Not what you expect in a snack bar in the train station. The food is very tasty and the value for money is also right. Burrito and quesadilla were excellent. The employees are very nice and the tables are clean. The only deduction in the rating is because it is of course hectic in the train station.

I got 2 hairs in my food today. Unfortunately I was already on the train when I found her. Will never eat there again.

Good food and quick service. The prices are fairly good especially for being at the main station. Had a burrito and a homemade limo and they were really delicious. My new go to spot for getting food quickly when im at the main station.

The food is really good, it's just relatively loud. The pigeons are also kind of weird when they eat and it wasn't clean at all. Still 4 stars because, as already mentioned, the food and the lemonade were really good

Delicious Mexican for a quick snack... of course Sienna isn't as cozy in the main station as it is in a restaurant. But completely serves its purpose. Food came super quickly and the service was super friendly👌🏻

Were visiting Hamburg and were just looking for a quick snack for our last evening. We came across Carlos by chance and were really impressed. Price performance tip top. The homemade lemonade is really delicious! 😊 the food was really tasty. Nothing was too dry or too spicy (although you would have asked if you liked it spicy). The guys are super nice and friendly. Attentive. It was really fun. It's a shame that there isn't one in North Rhine-Westphalia, maybe in Düsseldorf. Keep it up.

The first impression counts! And the nice employee behind the counter definitely kept it positive! I haven't seen such a nice person behind the counter in a long time. Since we couldn't decide, he asked us if we wanted to try something and then let us try a little of the sauce in a small bowl. He then went through his order query with us very calmly and calmly. The food was delicious and I also really enjoyed the homemade lemonade. The ambience alone isn't great because it's located in the train station's food court. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about. Everything great! 👍

Whenever I'm in Hamburg Central Station, I visit Carlos Sambrosa for food to go. I've already tried their burrito, Carlos Sambrosa chicken and the chili con carne and I have to say it's really good. Plus it's very reasonably priced! So I absolutely recommend it!

I had a burrito and the lime lemonade. Extremely delicious and highly recommended to everyone. It went really quickly and we received a very warm welcome. Price-performance is also great. If you're looking for delicious Mexican cuisine at the main train station, stop by here.

I got a chili con carne burrito for take away. Paid extra for guacamole and got no guacamole. As i see from comments it happened to others as well. Besides that food was average. Lady didn’t speak english, when food was ready she was calling my order number in German. About the atmosphere, its not the nicest place to eat but well… it’s at the main railway station.

This place is awesome. Eating Baba. Baba service. All 10/10. Trust me the best Mexican food in all of Hamburg.

I tried their "Pollo Picante" plate. Although it doesn't have any resemblance to real Mexican dishes, I liked the taste. It's a good & relatively healthy alternative to the fast food restaurants in the center station. Also, I liked that they're using Basmati rice :)

I had a very tasty and crispy quesadilla with Sambrosa Chicken. There was a lot of meat in it and not spicy. The preparation took about 5 minutes and the take-away box was great. I would do it again.

Delicious quesadillas and limonade! 🍋

The food was incredibly good. There are plenty of choices. We had a chili con carne burrito and chicken quesadillas: it was so good. The food arrives pretty quickly so there’s not much of a wait!

I had the Pollo Pikante, and it tasted really good, one of the best things I had recently.

Unfortunately, the burrito I had is not recommended. It's not bad, it's just incredibly boring in terms of taste. Since pigeons occasionally flutter through the food court here, this will probably be my last visit to Carlos Sambrosa at the hh main station

If you like eating alongside pigeons, this is the right place for you. The first time my order was recorded incorrectly. It was then kindly corrected. Thanks for that, but the food was so tasteless and unspectacular that I didn't feel like it after half of it and the rest ended up in the trash. A few days later I decided to give the store another chance, but unfortunately I was disappointed again. I had chicken cartilage in my food and after less than half an hour I had stomach pain and diarrhea.

Hand on heart: The best Mexican food I've eaten in my life. The service is very nice and warm - if you can't decide, you can try it and the boss puts his heart and soul into it. Thank you and see you soon, Kind regards from Düsseldorf

The food is amazing, I can only recommend the staff are very correct, attentive and very friendly. One is the Europapassage and the Jungfernstieg

I ordered a meat dish with rice and pico de gallo. After less than 2 hours I had typical symptoms of food poisoning. Only leftovers from the dish came out. I then lay sick in bed for 2 days. Eating there was also very unpleasant because pigeons were sitting right at the counter where the dirty plates are placed and garbage is thrown away. Was an absolute nightmare. Never again.

We come from outside but ended up in the Europassage for our trips. Since we are in Hamburg at least once a year, we noticed the new store immediately. We were greeted warmly, the dishes were explained to us and we were allowed to taste our favorites with a tasting spoon. The friendliness of the service and of course the taste convinced us. Very good food for a fair price. Definitely give it a try

Service was okay, unfortunately the food wasn't. All pretty tasteless. Was really disappointed. Wouldn't go again.

We've never had Mexican food so good! The guacamole is homemade, deliciously fruity, not too mushy, really very tasty and goes great with the homemade nachos! The quesadillas were incredibly tasty. Everything was fresh, perfect portions, great service, it didn't take long at all, it was hot and always served with an ultra delicious sour cream. Even the zucchini, which I don't really like, tasted really good. A small price for a great lemonade, nachos, extra guacamole and quesadillas. There really should be a store in every major city. We are thoroughly impressed and look forward to our next visit.

Not recommended to go - just didn't ask whether it was a large or small portion - it was spicy, but no sauce...was just travel and pleasure...Once and never again...

It's...okay. It's bland, even too bland for the German palette, and I ordered the "picante" chicken version. The veggie option was essentially salty carrots in a wrap. The service was nice and friendly but yeah.

I didn't have much time and they made an extra effort to get everything ready on time!

When ordering you have a very good 1 by 1 conversation, the employees have a personal conversation with you which gives you the feeling that the food is prepared for you with love and that's exactly how it tastes. Only recommended.

Just such a good burrito and nice staff

I was really excited and got my money's worth here. The “cashier” basically read my order from my eyes. The food is European spicy but was very good.

Unfortunately, apart from the friendly staff, it was a failure. There's nothing Mexican here, the taste is more of a "hunger drives it in" level

I ask for a burrito and they offer me extra guacamole for 1,5€ fine, but there was no guacamole. Even after asking if it was inside. :(

Perfekt gerollter burrito 😋 ich war 3 Tage in Hamburg und habe 3 mal hier gegessen!

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Zum Glück sind die Soßen gut gewürzt, so dass man kaum merkt, dass der Reis leider alt und muffig schmeckt.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich in Hamburg am Bahnhof bin, esse ich hier. Gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis vor allem für Bahnhofsverhältnisse. Top :)

Tolles lekker essen nettes Personal, ich komme wider tolle Auswahl , Vegi , Fleisch, usw i love it

Essen naja, aber große Portionen. Vier oder fünf Hauptgerichte zur Auswahl. Fleisch (Geflügel) war nicht ganz durch. Sonst sehr geschmacksintensiv. Schmeckte gut, nicht nach reiner Chemie. Bedienung sehr freundlich. Lokalität eher bedenklich. Taubenthema. Jedes Restaurant dort hat seinen eigenen Sitzbereich. Es wird schwierig wenn man in einer Gruppe unterwegs ist und zusammen essen möchte. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und super freundlich. Tauben fliegen ständig in der Halle herum, klettern in dem Regal der Essenabgabe herum. Das halte ich für äußerst unhygienisch. Ansonsten war es oberflächlich sauber. Eine Restaurierung würde dem Restaurantbereich echt gut tun. Im hinteren Bereich auf dem Weg zum WC an den Küchen vorbei gekommen... Nö. Nö. Nochmal Nö. Hätte ich eher sehen müssen. Dann hätte ich dort nirgendwo gegessen. Fazit...einmal reicht, danke für die Erfahrung. Zum Glück hatte nur ein Kollege Durchfall bekommen.

Повелись на хороший рейтинг и фото. Кафе находится в здании вокзала, на фуд-корте. Заказали две кесадильи. На кассе нас спросили, нужен ли гуакомоле, но не предупредили, что маленькая ложечка соуса стоит 2€. Кесадильи были с несвежей курицей внутри. Места, где присесть, мало и около мусорки. Потратили 22€ на несвежую еду на шумном вокзале. Не рекомендую.

Super liebes Personal, dafür das es am Hauptbahnhof gelegen ist echt gutes Ambiente. Und der borito den ich hatte war richtig köstlich grandioses Restaurant. Die Nachos lohnen sich auch.
