We bought two pizzas and parmesan to try. The pizza itself was ready very quickly. It smelled wonderful and tasted even better, the dough was soft and thin. Very aromatic pizza sauce. The best pizza I've ever eaten. Parmesan has a delicate taste, it is simply wonderful. I highly recommend this place and will be a regular customer from now on.

It doesn't matter whether I go to Deseo for dinner in the evening, drink a red wine or cocktail or am there for breakfast. It always tastes excellent. The service staff are attentive and friendly. Everything is very clean and I find the atmosphere very cozy. Always happy again!

Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants wurde ich von einem warmen und einladenden Ambiente empfangen. Das geschmackvolle Dekor und die angenehme Beleuchtung sorgten für eine entspannte Atmosphäre, die perfekt zum Genießen der köstlichen Speisen geeignet war. Das Menü im Del Core ist eine wahre Freude für Feinschmecker! Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist vielfältig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Bissen war ich von den Aromen und der Raffinesse der Zubereitung begeistert. Die Qualität der Zutaten war deutlich spürbar, und jedes Gericht wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail serviert. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Kreativität des Küchenteams. Sie verstehen es, traditionelle Gerichte mit modernen Elementen zu verfeinern und dadurch einzigartige Geschmackskompositionen zu kreieren. Der Service im Del Core verdient ebenfalls höchstes Lob. Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Jeder unserer Wünsche wurde prompt erfüllt, und das Personal war stets bereit, Empfehlungen auszusprechen und Fragen zu beantworten. Auch die Weinkarte ist beeindruckend und lässt das Herz eines jeden Weinliebhabers höherschlagen. Die empfohlenen Weinbegleitungen zu den Speisen haben das kulinarische Erlebnis perfekt abgerundet. Alles in allem kann ich das Del Core wärmstens empfehlen! Ob für ein romantisches Abendessen zu zweit oder einen festlichen Anlass mit Freunden und Familie - dieses Restaurant wird Sie nicht enttäuschen. Small but very nice. Great service and outstanding food. I would love to come back.

Current revision (January 2025) = Continued excellent cuisine and service. Tri carpaccio is particularly recommended. The beef tenderloin was perfect! --- Very good Italian restaurant. Everything was great! Starter variations excellent. Saltimboca with rosemary potatoes was great. Small but very fine restaurant with a very nice ambience and great service.

The best pizza in the area. Great different weekly dishes. A little expensive... especially the wines. Quite uncomfortable chairs...but the overall atmosphere is like being on holiday in Italy. Thanks.

I have to say I'm very excited about the pizza, incredibly tasty and you can see he uses fresh ingredients and everything is very fresh, I can only recommend it top top

The food is very good. But unfortunately we can only recommend the restaurant for dinner in summer. Today (the third time since November!!!) we stood in front of the closed door at 5:45 p.m., even though it said on the Internet that it was open. There was no notice at the gate and no one could be reached by phone. Very annoying because we had to think about something different every time. We won't be visiting this restaurant again in winter.

Unfortunately, the opening times on Google are not clearly maintained. We drove off the highway specifically to find out that on January 2nd. is closed on site.

Loved it. Best pizza I have had in my life. First time to Germany but I'm tempted to go back there for another pizza it was so good.

A Sicilian man is in charge of the kitchen, and his son and mother serve. If you do not make a reservation, there may be no seats even if it is open. The portion size is large and I recommend taking the recommended wine and having a glass of it.

I've been looking for delicious carbonara for years and pinned my hopes on the name. Unfortunately none. Unfortunately it is also very loud there. Drinks were not refilled. Attention seemed to be more focused on regular customers. Cleanliness is very good. Everyone is very friendly.
