Very tasty pizza, very good prices

Fast delivery, accommodates special requests. Again and again

Unfortunately, 5 out of 5 meals were very bad. We actually don't want to give it any stars. The gyro plate was a rip-off; some gyro covered the flavorless fries. The pizza rolls were burnt, and the pizzas lacked flavor. This food wasn't worth the money. We had it delivered; if we had eaten there, we would have returned EVERYTHING. Things used to be different. Our conclusion: Never again!!!

We ordered pizza from Puzzles again after a long time and were disappointed...the pizzas were always really tasty but now the pizza dough has apparently been changed...creepy and just dry.

It's a shame, we know that orders have always been given a delivery time of 80 minutes, which is also acceptable. Even though this time we only ordered 1 pizza and 2 salads. 38€ for that isn't a small amount of money - it's okay too, the operators have to cover their costs. Getting a pizza after 1.5 hours that is completely cold is not okay! We were always satisfied despite the long waiting times, but if you can't even deliver a warm pizza after 1.5 hours, then just say you can't do it and we'll order somewhere else.

Delicious pizza at a good price

The pizzas are well made and taste good. The delivery service is no good, we waited a long time. It is better to hire Uber drivers or Lieferando or other drivers instead of your own employees. Service is bad. The dip wasn't delivered to us, at first the delivery driver said he would come by again, then never came. When we called we made it very clear that we were angry and wanted our money back for the dips. The dips are not 50 cent products but cost €1.90 and twice I don't pay €4 for nothing. It's sad that Pizza Max has deteriorated so much when it comes to service, in the past something was forgotten and a quick solution used to be made, which you could rely on, but not anymore. The price is actually no longer worth it. Service bad food fortunately good so far Please go back to your old path as you are now (as far as service is concerned.
