Very nice restaurant. It would be a shame for Alfeld if it closed. There is also a very cheap buffet where everyone can find something and the food is very good. I have always been very satisfied and left the restaurant with a full stomach. For the price it's worth it!😁

Very good food, attentive service

Great family dinner spent there on the occasion of an 85th birthday. The food was well received by all guests. All the dishes were delicious, visually nicely presented and of sufficient size. The service was nice and everything was served quickly so that everyone could eat together. We'd love to come back.

New Year's Eve 2023 and 2024 2023: Good food, very nice staff, DJ with good music (New Year's Eve) 2023 2024: We were also at the New Year's Eve party 2024 this year due to positive experiences from last year. Now we are disappointed. Dinner was delicious, but some dishes (e.g. salmon in saffron sauce) were quickly consumed and not added to again. This time there was no midnight soup or donuts either. The cold potato soup from dinner was not warmed up at midnight but removed. There was also no photo box like the year before, a shame it was missing. And lastly the new DJ Kai, he definitely did NOT play party music!! There were always one-sided hits and Ballermann titles, not for everyone, the DJ even played some titles twice, for whatever reason. He could have provided a danceable party music mix for 6 hours. Well, yes. He was completely overwhelmed and completely ignored hints and requests from the guests to play international hits. Absolutely not recommended.

We ordered catering for several people with different roasts and were simply thrilled. From ordering to pickup, everything went perfectly. The food was plentiful and very tasty. Clear recommendation!

The food was delicious, but the drinks were unfortunately way too expensive. A large apple spritzer for €5.20 is just too much for me...

Classic rural inn with a half-timbered ambience. I really enjoyed the food (schnitzel) and the service was particularly attentive and friendly. I look forward to a next visit.
