Good food, large selection and friendly staff.

We ordered food last night (Pizza 4 Seasons and a Hokkaido Bowl). After we unfortunately had to wait longer than the stated 30 minutes, the driver told us when we arrived that the bowl was no longer available, but that he had already informed us of this by phone and had spoken to a man. The thing is, nobody called us. A comparison of the cell phone number I provided showed that my number is correct. However, we did not receive a call. No idea what happened here? Since the bowl wasn't available, I asked for the €12.99 back because, after all, we were paying for a service that wasn't provided. The driver then said that this was not possible because I paid via PayPal, but that they would charge the €12.99 on the next order. I found it a bit strange why a partial refund shouldn't be possible, but okay. As "compensation" he gave us a pack of nougat pockets. So instead of a bowl we got sweet nougat pockets that we didn't order and the money for the non-existent bowl wasn't given back. To be honest, I find it a little cheeky, especially since I haven't received a response to the email I sent to the location yesterday evening. For me it's not about the €12.99, it's about the principle. If I order something and don't receive it, I want the money I paid back and not be fobbed off with another product. In addition, something didn't go right in the call that the driver made to some man. The man in question is also said to have said that the nougat pockets would be fine instead of the bowl. Definitely the last order here for us, we have rarely been as annoyed with a delivery service as we were yesterday.

Went in to order take away pizza. The owner was real friendly. The pizzas were ok. The salami ones clearly the better tasting ones. We also had a pizza with ground beef, it was not to our liking. Didn't have much taste to it unfortunately. But overall everything was ok, and the prices affordable.

2 dressings were missing. Were subsequently delivered. However, it's not professional if you don't have a wallet or even change. You cannot assume that the CUSTOMER will always have it right. Furthermore, if the customer says that these things are missing, it is not correct to say “I put it in myself”. All people make mistakes. I won't be ordering there again in the future..🙂

Unfortunately I can't provide any information about the service and ambience since we ordered. So I can only say one thing about it: it was one of the best pizzas I've ever ordered online. Keep doing exactly that.

Unfortunately the pizza was a disappointment. You would expect a good tomato sauce with a margherita, but it seemed like there was none on it. The pizza didn't really seem fully baked. The delivery time was also significantly longer than stated, which further worsened the experience. Unfortunately not recommended.

The pizzas are very tasty, the employees are very friendly, and they are prepared quickly! We are totally satisfied and will order again. :)
