Star Pizza Service in Delmenhorst

We had the pizza tonno, which was simply delicious, with lots of toppings and cheese. The pizza base was simply fantastic. It was delivered piping hot, thank you 👍. Even the second time, the pizza gyro and the gyro casserole with fresh mushrooms were delicious 😋. I could give it more stars.

I ordered there yesterday. Gyros gratinated in Metaxa sauce: It was the purest lump of fat, which also gave me extreme stomach problems. Pizza Magerita was ok. Giant burger: It was a complete joke because a meatball from the supermarket was simply cut in half. In fact, everything except the pizza went in the trash. I had no idea what was going on, otherwise I was very happy. But never again after that, what a shame.

Yesterday I ordered rolls with cheese and one with chicken, the dough was raw inside and I threw all the food into the trash.

I'm eating chicken hollandaise baguette with my girlfriend last time we had the gyros pizza hollandaise a ten out of ten I can only recommend I've never been there before but I have to say on the phone the service and the ambience are very good so the shop really deserves the 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The pizza was simply outstanding! The dough was baked perfectly - crispy on the outside, nice and airy on the inside. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The topping in particular was well balanced so that the flavors complemented each other wonderfully. The tomato sauce also had an intense and fruity taste, which rounded off the pizza perfectly. Not only was the cheese plentiful, but it was perfectly melted and stringy. Overall, a great taste experience that I can only recommend. Thank you for this great pizza! I'm already looking forward to the next time.

We have ordered there several times. The food is super delicious. The salads are also really freshly prepared. The only place I deduct a star is from the Frutti de Mare pizza. There was very little seafood on it. Otherwise, again and again.

Actually, I was always very enthusiastic about the start of the pizza service until this evening. When I ordered an ingredient that I needed for allergy reasons, I added it online as a comment. Something went wrong during the transfer and I got a casserole with the said ingredient. I immediately noticed how my throat was tightening and called to find out what the problem was. I've never had any problems and I've always been enthusiastic about it and was happy to recommend Star Pizza to others. Instead of approaching me in a customer-friendly manner, I was immediately told 'We can't see it. It's not our fault!' thundered back. I don't exactly order a small amount, mostly for friends and family... so it adds up to a lot. I was asked if I had already eaten the casserole / if I had eaten it appropriately... I had to - how else would I have been able to see that there were pepperoni (my allergy enemies) in the cheese gratin? ... I explained that I was struggling with allergies, to which I was only met with a 'yes, enjoy your meal'. I have to admit, I think it's a shame that people treat their customers like that. Somehow customer-friendly is a little different. Although it should be said again that the food is very good... only the service leaves a bitter aftertaste. Then in the future without you!

Unfortunately, the food is getting worse. A few months ago there was consistently good food. This time kebab meat had a "weird" smell and taste, calamari was so salty that it was inedible.

I tried to order a normal pizza with salami and ham online, but I didn't want it delivered. Couldn't access it because this variety is only available for self-collection. Not everyone has cash at home, so I wanted to pay with PayPal. I would be happy if something changed there. Otherwise there are no further problems.

These nice people don't seem to know the term "the customer is king". I've been ordering a party pizza at Momat at least once for over 2 years and have it divided into 4 different quarters, with different types because not all of them have the same taste. That always worked great, and you can't say anything against the food, but I was just about to order a pizza and now I was told I can only choose one type of pizza on a 40x60cm party pizza 👍🏻 And all that just because it's loud own statement: "The chef doesn't like it that much." I will never order anything there again. My data probably won't even be removed from the system after I said on the phone that it had been taken care of and that I was looking for another pizza supplier. Really super nice employees 👍🏻

ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN!!!Curry chicken pizza tastes anything but like curry - it mainly has a sweet ketchup taste...I couldn't get a bite down!!! The service is also terrible - my call wasn't even answered with an “apology” - the pizza can now be thrown away - a shame...

Very tasty pizzas and also very well topped. A very friendly young man served us. Ordering online worked really well and the food was ready to be picked up at the right time as promised. Only recommended. I can't say much about the ambience as there is only a small waiting area. This looked clean and well maintained.

Here you get a money theft. I ordered a large pizza and I'm sure I ordered it without any toppings. When it arrived they didn't do what I asked. The answer was that I should ask my children what they would do with this food and then hang up the phone

Had the food delivered to us. Gyros were NOT crispy and fresh from the skewer, tasted over-seasoned and limp. Fries were delicious, rice too.

Tuna on the pizza was inedible and not a piece was accommodating after contacting us by phone. That was the last time Star Pizza.

I've ordered there several times and the chicken often has an unpleasant aftertaste, otherwise everything was good. This time the unpleasant aftertaste was followed by stomach pain and repeated vomiting as well as other unpleasant symptoms, presumably food poisoning. Was the last time.

Food was cold, rice was delivered instead of fries and the salad was forgotten. Not the first time that the order was delivered incorrectly or something was forgotten. Will never order from there again.

The food is always delicious and hot even at a delivery distance of 20 km.

Simply the best shop. The salami pizza from here with extra cheese and cheese crust is probably the tastiest I've ever eaten. The burger wasn't bad either, although it was a bit much for my stomach, which was much too small. The only point of criticism might be that the delivery times are a little long. But given the food, they're definitely worth it in my opinion. Will definitely recommend you. I usually have less to complain about

Ordered for the first time and was immediately disappointed. Pizza was okay, but cold (gyros hollandaise), with the chili cheeseburger the bread was almost burnt to black and extremely crispy, it couldn't be worse. This does not include pickles on a chili cheeseburger, then you can leave out the jalapenos and sell a cheeseburger! Very bad unfortunately. Didn't gain any new customers with the first order.

Heute gab es ein Missverständnis. Wir hätten die Pizza gerne geliefert bekommen, jedoch ging die Online-Bestellung als Abholung ein. Nach einiger Zeit erkundigten wir uns nach der Bestellung, so ist das Ganze erst aufgefallen. Nichtsdestotrotz wurde die Bestellung nachträglich zu uns geliefert. Sowohl der Mann am Telefon, als auch der Lieferant sind super nett und lösungsorientiert geblieben. So etwas findet man heutzutage nur noch selten. Also was den Service angeht, ist wirklich alles "Star"! Von der Pizza kann man nur schwärmen. Perfekter Teig, ordentlich Belag und immer heiß! Nochmal Danke für die super Pizza und den super netten Service. Für uns gilt: nur noch dieser Lieferservice!

Heute war es eine Katastrophe Man konnte die Pizzastücke nicht mit Hand halten der Boden war sowas von weich . Irgendwas ist da heute schief gelaufen. Es war nicht wirklich Appetitlich .

Essen sehr lecker und sehr gut zubereitet , leider nur zur bemängeln is das bei Zutaten nicht raus nehmen kannst was mann nicht mag und zweiten bei sonder wünsche nicht Mal reinschreiben kann sondern alles nur überbacken mit Käse steht Aber sonts zur Bedienung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
