We were there with a toddler <2 years old and were very positively surprised. Finally a restaurant where you can get something healthier for children, including a play area. I forgot to take a photo of the food, but everything was great for us adults too.

Friendly and attentive service. No long waits. So far good. The quality of the food was once again less good. Sometimes too greasy, sometimes watery. The asparagus is very expensive but of below average quality. The food prices are now at the upper Hamburg level... rather daring in my opinion for a provincial town like Schwerin. However, according to my opinion, the quality of the food is... well below this price level. Conclusion: Simply too expensive.

Right at the entrance you are checked from top to bottom in an unfriendly way - that's not possible. I left dissatisfied again. The service staff in particular should make a better effort.

5 stars are not enough! The four of us had an excellent meal here, both adults and children enjoyed it excellently. I would also like to particularly emphasize that it was of course possible to get gluten-free food - thank you very much! I can also recommend the beer from the Hennings private brewery.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants in Schwerin. Really high quality fish and seafood dishes but also high quality meat dishes. Seasonal cards and events such as wine tastings round off the offer. Price-performance absolutely harmonious.

Die Fischplatte war eher durchschnittlich, das Gemüse bestand nur aus Convenience-Produkten. Das Ambiente ist nicht sonderlich einladend und die Bedienung nicht besonders freundlich sondern war eher etwas gelangweilt. Die vegetarischen Pfannkuchen absolut inakzeptabel. Wer Fisch mag, für den ist das Restaurant halbwegs ok, aber ansonsten nur einfach weitergehen.

Was there on Sunday, ate a salad fish platter lucas. The salad was fresh and very good, the fried fish pieces were great. All I can say is that the restaurant is recommended 🫶👍

We had a wonderful evening in this restaurant! The service was first class - attentive, friendly and always concerned about our well-being. The food was simply outstanding: fresh fish, perfectly prepared, and a large selection so that there was really something for every taste. And if you don't like fish, just have a steak or schnitzel.

During a short trip to Schwerin, my partner and I found this restaurant by chance. In addition to the extremely tasty food, the friendly and quick service also stood out. A definitely recommended restaurant!

Spontaneously passed the restaurant last evening and the ambience invited you to stop by. There was salmon and beetroot carpaccio as a starter and sea bass as the main course. Both extremely tasty and superbly prepared. The service is really very nice and you'll definitely be happy to come again! Absolutely recommended!

I was there recently with three other people. We received a friendly welcome and the service was very accommodating throughout the evening. Our dishes (in my case the rib roast from the season menu) were all really delicious.

We had fish, meat and poultry and it was consistently delicious, prepared and presented with love. The super nice service rounds everything off, a really great restaurant.

The food, drink and service were unique and worth every euro. I completely forgot about the photos. 😋 I'll do it next time. 😊

We enjoyed the visit and the food was delicious. That's why we visited the restaurant for the second time. The male service staff were really very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately we have to deduct two points because the female service staff wasn't particularly friendly towards our four-year-old daughter. Even on the previous visit, it didn't exactly make a pleasant impression.

A perfect place for lunch. Every time I'm in Schwerin with my husband, we eat right here. Simple, fresh ingredients, large portions and incredibly tasty. The service is very friendly and helpful. There were no problems adjusting ingredients to suit my food intolerances. The interior is very cozy. We'll definitely be back!

We are often in Schwerin, but have "overlooked" this restaurant so far, UNFORTUNATELY!!! Today we finally ate here and were thrilled! The fish platter was super tasty and plentiful (we canceled the market vegetables but received more fried potatoes)! We will definitely come back.--- Today, two days later, (July 11, 2024) we came here again: Nice, personal welcome and the food was just as good as described above! We look forward to our next visit to Schwerin! Update (06.12.24): Yesterday we were here again: Everything was still good!!!! Fish platter as excellent and plentiful as in summer! Ox cheeks: Never had such tender meat on your plate! We are looking forward to tomorrow, we have booked again for that! And booking is always recommended and for good reason!!! Perfect!!! Update (12/8/24): Ate here again yesterday as planned. Fish platter great as always! I was unsure about half the duck, but I "informed" myself beforehand at the next table; Their recommendation was worth it!! Meat tender and not dry, sauce was real sauce and the red cabbage had it all; Not sour (as usual), creamy and not watery (as is often the case), dark red and not light red,... and much more!! Enviable! Keep it up, see you soon and best wishes from Hamburg!! P.s.: The staff is super nice and competent, because all of our special requests were fulfilled without any problems, at no extra charge. So praise also to the kitchen and the nice boss.

The last time I was there was about 2 years ago. Even back then, the food was mediocre and not exactly commendable for a fish restaurant that had existed for such a long time. Another attempt yesterday. Lukasplatte... 2 of 3 pieces of fish were just lukewarm, salt was in short supply in the dish. All in all, I didn't find the menu very interesting, so I would have expected a little more selection from a restaurant whose passion is fish. Too bad but f For me it will stay with these two attempts...

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber leider auch nicht mehr. Die Qualität und der Geschmack waren solide, haben aber keinen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal – hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Allerdings sollten die Preise besser zur Qualität des Essens passen, da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis derzeit nicht ganz stimmig ist.

A well-kept restaurant in a central location with very good home-style cuisine. The fish dishes are particularly recommended. The drinks are well maintained. The service is friendly and attentive. The price-performance ratio is right. Overall, highly recommended.

We had lunch there with the family on my wife's birthday. We were warmly welcomed and given our table. It was very busy that day, but we were looked after very well. The waiting times for drinks and food were good given the large crowds. We really enjoyed the food and the portions were enough for us. The prices are a bit higher, but the food and service are good. Even when we ran out of ketchup for the children, supplies were delivered to us quickly and in a friendly manner. We'd love to come back, keep it up!

I thought the quality of the products was good, but I lacked the skills of a chef when it came to preparing them. The potatoes were al dente, the vegetables felt like they had only been blanched briefly, there was no sauce and no decoration on the fish platter. I never add salt, but here I would have to add salt to both the fish and the vegetables. My companion with the same dish on the other side was satisfied. There was no request from the waitress that everything was OK. That's why you had to wait a long time for the bill. After choosing this restaurant in advance based on the rating, a very disappointing experience!

Das „Lukas“ ist etwas schlicht aber freundlich. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Preise sind noch okay, 25,-€ für ein Wolfsbarschfilet, kann man mal machen. Geschmacklich war es auf jeden fall sehr gut. Kann man empfehlen.

Plaice fillet was great, schnitzel dish was dry, long waiting time (almost 1 hour), other guests came long after us and had their food earlier, loud conversations, chairs uncomfortable after 1 hour, price ok, simple menu, not enough dishes on offer,

The recommendation to eat at LUKAS was spot on - the fish platter LUKAS received a rating of 1+ The 🐟 was perfect, unfortunately I forgot to change the market vegetables to cucumber salad. I don't like market vegetables and have never had a tasty MG on my plate anywhere. But I was so positively surprised by this that I was happy to have it on my plate. Thank you for a great meal and a lovely evening.

Super hyggelig restaurant . Maden var ikke ordentligt tilberedt , fik wienersnitzel. Den havde fået for meget og der var ingen sauce til. Atmosfæren fejlede ikke noget men maden kunne være bedre. Personalet var super søde og rare.

A very nice restaurant where we were this evening. I recommend that you reserve a table on a Monday, we were lucky and there were more tables available, but they were filled within a very short time. The atmosphere is very modern and inviting 👍. There are also high chairs for children as well as some painting fun. The dishes were very good, e.g. 6 pieces. Seafood with salad and garlic bread 👌😋, I would come back another day. I still have one comment: the children's meals could also include some vegetables. As with mashed potatoes with fish fingers, something green is missing for the little ones 😉.

Great fish and more results, the service was a bit cool and the restaurant was a bit noisy. The food was very tasty and the portions were more than enough! Everything was prepared to perfection. Dessert also awesome! We've been there for the second time now when we visit our friends in Schwerin and we'll definitely come back next time! Recommended!

A nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. I ordered the herb pancakes with vegetable filling. The description sounded good, and I initially thought the price was reasonable. But unfortunately I was very disappointed because it was a total faux pas in terms of taste. Not seasoned, vegetables almost raw and cold, no sauce or dip. The pancake was totally hard and dry at the ends. The price was totally excessive at 18.50, unfortunately not worth 5 euros. There are only 2 dishes for vegetarians. The service was ok. I think it's a shame that very few restaurants offer a nightcap at the end, unfortunately not here either. It's a shame, we probably won't come back.

We were having a great time but then my daughter decided to go to the playground. She said the women that stays there (Tatiana) was really rude to her and because of that we will never come back again.

We stopped in spontaneously, albeit a little hungry but with a big appetite. We were so spoiled, with a grilled plate that was halved for us when we only ordered an additional plate and our dessert was also prepared for 2 delicacies. We are so happy and can recommend Lukas to others. Thank you to the kitchen and service staff. You are great and worth mentioning.

We got a table outside because we had no reservation, which is okay, the weather was not bad. Our server was not really friendly or welcoming. I picked something from the suggestion menu that sounded very nice but was basically an unseasoned fish schnitzel with cucumbers and potatoes drenched in butter. Very mediocre at best. We were surprised, because this place was full and has pretty good reviews.

Ein tolles Restaurant, das man nicht missen sollte. Die Küche ist etwas für den Gaumen und für's Auge. Auch wenn der Koch an diesem Abend wohl etwas verliebt war, es war ein Genuss. Es stimmte nicht nur die Atmosphäre des Lokals, wir wurden von einer jungen blonden Bedienung überaus freundlich, fachkundig, engagiert und dezent bedient! Dafür bekommt Lukas von uns 5 Punkte. Das Lokal können wir nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Dorade mit Ratatoulie nur mittelmäßig. Der Fisch war an der Haltbarkeitsgrenze und das Ratatoulie bestand zu ⅔ aus Tomaten plus einige Auberginenstücke. Die Pommes waren sehr schwammig und nicht gut frittiert.

So I've had enough, but nothing more. It was more of a run-of-the-mill experience with prices that were too high. The price/performance ratio doesn't match at all and the location is very simple when it comes to the ambience. Nice ladies at the service, the gentlemen a bit harsh.
