Fischer-Hütte in Greifswald

Super Ambiente, nettes aufmerksames Personal, aber das Essen und die Getränke...Die" Bratkartoffeln " waren so unterschiedlich groß, so dass einige verbrannt waren und die großen Stücke waren innen teilweise noch roh, keinerlei Geschmack und nur fettig, die haben die Bezeichnung Bratkartoffeln nicht verdient. Der Fisch im Bierteig war irgendein Fertigprodukt aus der Packung, das Essen war insgesamt fast kalt. Die Softdrinks waren Billigprodukte aus der 1,5 Liter Einwegflasche vom Discounter, ich konnte von meinem Platz aus hinter die Bar gucken, so haben sie auch geschmeckt und dann dieser Preis.... Schade um unseren Abend und das Geld. Da wir in der Nähe wohnen war das für uns das erste und letzte Mal.

Very cozy restaurant. It is beautifully decorated with lots of small details. You feel very comfortable. The food is very tasty and the service is friendly. We would definitely come back.

Incredibly delicious! Kitchen is "eating like your mother's" - although these days it would probably be your grandmother's... Simple basic kitchen that offers a really good price/performance ratio for excellent fish in a housewife style..., side dishes fresh & juicy/crunchy, cold beer also available... Rustic furnishings, parking space behind the house, digestive walk including over the bridge to which the pier... What more could you want??! Like 40 years ago, a childhood experience from the old days - "fresh fish from the cutter!" Even for people from Greifswald it will never be monotonous... even if they have to drive 1,000km to do it... Anytime and always happy! Thank you very much for the hospitality, 90 minutes of childhood memories...

Nice atmosphere. The price of the food was overpriced. Unfortunately, the food itself wasn't as good as I expected. I won't visit again.

The food was very tasty, the service was very friendly (the first thing that came to the table were utensils for the children to paint), the atmosphere is really cozy. I had the cutter plaice, highly recommended. I would describe the prices as a bit more expensive but appropriate given the location of the restaurant and the quality. Although the restaurant was quite full and many tables were reserved, the waitress took the trouble to organize a table for us, which was something I had experienced differently in the neighboring restaurant 10 minutes earlier. Many thanks to the whole team 🙂

We came to the fisherman's hut by chance. What can we say, we are thrilled. The food is very tasty and exceptional! Service TOP! We would be happy to come back on our next stay in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

Very cozy restaurant. The service is excellent, friendly, fast, attentive. Every meal (Matje's housewife style, pollack in beer batter, prawns, a salmon dish) was very tasty and lovingly prepared and served. Extra requests were taken into account. Top recommendation! Tip: Try the licorice schnapps!

Quaint, cozy restaurant with nice bric-a-brac, see photos, terrace right on the old drawbridge. The hut platter and the cutter plaice with fried potatoes tasted very good, as did the watermelon lemonade and espresso, café pot and cappuccino! The service was friendly and quick.

The prices are a bit on the higher side, but it's definitely worth visiting to experience authentic regional cuisine, especially the seafood dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, complemented by a great view and excellent service.

We have here on September 10th. ate and drank and lingered on the beautiful terrace in the sunshine... The service was super attentive and very nice. The beer (Fischer-Hütten beer, unfiltered | natural | brewed in Marlow) was very tasty and the food was also delicious. Highly recommended, we would really like to come here again!

Excellent fish specialties, huge portions and very good quality products. The terrace with a view of the river and bridge is beautiful. The wines are also very good and the service staff are nice and attentive.

The Fischer-Hütte is my favorite restaurant in Wieck. The menu is regularly updated and there are some really surprising dishes, such as the cod fillet with black pudding.

Beide Male wurden wir bei unseren Besuchen freundlich empfangen und schnell bedient. Die Servicekräfte waren aufmerksam. Unser gewähltes Essen war geschmackvoll und die Portionsgröße angemessen. Lediglich die Getränkepreise liegen deutlich über dem ortsüblichen Durchschnitt und trüben den Besuch etwas ein.

The food here is very, very good. The tagliatelle noodles, which appear to be homemade, are particularly excellent. The quality of service varies depending on the waitress. Some are very friendly, some less so. Overall, still highly recommended. The price-performance ratio is also very good.

Best coffee time. On the recommendation of the house, the dry nut cake from the weekend, i.e. old, was served on Monday. Absolute cheek.

I have no idea where else people eat or how they cook for themselves at home, but if this is supposed to be top class then I can't think of anything else. The fish was fried in old fat, the potatoes were not fresh but kept warm and the spaghetti was broken into small pieces like on a child's plate and completely overcooked. But then prices that are out of this world. I would say that I unfortunately fell into a tourist trap. But one thing you'll have for a longer period of time is severe heartburn! One star for the clean toilets. Maybe go to the beach hall in Binz and then you'll know what kind of enjoyment you can get for the same money.

Nice maritime decor, nice service. Food was really a lot. But that was it. Quality is Baltic average at best. It gets difficult for less than €80 for 2 people. Just too expensive for that...

The menu said “Three kinds of Matjes” among other things. with plum jam and pumpernickel. It sounds weird, but it tasted amazing. Plus fried potatoes and an excellent Pinot Blanc. Afterwards there was a nice lime-based dessert. The service was very attentive and competent. Word has gotten around about the quality. Therefore, you should definitely make a reservation in advance during the “usual” meal times. We'd love to come back.

Very friendly staff, competent and well trained. The Fischerhütte is mega furnished, very original. The prices are high, but justified. Everything is delicious, we wouldn't be disappointed yet. We like coming here.

The bad weather and the downpour made us turn off. We did not regret it. It was very tasty and we will definitely come back again.

After a few days of cycling with panniers, we reach this place. We want to eat dinner and charge our phones (I haven't had electricity for a few days). The man from the staff nods that we can, so we connect two phones and choose a table to order dishes. A moment later, a woman comes and says that we can only connect one phone and orders us to take the other one. I have never had a similar situation in a restaurant, and I always use electricity when ordering food on the road. We change the place, choose a pub next door, where we are served with a smile, we put our phones and power bank, and a very nice gentleman comes out from behind the counter to take a photo of us! Service is important! Due to this experience, I will not return and I do not recommend this place.

Completely successful! A modern menu with a very good selection. The dishes are perfectly seasoned and leave you wanting more! The service is very courteous, quick and always has a smile on their faces. Children are taken into consideration and the atmosphere directly on the bridge and harbor is very nice. The prices are a little higher, but absolutely justified. Gladly again at any time!

My wife likes to eat fish. That's why we've been going to the Fischer Hütte occasionally for 12 years. During this time, a lot has changed for the worse. The portions are getting smaller and the prices are rising to a level that you are disappointed when you are presented with a half-full plate with little fish. Potatoes are cheaper and also fill you up. It's already clear. I would also like to see a little more beer selection. Störtebeker beer is very special and so is its own brand.

We got very nice plaice fillets today, we were very satisfied, very nice staff! We'd love to come back!

The ambience was good, the service was friendly, unfortunately sometimes you couldn't understand it when the waiter touched you across the table while serving you... well... you could also walk around the table... it doesn't matter... There were lots of offers Fish unfortunately not enough for children who don't like garlic or fish... e.g. for me too there was only a beef fillet as an alternative... I ordered it medium... it was almost done... tender... it was OK... the onion jam etc So it was delicious.. the potato puree.. guaranteed to be pre-made.. it was glassy and mushy. It had nothing to do with homemade puree.. I'm not picky.. but for my beef fillet for €36 I expected more.. it was In response to the criticism, the waitress apologized.. but that was it.. nothing came from the kitchen.. I took all the rest with me.. I don't know if I'll still eat it tomorrow.. including spaghetti, honestly When asked if you can make this without garlic for your child... the answer was no, it's basil pesto... so it's also ready-made stuff... it's a shame it used to be better there... Fresher, more pleasant and more varied... tomato sauce should also have pesto garlic Well, my niece can cook something like that in no time at all to the table at the same time.. the fish was at the table very quickly, almost too quickly.. the special request was taken into account without breading.. but then it took a normal amount of time, like my fillet. That's ok.. freshly prepared.. I think.. please pay attention to the freshness of the product.. the beef fillet wasn't the freshest.. I'm an expert.. it tasted just good.. in my opinion.. It I'm sorry to have to write such a review. Overall, I have to say they tried hard to do it well.. unfortunately it wasn't enough for me to get more than three stars at most.. look for my drink.. strawberry lemonade.. homemade.. hm.. syrup, water, ice cubes, two small halves Strawberries and mint for €5? I expected more... I'm sorry, I definitely won't come back. This was the worst review I've had to write so far.

Super special food in a nice atmosphere with a great outdoor terrace.

A beautiful restaurant with bold experiments in interior design in combining old and new. Unfortunately, the food we chose was less than average or completely overpriced: My asparagus salad was ok, but without any refinements such as mint, pine nuts or anything else. A handful for €14.90. The pollock in beer batter for €21.90 had no breading, let alone a beer batter. The fried potatoes were sticky, without bacon or onions. The half liter of beer cost €6.90. Sporty. None of that would have been a problem if the food had been appropriate. A pity. But maybe we were just unlucky.

If you love excellent and great-tasting fish dishes in a fantastic ambience, you simply have to go to the Fischer-Hütte

The restaurant is beautifully located at the harbor with a really great maritime decoration. The service was friendly, quick and good. The food was super delicious! We had pike perch with asparagus and hollandaise sauce and Surf'n Turf (veal liver and shrimp). Everything was fresh and homemade. We will definitely and happily come back again :-)

Cozy and very fresh and tasty prepared food. Unfortunately, it is now far too expensive. Families with low and middle incomes or single parents can no longer afford the prices here. As a local, we no longer come regularly, but only once or twice a year. What a shame!

Was erwartet man am Hafen, Fisch und da gab es etwas mit Blutwurst. Ich Mut und Interesse und am Ende, wahre Begeisterung. Hier stimmte einfach alles.

So far we have always enjoyed coming here. The food was always good to very good, the atmosphere was very pleasant and the service was good, attentive and friendly. Last time too, everything was fine with the exception of the prices. Half of the dishes now cost over 30 euros. You pay 22.70 euros for a “Hüttenbowl” salad. I think it's not just the VAT that has been increased here. The sense of proportion has probably slipped here. A weekend later we were in Berlin. The world was still okay there. For good and very good food, the prices were under 30 euros and the portions were even larger. I think it's a shame that regular customers are scared away by this pricing policy. We won't be back that quickly.

Update: We heard there was a new chef. We are going there again with great hope. Prices have risen quite a bit, which is ok if the performance is good. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The food was terrible, horrible, and dismal. I paid 160 euros for this mess for 3 people. The service was good this time, but we will never come back! I also have to work for my money and that was really an insult. Were there at 5:50 p.m. and not a single guest was sitting inside. We asked if we could sit inside if it was too cold outside. Supposedly ALL indoor seating was reserved, but it would be an emergency until 6:30 p.m. In the outdoor area we could observe that no other guests entered the indoor area after us - they simply didn't feel like having guests inside. The food was terrible. Mushy unsalted fried potatoes, dripping fat beans (drowned in savory), tasteless and partly dry fish, limply fried, served with an old, tarnished slice of lemon. I haven't eaten so badly in ages - an insult to the taste buds, reminded me of hospital food. When we asked if everything was OK, we dared to express constructive and well-measured criticism, to which we simply responded snidely that we were the first ones who didn't like it today... no apology, no nothing. In my opinion this is a tourist rip-off - monopoly management, I can't explain it any other way.

The ambience is very well maintained outside and inside. The herring was good and nicely prepared. However, the fried potatoes didn't work at all, they had no seasoning, some were cold, maybe still half frozen, or old mixed with new, thick pieces not crispy at all, barely edible. The cod fillet was also dry, unseasoned and consisted almost entirely of breading. Despite the quality deficits, everything is very expensive. Normally I complain about something like this straight away, but sometimes you just don't want any stress, especially when you're invited. But the kitchen team should definitely work on the quality and the prices.

Absolutely not recommended for vegetarians! At 18.50, the lemon spaghetti is not only overpriced, the portion is also far too small to satisfy a healthy adult. Apparently there is still a prejudice here that vegetarians are all on a diet. In terms of taste, I can also recommend homemade supermarket spaghetti with Barilla pesto as a better alternative. I only got a fork when I asked and because of the long wait for the bill we ended up missing our bus. Two stars only because, according to my colleagues, the fish dishes were very expensive, but tasty and filling.

I didn't taste any spices at all. Of course there was pepper and salt on the table, that's right, but you take that if you have the feeling that it's not seasoned enough and not absolutely not seasoned But you also have my holiday beer here, the good Störtebeker Bernstein Weizen 👍👍👍👍

We had reserved for Saturday evening, which is recommended. We were seated a bit cramped, hence the star deduction. The service was very accommodating. The different dishes tasted very good. But the prices were already in the upper segment. One can only hope that these can continue to be paid by the guests. Thanks for the great experience.

Super tasty fish dishes, friendly service, very clean, nice atmosphere

At the beginning of March, the sun is shining. We sit down on the sunny, wind-protected terrace and receive a very friendly welcome. The beer comes quickly and cold - we enjoy the view and the maritime atmosphere. Then comes the food. Super tasty, freshly prepared - good portions. Happy and full, we stroll along the beach - just behind the large parking lot next to the restaurant. It's super cozy inside - but dogs are not allowed here.

The positive first. The fish was mostly well prepared and my cod fillet (which tasted like shoe sole the first time and I have never experienced it in a fish restaurant) was taken back without any problem. The house beer was delicious. Now to the negative experience. The prices are juicy, the fish was swimming in fat, and orders were forgotten. We also had a person with us who wasn't good on foot and a table was provided for us on the upper floor. Then the waiter acted as if it was my fault that I didn't say anything, that we have someone who doesn't walk well. Is it my job to take care of this in a restaurant with such prices (they probably want to play in the big leagues)? How do I know there are two floors? But no accomodation. That's our problem now, and it's not enough. When I get to the top I ask the waitress which table is ours. She looks at me with doe eyes and says. I do not know. That was the end of the evening for me. I would have preferred to leave at that point, but I didn't want to ruin the evening in the group. In any case, that was the last time there for us.

Service is practically non-existent here. The service is instructive towards guests and extremely unfriendly. You should choose another restaurant. One star is already too many.
