Great Mexican restaurant with a great selection of delicious food and beers. You can sit inside and outside. There's music playing inside that really sets the mood. There is enough space outside and you can sit well here. Nevertheless, it is advisable to reserve in advance as it is rightly very popular. The service is super friendly and attentive. The menu reads very well and with such a large selection it is really difficult to decide. The food is very filling and tastes great. The beer selection is also impressive, very good. For dessert, a mango cheesecake is offered, a must. A great restaurant with great potential to come back. 🇲🇽

We went to the not very full restaurant and placed the order. The drinks and dessert came quickly to the table... and that was it. After about an hour we asked how long it would take. Turns out our order was completely forgotten and we had to leave the "restaurant" pretty pissed and hungry. That was our first and definitely last visit.

Mega delicious burritos and guacamole!

Nachos with various dips were ok, Jamaican jerk chicken with Scotch sauce is recommended, as is a burrito with beef, and we were able to taste some Mexican beers. Cocktails also tasted very good. They didn't want to give us the sunny table on the terrace, even though there were hardly any guests there - but we were given a tiny table in the shade. No paper towels in the toilet, soap dispenser empty. We still liked it for a one-off visit, but would stop somewhere else next time.

I've been here several times now and can highly recommend the restaurant. We usually order the mixed platter for two people and a burrito with pulled beef. There's everything your heart desires, from grilled vegetables to a variety of Mexican dishes to delicious dips. What I particularly like is that the food is so varied and a real experience in the mouth. It's fresh, sour and a bit spicy, but also very deep in flavor. My favorite remains the pulled beef burrito. Above all, I have never eaten the pulled beef itself with the seasoning like that. And the small salad that came with it also surprised me positively the first time. The mango-passion fruit dressing is very unusual and definitely something different, but also in a positive sense. The ambience is very flashy and loud, but in my opinion it fits perfectly with the loud and lively food. The service has never disappointed us either. Always nice and attentive staff. A big recommendation for anyone looking for a good Mexican in Hamburg

Were in Hamburg for three days and the trip from Aachen was worth it just for the food. The cuisine is absolutely outstanding. Everything is fresh and tastefully prepared. The staff is super friendly and you immediately feel welcome. A break from everyday life and we will come here every time we visit Hamburg in the future.

The food at La Quesadilla is really delicious, we were particularly impressed by the quesadillas. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service was attentive and friendly. A restaurant that we would happily recommend.

Since we moved to Hamburg almost six months ago, we've been looking for a place where Latin American food really makes us feel at home. After several disappointments, we finally discovered La Quesadilla - and it felt like a piece of Latin America in Germany. The food is simply fantastic. Not only is it “good for Latin American food in Germany,” but it would be outstanding in any city in Latin America. Here in Hamburg that makes it a 20/10. Every bite transported us home, with authentic flavors and that homemade taste found only in the best places in our culture. The atmosphere and service make the experience even better. Max, the owner, is the soul of the restaurant. You can feel his charisma and dedication in every dish and in the warm hospitality. This was by far the best meal we have had since arriving in Germany. If you are looking for a piece of Latin America in Hamburg, you definitely have to go to La Quesadilla. 100% recommended!

The food is not only incredibly tasty, but also absolutely authentic - every ingredient is selected with love and prepared mega!! The atmosphere is a real highlight: Max has created a small masterpiece with the furnishings that transports you straight into another world. Here you can escape from everyday life for a moment and enjoy a journey of the senses. Absolutely recommended!

Originally furnished, unfortunately a bit small and quickly around the entrance area, especially in winter. Definitely great in summer, also thanks to the terrace at the front. Good selection and food came very quickly.

I always enjoy going to La Qesadilla. The food is always a 10/10 (I find the Fried Fire Chicken and Grilled Cheese Tacos to be the tastiest). They have a large and varied selection of food and you can also get alcoholic drinks non-alcoholic. The margaritas are a 10/10. Inside you immediately feel like you're in a restaurant in Mexico! This store is definitely worth a visit!

I've been to La Quesadilla a few times and each time it's been a super tasty, beautiful and very pleasant experience! The last time I was able to celebrate a big birthday with friends here - and we were all completely enchanted by the frozen margaritas, the (veggie & carne) platters, the chocolate cake and mango cheesecake. An absolute recommendation (for me especially on special occasions)! It's best if you have plenty of room in your stomach, every bite and every sip is an absolute pleasure! (Taking leftovers with you is always an option.)

Super confused by the good reviews. Went with a group of 4 and we got different taco plates and one burrito. Everyone agreed the food was the worst Mexican food we’ve ever had. It’s not something that could be fixed, the whole recipe was terrible. Completely inauthentic!! The tacos came with lettuce inside and a sweet and not at all spicy salsa on the side, sour cream and like a guacamole that had no taste. The chicken al pastor meat was also kind of sweet and kind of dry. The beef taco meat was also strangely flavoured and not good quality. And then to top it off, the prices were a joke. Each taco plate costs around €20, the burrito was about €17,50. More expensive than other really good taco places around. All in all: the food is like what a German that’s never been to Mexico would think Mexican food is like.

We were there for my friend's birthday and it was unbelievably good! We had the vegetarian mix platter and were so full🤭 Margarita was also great (also to go 🥳🤭) and the homemade shot even more so 🤤 - in short: we'll definitely be back! 🌮

On October 25th, 2024 we celebrated a Christmas party with the Jungheinrich company at La Quesadilla with 28 people. The organization and planning was very professional. Everything that was discussed was adhered to. The food was excellent, we ordered plates for each table with everything on the menu and drinks. My personal favorite Plato Mixto Pinche Cab and Nacho Chips Avocardo. I can highly recommend the location and the restaurant, everyone was very satisfied. Next year we will celebrate again in La Quesadilla. Best regards from Jungheinrich.

Excessively expensive. It tasted relatively good. Even the Mexican culinary Krombacher cannot make up for the expensive price. Hipster inner city nonsense for people with too much money. I can also pour a Corona upside down into a glass at home...

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. One thing in advance: The quesadillas here are delicious and I have already ordered them several times. But when I ordered tacos, for example, I'm pretty sure I got another quesadilla. Which isn't a bad thing in itself - it tastes good. My criticism: the nachos, see picture. We were really craving nachos. But firstly, these were extremely expensive - €26 for what is shown in the picture: around €10 for the simple version (top of the picture), around €15 for the "Supreme" version. Both were very similar, except that the "Supreme" had some cheese and a few onions on it, see picture. Tomatoes were missing even though they are listed in the menu. Both nacho portions were cold - how do you manage that when the "Supreme" was supposed to be gratinated with cheese? Maybe you see it differently, but I think €26 for these cold, unfresh nachos is extremely overpriced. Nachos taste good even out of a package in the store. One had the impression that these were old. When we raised this with the restaurant, our criticism was not acknowledged - we were told the nachos were "fresh and good" as they were supposedly delivered daily. We found this reaction very unfortunate because we actually enjoyed ordering here. But with this service and the lack of willingness to respond to customer feedback, we will not be returning. Nevertheless, I wish you God's blessing and all the best.

Without ever having been to Mexico or the Caribbean, I have the impression that the food here is quite authentic. The vegetarian selection is large, without any newfangled meat substitute products and, without exception, everything tasted very good. The service was very friendly, courteous and attentive. Were here in person for the first time (ordered outside the house once) The atmosphere and staff are informal and very friendly. The food from A to Z was very tasty, fresh and what you would imagine from texmex cuisine (I find it difficult to judge whether it is authentic since I have never been to Mexico or Latin America...) Kitchen is only occupied from 5 p.m. The opening time on Google was 4:30 p.m. Food was very tasty. It's not cheap.

A nice place, nice service. I just didn't warm up to the food. Everything was kind of mushy and lame, not at all spicy or sweet and sour or crunchy. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing. If you want spicy rather than mushy, it's definitely better to get advice beforehand.

Too expensive for what it is and the preparation of the food (and not the service) was too slow. At least the mango cake was really good! The service staff were also very friendly. Mediocre experience I am afraid 😟

A little piece of Mexico in the city! La Quesadilla Restaurant is a true gem for lovers of Mexican cuisine. A visit here is like a little trip to Mexico, full of colors, taste and warmth. The food is simply fantastic. From the freshly made tacos to the hearty enchiladas, every dish is delicious and tastes like it came straight from a Mexican kitchen. The ingredients are fresh and all dishes (even the nachos and taco shells) are homemade. Totally recommended for anyone looking for super authentic Mexican cuisine in a great atmosphere!
