It tastes good and deliveries are on time.

Very disappointing. The prices are way too high for what you get. The delivery was late, even though a specific time had been promised. Furthermore, the pizza wasn't what I ordered – the toppings weren't quite right and the taste was rather mediocre. I really expected more for the price. Not recommended. Never ordering again.

An absolute disaster. The delivery was awful. The driver was unfriendly, the food was cold, and the service overall was just terrible. You can tell immediately that they couldn't care less about their customers. Honestly, I haven't experienced such a bad delivery in a long time. I'm certain of one thing: I will never order from them again.

Ich bin seit Jahren dort Stammkunde [gewesen] und das hat sich nun erledigt. Das die Speisen ja ziemlich lange brauchen, bis Diese Zuhause eintreffen ist ja bekannt. Leider wird dann nach Rückfrage, wo das Essen denn ist, auch noch gelogen und bei Ankunft ist die Pizza auch noch kalt. Als das dann reklamiert wurde, war der Herr am Telefon ziemlich forsch und stellte mich als Lügner hin.... Das zum Thema Kundenservice... Und das war nicht das erste Mal....... Qualität hat in den letzten Jahren auch ziemlich nachgelassen... Also klar Verbesserungswürdig und das Firmenmotto... MASSE IST KLASSE... passt...

We ordered from here regularly, as did our neighbors. The food is good, but the service is absolutely terrible. We have a fixed address on file, always the same. They were busy, and when we hadn't received our food after 1.5 hours, we called another smartphone to check on us. They immediately started yelling at us, without even giving us a chance to speak. Apparently, instead of Delmenhorst, they suddenly gave us an address in Bremen. We've definitely never ordered from them before, and we don't even know anyone there. The driver didn't even give us a receipt, which is strange. We didn't give them the wrong address; either something was mixed up, or there's a problem with their system. One thing is for sure: this is no way to talk to customers. This will definitely be our last order.
