It doesn't matter whether I go to Deseo for dinner in the evening, drink a red wine or cocktail or am there for breakfast. It always tastes excellent. The service staff are attentive and friendly. Everything is very clean and I find the atmosphere very cozy. Always happy again!

Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants wurde ich von einem warmen und einladenden Ambiente empfangen. Das geschmackvolle Dekor und die angenehme Beleuchtung sorgten für eine entspannte Atmosphäre, die perfekt zum Genießen der köstlichen Speisen geeignet war. Das Menü im Del Core ist eine wahre Freude für Feinschmecker! Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist vielfältig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Bissen war ich von den Aromen und der Raffinesse der Zubereitung begeistert. Die Qualität der Zutaten war deutlich spürbar, und jedes Gericht wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail serviert. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Kreativität des Küchenteams. Sie verstehen es, traditionelle Gerichte mit modernen Elementen zu verfeinern und dadurch einzigartige Geschmackskompositionen zu kreieren. Der Service im Del Core verdient ebenfalls höchstes Lob. Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Jeder unserer Wünsche wurde prompt erfüllt, und das Personal war stets bereit, Empfehlungen auszusprechen und Fragen zu beantworten. Auch die Weinkarte ist beeindruckend und lässt das Herz eines jeden Weinliebhabers höherschlagen. Die empfohlenen Weinbegleitungen zu den Speisen haben das kulinarische Erlebnis perfekt abgerundet. Alles in allem kann ich das Del Core wärmstens empfehlen! Ob für ein romantisches Abendessen zu zweit oder einen festlichen Anlass mit Freunden und Familie - dieses Restaurant wird Sie nicht enttäuschen. Today is my birthday and I visited the Italian restaurant "Raffaele", and I want to share my impressions. Despite the fact that the restaurant was almost completely booked, they still found us a cozy table - special thanks for that! The food was a pleasant surprise: the dish was not just tasty, but truly amazing. I dare say that the pasta here was even better than the one I tried in Milan earlier this month. "Raffaele" definitely won my heart - and my stomach too!

Absolute insider tip! Quite inconspicuous from the outside, there is a wonderful restaurant inside! Authentic Italian cuisine. Varied, everything is freshly prepared and it tastes great, no matter what you eat. The service is top, even when it's full to capacity, everything runs smoothly. The special flair is provided by the whole family, who put a lot of effort into everything. We enjoy eating here and have had lovely evenings.

I've had the pleasure of eating at Toni's a few times now. The food tastes really great and you can have a good conversation. I'm looking forward to visiting Toni again!

Die „kleine“ Karte hat einen „großen“ kulinarischen Eindruck hinterlassen. Neben dem servierenden sympathischen und den Gästen stets freundlich zugewandten Chef imponierte die geschmackvolle, italienische Kochkunst der „römischen“ Chefin. Jegliche Pasta-Variante erzeugt Italien-Feeling. In einem zunächst reduziert wirkenden, etwas zugestellten Ambiente entsteht schnell eine familiäre Wohlfühlatmosphäre wie bei guten Freunden.

Anyone who gives a negative review here has no idea about hospitality, cuisine or the Italian way of life! However, if you are looking for Dolce Vita in the middle of Northeim, you have come to the right place! Hospitality, high quality food and perfect wine selection... Everything is just right here! We have found our favorite Italian restaurant! Five stars is actually not enough 🤩

For me, this shop is a true pearl in Hanover. With its cozy living room flair, it creates an atmosphere in which you feel comfortable from the first moment. Everything is just right here: the price-performance ratio is unbeatable, and you can feel that hospitality is not just a word, but a living practice. No wonder I love coming back here again and again!
