put it in slices of bread, but not for spreading it on a roll. Hot water only arrived after about three minutes. I was quite impressed by the description, but was disappointed. I'd give it a maximum of three stars.

The staff are very dedicated and friendly. The room was very comfortable, but the soundproofing from the room next door was poor. The breakfast selection was excellent and plentiful.

Hear, gentlemen! On my business odyssey, I had the pleasure of staying a night at this excellent inn – and truly, I am delighted! Upon arrival, I received a warm and highly professional welcome. The rooms were superbly maintained, extremely comfortable, and immaculately clean. Special praise is due to the ample parking available right outside the gates – a boon for traveling noblemen and ladies on business missions. The following morning, I feasted on a breakfast that shone not only in its variety but also in its exquisite taste. All in all, I can warmly recommend this venerable establishment to all noblemen and travelers and will happily return!

Very slow internet, was "terrible" during my visit, 2nd floor room 205... also the toilet seat was loose.. a shame for the price

A very nice hotel in Konstanz with a good location on a promenade. It's a short walk to the city center. We liked the modern style. The wellness area could be a bit more comprehensive by today's standards. We were surprised that hotel guests have to pay extra to access the sauna.

A very clean and stylish hotel. The service is excellent; all the staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The spa area is on the top floor and offers a fantastic view. A perfect hotel for a stay in Konstanz.

I can highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly. Nice wellness, great bar with unique cocktails. Breakfast and dinner is very good. I have nothing to complain about.

Were completely satisfied: food was excellent, room functional and nice. K Ventilation in the meeting room was a bit annoyingly loud.

The only disadvantage? The mattress is so soft, when you want to turn over, you roll back into the hole you put in it 😅 harder mattress and everything is perfect!

The evening started promisingly. Great table setting, courteous employees. But then disappointment followed. Longer waiting times can occur when six people order drinks, starters, main courses, side dishes and sauces. But: A meal was brought completely wrong. Side dishes ordered came clearly after the meat. The sauces we ordered came when we had already finished eating. An ordered Hefeweizen from the tap became Urweizen from the bottle. To make amends, the waiter, who apologized several times, wanted to offer us coffee and/or hard liquor. The drinks order was placed but not delivered. If asked, he could only bring coffee/espresso. At the end we discovered that the late and rejected sauces were also on the bill... If I were the restaurant manager there, I would certainly have taken care of the dissatisfied guests. Unfortunately none

We were there for the day spa. Price performance is great. The massage was super relaxing. The area is not huge, but it is small and rather intimate. Definitely perfect for a little break.

The rooms are clean, modern and offer everything you need for a business trip. The breakfast was very tasty but 26 euros is already steep.

Overall it was a nice place to stay and we did enjoy our time in the sauna area, very nicely designed with the spa area and three saunas to choose from. The parking options are a bit strange, not sure about the location and even though the rooms have plenty of space, they are a bit awkward in layout and missing the charm (maybe some fun pictures or decorations). But again overall a nice stay, just not quite what I was looking for at the lake.

Nice hotel in an industrial area

Rooms are clean and proper, views of the front rooms are supernice. We've been here a few times. It's just that recently the staff at the front desk doesn't behave polite. Twice we've been treated unfriendly. They are not capable to stay cool and they become offensive. It's not acceptable. Next time we're in town we will stay somewhere else. The hotel is nice but if the staff does not understand the basics of hospitality everything else is wasted.

First of all, there is no parking option for your car. The only option you have is to park your car into a public parking place which costs 20 euro per day. (Hotel doesn't give you any discount). Rooms are mediocre, and pillows are uncomfortable, but the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent. Lobby, lounge, and bar are all together. Cocktails are great, but they will be the only delicious think you can ever find in this hotel. Breakfast is super expensive for the service you get. Even fruit juices are not fresh and bought from the cheapest and most tasteless brands. When you get coffee for your breakfast, you pay an extra 8 euro, which totals up breakfast to 26 euro for a single person. (Breakfast was so out of options. Everyone's plates were looking like each other). Don't even try the sweets at the lounge. They sell cakes from yesterday or even from 2 day earlier. SPA service is great, and the hotel location is very good. I don't recommend this hotel.

Great hotel right on the Seerhein. The view from the room was fantastic. The breakfast was very good and the bar is highly recommended. Great cocktails that the bartender mixes there. Our enthusiasm was for the Pop Corn Cocktail.

Wir waren übers Wochenende in Konstanz und haben nach einem Hotel mit Spa Bereich geschaut. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es extern unterhalb des Hotels und gegenüber ein großes Parkhaus auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das 4 Sterne Hotel ist sehr schön, trotz der Straße auf der Vorderseite war es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten ein Select Plus Zimmer mit seitlichem See Blick. Ich persönlich bin kein Freund von Teppichboden, da ich es nicht so hygienisch finde. Ansonsten war das Zimmer schön komfortabel. Eine kleine Aufbereitung an der Wand und im Badezimmer neben dem Spiegel ein Defekt wären auszubessern, das sollte im 4 Sterne Hotel nicht so sein. Der Spa Bereich war sehr schön, aufwendig aber dezent gestaltet. Die Saunen im 6. Stock mit Panorama Blick über den See sind atemberaubend schön. Wir saßen gegen Abend in der 60 Grad Sauna und konnten dabei die Sonne untergehen sehen. Im 7. Stock gibt es zudem eine Dachterrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Alpen. Es gibt Tee und unterschiedliche Wasser und komfortable Liegen zum entspannen. Die Bar und der Restaurant Bereich sind sehr elegant gestaltet, auf Frühstück hatten wir verzichtet, da uns morgens ein Kaffee und ein Croissant reichen, und das Frühstück pro Person mit 22.- Euro sich nur bei großem Hunger lohnen. Es gibt einige nette Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung und die Strandpromenade lädt zum verweilen ein. Alles in Allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, den wir sicherlich wiederholen werden. Eine Kurtaxe wird zusätzlich zum Hotelzimmer fällig, der zusätzliche Spa Aufenthalt kostet außerdem pro Person 10,- Euro, beinhaltet aber eine Tasche mit Bademantel, Schlappen und Saunatüchern. Die Entfernung zum Stadtkern sind mit dem Bus circa 20 Minuten, die Bus und Bahntickets gab es vom Hotel dazu.

Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Hotelrestaurant sehr zu empfehlen. Gemütliche Bar. Wellnessbereich mit super Aussicht. Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal im Wellnessbereich. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Massage war ein Witz. Frühstück optimal. Zimmer optimal.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte hier. Parken in der Hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. Von hier sind wir dann in die Stadt rein gelaufen bis zum Sea Life. Das war ein toller Spaziergang entlang am Ufer. Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war seitlich mit Blick auf den Kanal. Zimmer sehr modern und schick eingerichtet. Leider hatte ich nicht die Möglichkeit in der wirklich tollen Lobby zu bleiben, um etwas zu trinken.

Ich liebe euer Essen, eure genialen kreativen Drinks und das Wellness mit der traumhaften Aussicht. Beim Service könntet ihr noch etwas besser schulen, die Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren zum Teil schlecht informiert, wussten nicht Bescheid über Parkingkosten, die Bustickets wurden nicht ausgestellt beim Check in und es gab keine Wellnesstaschen.. aber hey, sonst absolut Top. Riesen Dankeschön an den Barkeeper-wir lieben deine Variationen und Geschmackserlebnisse! Der Service im Restaurant war übrigens auch super nett! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder:) Danke ans Team!

Mega schönes Hotel mit Wohlfühlambiente. Die Zimmer waren sauber und auch im Spa- Bereich war alles tiptop. Die Anwendungen waren traumhaft. Sowohl die Massagen als auch die Kosmetikbehandlung wurden von ausgebildeten, sehr freundlichen Damen durchgeführt. Entspannung pur! Das Essen im Restaurant Friedrichs hat sämtliche Erwartungen übertroffen! Eine Grschmacksexplosion vom Feinsten. Die Bedienungen waren sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Modernes Hotel, guter Standort, zentral gelegen. Tiefgarage vorhanden, jedoch ist die Gebühr als Hotelgast etwas zu teuer. Zimmer, sofern zum Wasser, mit schöner Aussicht. Gut ausgestattet, dezent und geschmackvoll. Schönes Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstücks-Buffet. Freundlicher und guter Service in allen Bereichen. Guter Wellness-Bereich, gute Anwendungen und sehr schöne Aussicht. Tipp: Roof-Top-Bereich. Restaurant "Friedrichs" sehr zu empfehlen! Für Speisen, Weinkarte und Service: 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Bar ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr interessante Drinks. Insgesamt habe ich eine wunderschöne Woche im Hotel verbracht und würde jederzeit dort wieder als Gast einchecken.

Lobby personal lässt zu wünsche übrig, mehr information über wellness würde nicht erteilt. Lobbylounge super schön und gemütlich, frühstuck buffet super gut, personal dort sehr freundlich und bringen alles sofort. Zimmer sehr gross, sauber, badez.mit begehbare Dusche Schnell in der alt stadt. Keine 4.1/2 sternen sondern 3- 4sternen würde wir es geben.
