I received a text message before delivery. The driver was very punctual and friendly. When unpacking, he even told each box which dish was included and which dip went with it. To be honest, I didn't know that yet. Most people just leave immediately.

I was just eating chicken burgers at the store with my cousins. Luckily, Freddy's has a good selection of burgers, even though they're a pizza place. Unfortunately, the only other options in Gifhorn are Burger King or McDonald's.

The delivery was even 5 minutes earlier than shown in the app. But we don't really care whether the deliveries arrive 10 minutes earlier or later. We are on the side of the restaurants, which are known to have a lot of stress and sometimes little staff. The food was great again as always. For us as Muslims, it's a nice thing that Freddy Fresh actually serves halal chicken meat.

We ordered from Freddy Fresh for the first time today and are thrilled. The service is 1a, clarification by telephone as something could not be delivered. The pizza was very tasty and we liked it. The salad was very fresh and the herb dressing was great. We will order again and can only recommend Freddy Fresh.

The worst Margarita pizza I've ever eaten. Totally burnt, hardly any cheese, came lukewarm. No comparison to the photo provided. Any frozen pizza is better. I was really a fan and sad than the branch closed. But they could have saved themselves the reopening. Update: After I complained about the pizza on site, the staff was very understanding and even shocked at what was given out. I received a voucher as compensation so that Freddy fresh can have another chance.

We ordered food (3 burgers, 1 garlic bread, 1 pizza, 1 salad) and had to wait an hour for delivery. After 75 minutes, there was still nothing. When I called again, I was told the food was ready but the delivery driver was still on the way and it would take another 15-20 minutes. The driver arrived after 30 minutes. In addition to the long wait, a dressing and extra corn on the pizza were missing. Payment was made in advance via PayPal. They want to refund the money, but that hasn't arrived yet. Pizza was warm despite the long delivery time, but the garlic bread and burger unfortunately weren't. Otherwise: The Caesar salad is way too expensive for what you get (the box wasn't even half full!). But the pizza was delicious! Maybe it was just a busy and stressful day. I've only heard good things about it and wanted to try it myself. Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. Maybe I'll give it another chance, but this time without delivery!

Something happened... In February we finally saw light again at Freddy Fresh! Reopening, finally! So ordered and tested straight away. The pizza was super juicy and had plenty of toppings. The cheese mixture is amazing! Ordered online and picked up. Pizzas straight from the oven. It was very tasty! We'll definitely see each other again ;-)

Yeah 🕺! Freddy Fresh is back and we ordered again straight away. We find the pizza sauce very fruity and delicious. The cole slaw also tastes really good. The staff is super friendly and we would be happy to order there again.

We ordered food last night (Pizza 4 Seasons and a Hokkaido Bowl). After we unfortunately had to wait longer than the stated 30 minutes, the driver told us when we arrived that the bowl was no longer available, but that he had already informed us of this by phone and had spoken to a man. The thing is, nobody called us. A comparison of the cell phone number I provided showed that my number is correct. However, we did not receive a call. No idea what happened here? Since the bowl wasn't available, I asked for the €12.99 back because, after all, we were paying for a service that wasn't provided. The driver then said that this was not possible because I paid via PayPal, but that they would charge the €12.99 on the next order. I found it a bit strange why a partial refund shouldn't be possible, but okay. As "compensation" he gave us a pack of nougat pockets. So instead of a bowl we got sweet nougat pockets that we didn't order and the money for the non-existent bowl wasn't given back. To be honest, I find it a little cheeky, especially since I haven't received a response to the email I sent to the location yesterday evening. For me it's not about the €12.99, it's about the principle. If I order something and don't receive it, I want the money I paid back and not be fobbed off with another product. In addition, something didn't go right in the call that the driver made to some man. The man in question is also said to have said that the nougat pockets would be fine instead of the bowl. Definitely the last order here for us, we have rarely been as annoyed with a delivery service as we were yesterday.

Your driver caused a rear-end collision today and ran into the back of me. While we were waiting for the police, the driver became abusive and called me an a**hole because I wanted the police to take down all the data before he drove on. I find such behavior impossible. If you make a mistake you should apologize and not become insulting.

We ordered pizza from Freddy Fresh Gifhorn on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, we were consistently disappointed with Freddy Fresh. Both the service and the food were absolutely not convincing. Since ordering wasn't that easy, delivery took twice as long as originally stated (60 instead of 30 minutes). Then, despite an additional description, the delivery address was not immediately found. The pizza was therefore only lukewarm. The pizza we ordered was absolutely not what we expected. In terms of taste, it wasn't particularly good, it wasn't appetizing (it didn't seem really fresh) and some of the standard ingredients listed were missing (e.g. the dill on the La Paz pizza). The price/performance ratio is absolutely not right here. There are definitely better pizzas in Gifhorn!! We definitely won't order here again!

The best pizza I've eaten so far, I really like the pizzas at Freddy fresh and the people there are also very nice. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants a quick and tasty pizza

Die pizza war superlecker, top service und sehr liebe Mitarbeiter und klasse Arbeit sehr sehr empfehlenswert.

Jetzt habe ich schon zum x-ten mal hier bestellt und bin wie immer begeistert. Die Pizzen sind einzigartig, auch aufgrund der etwas merkwürdigen Zusammenstellung der Zutaten. Habe ich auch probiert, schmeckt, ist aber natürlich Geschmackssache. Ich bevorzuge klassische Varianten nach italienischer Art. Und die sind wirklich klasse! Auch die Snacks und Hamburger sind absolut empfehlenwert.

Es war gestern das erste Mal das ich online eine Pizza bestellt habe und den Lieferdienst in Anspruch genommen habe und beides hat sehr gut geklappt.Außerdem hat auch die Pizza sehr gut geschmeckt und war auch reichlich belegt und der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und ich werde bestimmt den kompletten Service wieder mal in Anspruch nehmen!!!😀👍

Unsere erste Bestellung war ein voller Erfolg. Geschmacklich wie auch der Service. Es wurde alles so geliefert wie bestellt. Gerne wieder.

Ich bin sehr überrascht, war die zweite Bestellung. Um ca. 18:00 Uhr bestellt, also noch voll in der Rush-hour. Das Essen war in 30 Minuten da. Bestellt waren Wedges, 2 Pizzen, 2 Burger. Alles war heiß und lecker. Kann persönlich die Gyros Pizza sehr empfehlen, würziges Fleisch und vieeeeel Käse. Gerne wieder!

Beste Pizzeria der Stadt die Bestellung ging super leicht und die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb von 20 Minuten also immer wieder gerne top !
