You will experience excellent cuisine and great service shortly after entering. I walked in by chance and was immediately impressed by the atmosphere. The herring stew with a great dressing, the fried potatoes on point. The great thing was that I could take their fish with me to Kassel in three days, freshly prepared and packaged. Absolutely recommended with 3 ✨️ out of 3. Thanks for the great service. By the way, also for people who don't like fish.

After several attempts on different days during opening hours, no one in the restaurant could be reached or answered the phone. If you're not willing or able to use your phone, you might be able to serve good food, but that's an absolute no-go. Bon appetit!

Der Besuch lohnt sich! Kommen oft aus Hamburg angereist. Das Borwin ist für uns ein MUSS in Rostock. Sehr gemütliches Ambiente, sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung, sehr gutes Speisen- und Getränkeangebot auf hohem Niveau! Es ist immer wieder ein tolles Erlebnis. Auch bei wachsender Konkurrenz werden wir das Borwin weiterhin sehr gern besuchen und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

An excellent place to have a very good meal in a short time. No greetings from the kitchen, minimal conversation. There's something bizarre about that. But in the end we had an amusing evening (because the service wasn't at the table), as I said, fine food is what matters at KaisersEck. And finally, the tire manufacturer always values ​​the food first and not the surroundings.

Very friendly welcome, German regional food, high quality and lovingly prepared dishes and a delicious salad with homemade dressing - great! The prices for some dishes are high, but given the good quality you can do it 😀 . I, too, with my electric wheelchair was able to use this restaurant and was immediately offered help. Pike perch and cod fish sandwiches are very tasty. Freshly prepared, spicy, crispy and with a view of the harbor you can't beat it!

We were “guests” there on October 5th, 2024! A lady was the service person! Even the entrance to the snack bar is an imposition! Wooden pallets (quite high) were stacked and then on top of them was a rather curved metal plate (very slippery)! Not handicapped accessible at all!!!!! The dining room was unclean! The tables were not wiped! Things didn't look any better in the preparation area! The fish burgers were an imposition! I've never had meatballs of such poor quality! Since I'm diabetic, I tortured myself with one! Unfortunately the other one ended up in the trash! There were more potatoes and breading in the fish burger than fish! Plus it's completely over-seasoned! I live here and like to support our dealers, but unfortunately that's not possible in this case! But enough tourists come in the summer They eat it without any problems! They probably don't know a good fish cutlet!

Unfortunately very disappointing. Fried potatoes from the deep fryer, side salad tastes old. Fish well fried and crispy skin side but no taste. Ambience is very worn and not inviting. The fish soup, on the other hand, was really tasty, but the bread that came with it was old. What happened, the last reviews from 2 years ago were still good. Unfortunately, this is canteen style. The price is in no way justified.

Went to the Christmas market in Schwerin today and then ate with you....totally recommended....very tasty....gladly again at the next opportunity
