Very good food, only recommended to those who like Mexican food and the very e ambience

Great atmosphere in a popular area. Food was delicious and nice service staff. However, it took a while until all the drinks and food were brought.

A special place, but at least in my first experience positive. Very stylishly furnished. The service staff were very friendly and the food was tasty. You should definitely make a reservation because it seems to be very busy here. You can always see the small kitchen open in the room, which had a special and beautiful effect for me. Quite rightly so, I suppose. Take enough cash with you to pay. At least during our visit there was no option to pay by card. There's even an area called "Favorite Place" - next time I'll try to hang out there. Kind regards to the whole team - you've really created something wonderful - see you soon!

Great shop, delicious food, and the best thing is the staff, super nice and accommodating

Food was good, however, we had to wait 2 hours to get our food. If it's busy it's fine, but at least let us know in advance if it will take this long. Edit: They take down negative reviews due to "Defamation" (Diffamierung) even though people had negative experiences at this restaurant

Our service staff spoke fluent German, Spanish and English, so it was also a great address for an international audience. The tequila and mezcal menu is varied and something new for Hamburg! I have never eaten such delicious Mexican food in the Hanseatic city! The taquitos tasted just as delicious as the ones in Oaxaca. The atmosphere is like a rocking Día de los Muertos. iComo mola! So absolutely recommended! We were able to pay by card. Keep it up! 👍 😎

Very tasty food and nice service. The restaurant is quite small and you sometimes sit very close together. The cocktails are OK. Unfortunately you can only pay in cash, which is a bit of a shame.

We happened to be there and wanted something quick to eat. We were really impressed by the great decoration! Contrary to our other experiences with Mexican food in Germany, the food was very diverse, tasted great, full of colors and different tastes. We'd love to come back!

We came because of the many, very good reviews. The food and service were great and everything felt very familiar. The proximity to the people sitting next to us didn't bother us as we were still able to have a good conversation. The only thing I don't like but isn't worth deducting is Cash Only. It is understandable to want to avoid fees, but this approach is no longer appropriate. My suggestion is to offer card payment and pass the fees on to the customer. If you communicate this openly, it's not a problem. I was lucky that my friend had cash with her.

Even though the store was fully booked, we managed to get a table for 4 people until the next reservation. The kitchen was very quick and the food was extremely tasty! The quesedias were particularly excellent. If you are particularly hungry, you should order a little something to fill you up. We each shared tacos. The service is very friendly and accommodating. Gladly again, clear recommendation!

If you ever wanted to eat the best burritos or the Mexican food of your life, then you should never miss this place! We were four people and none of us have ever eaten Mexican food like this in our life before. I must try place in Hamburg. Ambience is lit. I must say that the service is quite slow because it took almost 45 minutes to get a burrito because the restaurant was also full, but it was all worth waiting.

The food was delicious, even if my Mexican husband wasn't really picked up. It wasn't authentic enough for him. What doesn't work at all is a broken toilet seat that has been repaired with sticky tape (punny alert!). We probably won't come back.

We have already tested several Mexicans in Hamburg, but this one is by far the best. The shop is small, reservations recommended, but also really cozy. The service was super friendly, the food was delicious. Attention, only cash payment is possible here, but this is pointed out both when making the reservation and at the beginning. We'll definitely be back.

We can't fully understand the good reviews. When we walked in we were told that they only accept cash and that it was in our email. That wasn't the case! Of course we didn't have any cash with us. But that wasn't so bad. Others might get upset. Everything was very cramped there, smelled a lot of sweat and the tables were small and wobbly. This meant that it was not possible to sit comfortably and eat. The cocktail was only half full. The taste isn't that great either. It was more reminiscent of a syrupy schnapps. Food was good and very nicely prepared. However, not freshly prepared, similar to Subway. We give 3 stars. It's ok but 5 stars is clearly an exaggeration.

Very very tasty! The two of us quickly got a table and each ordered burritos and were pleasantly surprised. We have rarely eaten burritos in Hamburg that were so juicy and delicious. The price-performance ratio is very fair. Absolutely recommended, just don't forget the cash.

Funny how bad reviews get taken down with “defamation”… had us wait two hours for our food and now you cannot even take the criticism? shame.

Unfortunately we had to cut short our visit to this restaurant because we encountered unsustainable conditions there. I would like to discuss these reasons for everyone else, so that others don't have to go through a similar experience. Eat: Unfortunately, foods labeled as lactose-free were prepared with cheese. Unfortunately I wasn't able to try the food and can't say anything about the taste. Service: When a complaint was made, the “vegan” dishes were not replaced and the full price was charged; For 5 people that was around 160 EUR with one drink each beforehand. When we then announced that we would not eat the food there because of this and would now like to leave the restaurant, the waitress started a discussion with the dinner party about how they could afford such a complaint and that it was absolutely unjustified. My food intolerance was clearly stated when I ordered. It was, quote, "impossible and unjustified" for the restaurant to simply prepare the food again as ordered/as shown on the menu. Absolutely inappropriate behavior that we neither wanted nor could tolerate. Afterwards, the “boss waitress” came to us and apologized for her employee’s behavior; The shop owner still insisted on paying the full price even though the food was not delivered as ordered. The food was then packed for us to take away; we gave it away to those in need. Ambiance: Regardless of this, in my opinion the restaurant was very uncomfortable and cramped; There was almost no space to sit down properly or take off your jacket. Overall a very dark and oppressive atmosphere. PS: Edited after sleeping on it one night. It should be a neutral and genuine assessment and not a hate comment.

I was really looking forward to tonight... Unfortunately we were greeted very unfriendly because we were 4 minutes late. When asked, there was no option to get nachos without cheese. According to the server, the vegan burrito should also contain normal cheese. When we asked whether this was really the case, we received no response. Very sad !!! We canceled our visit there, the food we ordered could no longer be canceled, it was taken away and donated! Celebrated my birthday somewhere else today. Only cash payment possible?!?!? By the way, it's not really up to date either. P.S. The margaritas were good and the lady at the bar was very friendly too.

Incredibly bad service! When asked separately about dairy-free dishes, it was said that this was not possible, even though there were vegan dishes on the menu, "there can also be cheese in them".

We finally found him, our good Mexican in Hamburg. Long searched!!! We lived on the Mexican border in the USA for a long time and love Mexican food. And here it was super tasty, the ambience was sweet and the service was super nice. We booked a table again straight away.

we had the chunky avacado burrito bowl and the chicken tacos although the tacos were not very spicy EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING OVERALL we will definitely come here again!!

They literally kicked us out saying the table was only for us for 2h when there was absolutely no one waiting for our table. Otherwise I am the 1st to leave. Then They started to be super rude to us, left the door open (was freezing outside) and no, the place was not closing or anything they simply did not want us there! That was 20:20h -place closes at 23h-. They did the same to another table, so I expect this to be their normal behaviour. Also if you want people to go earlier, serve faster!!! Food was nice, do not get me wrong, the service was one of the worst in Hamburg. They also charged us for cheese on top 3€ and I am still looking for the cheese… Simply do not go unless u swallow food and never talk with your friends xD xD

Favorite for Burrito in Hamburg! Great staff, very accommodating.

There was a hair in the burrito, the employee cheekily said that it wasn't from the kitchen and there was no woman in the kitchen, even though the old blonde lady in front of us was cleaning up the plates without any manual training. I said several times that it was bad and he cheekily answered me no. Instead of changing the food, he started arguing. They only give 5 star reviews here because when the restaurant was new they said if you give 5 stars you get a bottle of tequila and vodka.

The decoration of the place is quite nice. I ordered tacos al pastor and they tasted good, but the flavor was more tinga than al pastor, and it seemed very strange to me that they had cream and cheese, since authentic tacos al pastor would never have cream or cheese. What I did think was that the attention was quite good.

We managed to get a place with a few people at short notice. The store is incredibly beautifully decorated and with great attention to detail. The service was incredibly friendly, we felt really comfortable. The food was outstanding and we can only recommend the shop. Loved the food! Waitress told us the food would take a while, so there was no issues on the service end. Went here with 4 of my friends during Eurofurence :) Waited about 10 minutes for the nachos, and about 30 minutes for the burritos. I had the Vegetarian Bean Burrito with cheese, as seen in the photos. Highly recommend this place! It's very cheap for the quality of food offered here!

Got the Tacos Carne here. Service was nice! We were seated in a very nice atmospheric sitting area outside behind the restaurant. It was very quaint. The food was delicious. They did get a few details of our order wrong. (I got coriander even though I ordered without) but it was still an enjoyable experience. Reminder to visitors: place is cash-only, as are a lot of restaurants in Germany!

Absolutely Perfect, Food was the best Mexican food ive ever had, and i had quite alot of that! The presentation was also absolutely stunning, its an absolute must have when you're in Hamburg!! Just expect a lil bit of waiting time when the place is full, but despite that the staff is still very happy, cheerfull and hardworking even under lots of stress!!
