Very long delivery times and order was incomplete.

We ordered via Uber Eats: 1: the food took over 2 hours to reach us. 2: The burger was cold plus way too much sauce the burger was swimming in sauce. All in all it was just not good. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Was about to bring the food back in person. Very poor performance

Food ordered at 6 p.m. with Uber Eats didn't arrive until 9 p.m. so waited 3 hours for food. Disrespectful. Also, the food was cold and didn't taste good at all. I could only eat half the burger and couldn't eat more.

Top burgers, always fresh and delicious. Classic Supreme is really a classic, you wait a maximum of 15 minutes if you pick it up yourself :) now my favorite burger shop in Konstanz

1st address in Konstanz for burgers

First of all: I would give it 5* for taste. The burgers, fries and bowls are super tasty. However, what is no longer tolerable is the waiting time and dealing with delays. This is not a new problem if you read older reviews. I ordered burgers and fries for 3 people at 6pm today. I received a text message relatively quickly that there would be delays today due to high order volumes. No further information. The food finally arrived at 8:15 p.m. No extras, no excuses. In addition, the specified cheese and the bacon that had been ordered separately were missing from a burger. It's a shame that the criticism isn't received and apparently no work is being done on the internals. This was not the first experience of this kind. Unfortunately it will be the last time we ordered from NamNam. Update: It's been a while now and I've done it again and again. However, instead of delivery, I “simply” picked it up myself. So it's very uncomplicated and you can enjoy the Mega Burgers without any hassle. I can't say whether delivery and communication are now running more smoothly.

At Namnam Club there are super tasty burgers, plus fries with a very fine truffle mayo (that alone is worth trying 😋). Culinary added value in Konstanz since Corona times. I always enjoy ordering here. Nice selection, there is something for every taste here. Highly recommended!

AS ALWAYS, I wanted to order a burger (almost always take the current special burger) with a kale patty. There have never been any problems noticed!!! Til today. The person on the phone asked in the kitchen and told me that this was not possible. So I asked if they were out or if it was generally no longer possible to get a patty of your choice. It's no longer possible! But he would note it. I then asked him if it was possible. Answer: No, but he notes it. I replied that it made zero sense if the burger came with a patty that I didn't want. Answer from him: I could check when it was delivered to see if it was the right one and return it. I think I'm in the wrong movie. Everyone around me didn't know what to say (five of them wanted to order something, had speakers on) after the phone call. Unbelievable and unbelievable... Without words. Will not order there again! This is how times change! Addendum: I got a call today and they kindly apologized, which I thought was really great. That's why there is a rating that does justice to the food and service. 5 stars. Because as written above, we never had any problems until yesterday. Addendum: June 2024 We ordered from nam nam 1-2 times a week in May and June 2024 because the quality fluctuated so much that we wanted to know whether it was just a personal feeling or not. After two months I can say that the quality has unfortunately dropped significantly. From limp fries, to long delivery times and shrunken burgers. Two orders were perfect in two months. But otherwise there was always a problem somewhere. Today the fries were soggy and didn't taste good and it felt like the cheapest frozen food was sold to us. The burger was extremely small and the bun was dry. Delivery time one hour. Ordered just before 5 and delivered at 6. Unfortunately today everything wasn't satisfactory. We are very sorry that the quality is no longer what it once was. We wish the company all the best, but we will refrain from ordering here for now. Best regards

Hello, we are not angry, just disappointed. As loyal customers for many years and lovers of what was once the best burger in Konstanz, we unfortunately have to draw the conclusion today. The burgers are constantly becoming more expensive, but their quality is decreasing. The last few times the meat was dry, the ingredients were cold, the bun tasted too much like German dry white bread and the French fries have now become standard, to our regret. The mayo, however, is still stable. That's life, it's time to give way to others. You have to know. Alex, Nick and Nik

Delivery times vary greatly and there is always something missing, sometimes the fries, sometimes the drinks, sometimes the sauces. The food itself is good

Super leckere Burger, mit die besten Pommes die ich bisher gegessen habe. Geschmacklich kann man hier eigentlich wenig verkehrt machen. Einen Punktabzug gibt es allerdings dafür, dass wir jetzt zum wiederholten Male lauwarmes bis kaltes Essen geliefert bekommen haben und das obwohl wir nicht wirklich weit entfernt wohnen.

Leider hat die Lieferung länger gedauert als angekündigt. Die Burger sind super lecker und auch die Pommes immer was besonderes, da schön knusprig.

Wahnsinnig gut, ich habe das vegetarische Chicken probiert, konnte nicht glauben das es veggie ist. Pommes super knusprig auf den Punkt. Die Sauce dazu einfach Top 10/10 .

Ich bin nicht der Typ der öffentlich etwas bewertet aber diesmal scheint es ein Muss. Ihr habt echt gutes Essen, weshalb ich mich immer sehr drauf freue. Die letzten Male waren die Lieferzeiten schon sehr lange bei einer Entfernung von 5km aber heute, ich warte 1,5 Stunden, rufe dann an um zu hören das der nächste freie Fahrer das Essen bringt. Auf die Frage ob das Essen denn schon fertig sei kam „Nein das dauert noch wir kommen nicht hinterher“ Entschuldigung aber das ist echt nicht die feine Art! Da könnte man wenigstens sich mal kurz melden. Soll man um Mitternacht essen wenn man um halb 8 bestellt? Bin echt verärgert!!

+ Die Burger und Pommes sind lecker, auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. - Leider sind seit kurzem die Portionen um einiges kleiner, trotz gleichem Preis!

Sehr gute Burger und Pommes. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse auf der man Mittags essen darf. Leider kein Innenbereich zum dort essen. Personal, entspannt und nett.

Very good fries. Not oily but super crunchy. Good burgers. Freshly made and not overcooked. We had the BBQ burger and the Supreme burger. BBQ was slightly to sweet at the end of the burger, we would rate it 8.5/10 And Supreme burger 9/10 because mine was a bit soggy at the end but not bad. We will come again. Very friendly and attentive owner

super leckere Burger und die Pommes mit dem spezial Dip sind die leckersten die ich seit langem gegessen habe - auf jeden Fall gerne wieder

Eigentlich würde ich gerne 5 sterne geben und nur loben, aber in letzter Zeit waren die Pommes nicht sehr knusprig (was ich eig. anderst gewohnt bin von namnam) und die Burger öfters gerade mal lau warm wenn man optimistisch ist. Dazu kommt, dass bei dem letzten Burger das Patty sehr weit raus stand, eher rare als medium war und sehr am Papier geklebt hat. Fazit: ihr habt stark nachgelassen, ich hoffe ich kann diese Kritik bald wieder zurück nehmen den vor einem halben Jahr war das essen tadellos

Also Hut ab Nicht mal in dem letzten Restaurant was extra für Burger ausgewiesen war hat egal was einfach alles so perfekt geschmeckt ! Ohne Witz!!!! Ganz großes Lob an euch ! Fahrer super net ! Mit Abstand die besten Burger der Stadt. Absolute Königsklasse, Fritten sind auch grandios. Leider alles nur zum mitnehmen, daher 1 Stern Abzug.

Even as an American, I can say that the Texas Ranger burger here was the best bacon cheeseburger I've ever had. Big flavors, quality ingredients, and awesome staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Unfassbar gute Burger!! Waren heute spontan zum Mittagessen hier; wurden freundlich empfangen und sehr freundlich bedient. Die Burger waren super frisch und wirklich lecker. Ich glaube dass das Fleisch wirklich frisch war, kein TK Patty. Die Pommes waren auch super knusprig. So geht gutes Essen!
