Waiters and kitchen hopelessly overwhelmed

The boss and the employees are really friendly and the food tastes really delicious

We waited two hours for our ordered food. Then it was canceled for no reason. Unfortunately that doesn't work at all! We're now making cheese sandwiches and are pretty frustrated. Why do you agree to an order if you can't keep it? Very disappointing - we will never order here again!

Order never arrived. Edit: Order arrived 3 hours later. However, I was already asleep by then and therefore didn't open the door again. Never again.

Everything is great. Definitely again on the next visit to Hamburg.

We celebrated my birthday there at the weekend, platters were prepared for us and everything was beautifully decorated, the atmosphere was great and the food was great, thanks to the team for their effort, always happy and highly recommended!

In Hamburg on business and looking for something tasty, I found what I was looking for in the galley. The room is spartan but with nice little details, not necessarily luxurious, but honest and open. The meal takes a while, but you get a powerful and filling burrito. You should be able to eat if you want to completely eat the thing! But the beef burrito I had was delicious and very fresh. The guacamole was excellent, the beans and rice were cooked well and weren't mushy. I only knew the quesadilla differently. It was more like a delicious little Margherita. But all in all a really successful, tasty and filling evening. I would love to come back.

Very nice, relaxed restaurant, friendly service, fair prices. You sit quite close to each other at the tables next to you - that was a bit strange. The food was good, the portions were reasonable for the price. A cozy evening with friends that we would like to repeat there.

I placed an order here some time ago. After about an hour I asked myself what the problem could be and called. When I asked on the phone, a woman yelled at me that my order was being canceled and then she simply hung up on me with an arrogant tone. Food was great, staff and dealing with customers were catastrophic! Lost myself as a customer, if my friends and acquaintances ask, I will share my experience.
