Sehr gut gemachtes buffet, aber mitunter sehr warm in dem restaurant, getränkeauswahl in ordnung, Preise okay...

Wir waren heute auf Empfehlungen von guten Bekannten dort. Das Abendbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sehr lecker. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Vorspeisen. Beim Hauptgericht gab es auch etliche verschiedene Speisen, alle sehr ansprechend zubereitet und heiß. Der Nachtisch war auch sehr anstrengend. Obst kleine Puddings, Kuchen, Softeis.... Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Dieses Restaurant werden wir wieder besuchen!!! Es ist einfach nur weiter zu empfehlen!!! Macht weiter so!!! Ein ganz dickes Lob an den Koch und das Personal!!!!

Ich bewerte hier ausschließlich den Service und Getränke, nicht das Essen: Der Service war leider unterirdisch. Es hat ungefähr 20 Minuten gedauert bis uns der Sonnenschirm geöffnet wurde, die Bedienung hat ein Glas umgekippt beim Servieren und sich nicht entschuldigt und allgemein wirkte das Personal ziemlich hilflos. Mein hausgemachter Eistee für 5 Euro bestand aus Wasser, Zitronenscheibe und Sirup. Auf Nachfrage hin, was drin sei und warum in einem hausgemachten Eistee kein Tee ist, wurde sich keine Sekunde darüber gewundert. Gegessen haben wir dann dort aus Frust gar nicht mehr.

Alles in einem ein Super Local. Es gab 1-2 kleine macken aber die können mal passieren und sind jetzt auch nicht verheerend. Wir sind unfassbar Glücklich, Essen, Ambiente und Service war Super gut. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Wir fahren liebend gerne den Weg aus Hildesheim zum Leinemahl und sind jedes glücklich und zufrieden. Die Essensauswahl ist gross und für jeden etwas dabei, durch die wechselnden Aktionen gibt es auch immer wieder besondere Angebote. Servicepersonal ist super lieb und herzlich.

Mega leckere Speisen im All you can eat Restaurant

Wir haben zu Muttertag reserviert und sind voller Vorfreude hingefahren . Leider war ich dann doch enttäuscht ... Wir wurden weder zu tisch geführt oder begrüsst ...getränke bekamen wir erst nach mehrmaligen nachfragen als wir schon fast mit essen fertig waren..als aussage bekamen wir die antwort das viel zu tun ist . Ok dann wollten wir softeis holen ...aber auch das ging nicht und wir mussten paar minuten warten ...dann wieder hin ..keine löffel oder schalen brim dessert.... Das essen war gut gekocht jedoch nicht sooo gut zusammengestellt ..was soll ich zu meinen kassler essen ? Keine sosse dazu oder salzkartoffeln aber das was ich gegessen habe war wirklich gut gekocht . Leider sind die desserts alles fertigware und das softeis nicht richtig angemischt deswegen konnten wir nix davon essem denn es war sehr künstlich und süss. Schade

Waren zum Mittagsbuffet und wurden nicht enttäuscht, sehr schöne Auswahl an Salaten und Fleisch und Fisch, Suppe gab es auch und es war alles lecker. Das beste war das Softeis zum Nachtisch.

My children and the two of us get together for meals on special occasions. Until now, someone among us (of six people) was always dissatisfied. But on my last birthday, it was different; we were all happy. There was something wonderful for everyone. The table for my next birthday is already reserved, and before that, the six of us will be back again in the new year. And yes, you might remember whether the year on the reservation was correct—it definitely was! Until then, I wish you a happy new year! 🍀

Very friendly staff with food at very reasonable prices – not a long wait, but the ambience could be improved (the decor still reflects too much of the oriental origins of the previous restaurant).

Rarely have we eaten so badly – ​​a real disappointment. We recently visited the "Leinemahl" in Alfeld and were looking forward to a pleasant evening, but unfortunately, our expectations were massively dashed. In our opinion, the evening buffet had nothing to do with fresh, traditional cuisine as one might expect. The food seemed to consist almost entirely of convenience products. Pre-prepared, presented without care, and, unfortunately, a culinary disaster. Most of the dishes we tried seemed as if they had come straight from the deep fryer or microwave – without any finesse whatsoever. Fresh ingredients or even culinary skill were nowhere to be found. It was a prime example of how to try to run a restaurant with minimal effort. We have rarely eaten so badly and, in its current state, we absolutely cannot recommend the "Leinemahl." That was definitely our last visit.

A spontaneous decision, and I'm happy with it. There's a good selection at the lunch buffet, including options for vegetarians. Very friendly service.

Yes, the buffet is varied. The taste is generally on par with a cafeteria, sometimes a little better, sometimes a little worse. Shortly after the restaurant opened, we had a much better impression than we do now.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food! We invited guests and reserved a table, which was confirmed. However, when we arrived, they told us they didn't have a table available. So we were turned away. It was a shame and quite disappointing. But I think we'll try again.

We went there for the lunch buffet today. There was a very good selection of dishes; everyone should find something to their liking. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We only deducted a point for the temperature of the food; it could have been a bit warmer in some places. It was a lovely morning, and we'll definitely be back.

The food was very tasty. It's a buffet only, and the vegetables were already ice cold, as were the croquettes. The potato gratin tasted of nothing, and the pasta gratin wasn't replenished after 7:30 pm. I don't know what the salad bar was like because there were no more plates available, and none were brought out. The schnitzel with mushroom sauce, however, was very, very tasty. They also had soft-serve ice cream for dessert, but it was much too cold. The ambiance, like the food, is traditional German, but far too cramped; I constantly had to get up when my nephew went to get something. I can't recommend this restaurant for anyone with a disability because you have to climb three steps. It was already very difficult for my brother, who has a walking disability, but since we had a one-hour drive, we didn't want to turn back. Because it's located right in the city center, there's no parking; you have to walk a bit. We won't be going there again.

We come from Einbeck and love going to Leinemahl. They serve traditional German cuisine at its finest. The kale is simply amazing. The chefs really know their craft. The service completes the experience perfectly. You feel very comfortable and can even have a bit of small talk. We're already looking forward to your beef roulades.

I had lunch there with colleagues and was pleasantly surprised: A rich selection of freshly prepared German dishes was laid out as a buffet, including fresh croquettes, sauces, roulades, fish, various salads, roasts, schnitzel, and much more 😊 The dessert buffet also left little to be desired: various small cakes, yogurt, pudding, fruit, and churros rounded off the German cuisine perfectly. A little tip: Reservations are essential for larger groups! The ambiance of an older restaurant perfectly complements the concept of traditional German cuisine, although the restrooms could use a bit of an upgrade.... Conclusion: I'll definitely be back! If you're tired of the kebab shops on every corner or delivery services, this is the place for you.

Everything was completely fine. Unfortunately, there was less choice of hot dishes than expected. However, there was a lot of salad selection. But the price/performance ratio was completely acceptable and highly recommended.

Restaurant "Leinemahl" – German traditional cuisine with heart and flavor: We have been to the Leinemahl restaurant several times – whether for birthdays, Easter, or other special occasions. Each time, we felt very comfortable and were completely satisfied. The Leinemahl offers classic German traditional cuisine, prepared honestly, freshly, and with great care. The dishes are tastefully and attractively presented, and are always served hot and of very high quality. You can tell that the ingredients used here are good. The service is friendly, attentive, and helpful. You receive a warm welcome and immediately feel welcome. Special requests are also accommodated without any problems – which makes the visit particularly pleasant. The restaurant's prices are reasonable and fair. The value for money is good, and you get really good food here at a reasonable price. Our conclusion: The Leinemahl is a recommended restaurant for anyone who enjoys German traditional cuisine and appreciates a cozy, sophisticated atmosphere. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next meal!

The food and service were very, very good. Unfortunately, the ambiance is mediocre. I sat near the ice cream machine twice and sometimes couldn't hear what I was saying. When it starts rattling, it's really annoying. We'll be back, of course. But next time we'll sit somewhere else 😉 The staff are all super friendly and competent. The buffet is very extensive, and it's easy to try everything. For example, the peppers seemed to be cut in half, and the cabbage rolls were smaller than you'd expect. Whenever something ran out, it was quickly refilled. The buffet had a great selection. The staff was very attentive and always friendly. We'd be happy to come back.

Crunchy salads and spicy sauces, desserts, fruit and even soft ice cream. For a price that is probably unparalleled. The service at the table was extremely friendly and accommodating. The drinks came quickly and were well chilled. Anyone who comes here will certainly not be disappointed. We'd love to come back

I saw the ad on social media and thought I'd give it a try. We were allowed to choose a table even though we had a reservation. We ordered drinks, which were brought to our table relatively quickly. Then we went to the buffet, which didn't look very appealing to me. You had to be careful not to burn your hands with some of the tongs. The meat dishes were unfortunately too hot, and the taste was also not enjoyable. It was very disappointing for my husband and me. Unfortunately, we only had the beef meal once.

There's a free 3-hour parking lot nearby with a parking disc. The restaurant is highly recommended! I went there for the lunch buffet for the first time today, and I was absolutely thrilled! Both the salad buffet and the hot dishes (Kassler, chicken curry, chickpea curry, cod, roast pork, chicken schnitzel, hash browns, various vegetables and sauces) were very varied and consistently delicious. They were so delicious that I didn't even take any pictures ;) There was also a small dessert buffet with various creams, ice cream, and amazing warm churros. Highly recommended, great value for money (€12.90 per person).

Highly recommended as a break on the bike tour, the lunch buffet was perfect, very good value for money, and if you ask politely, recharging the e-bike battery is no problem.

Leinemahl is a fantastic place where you can eat deliciously on the basis of an open buffet. There is a skilled chef who cooks the meat or fish for you himself. You can serve yourself as much as you want, really value for money, and the delicious desserts are not to be missed.

We were there for the buffet on the weekend. The selection of dishes was extensive and good. There was something for everyone. In addition to the hot dishes, there was also a generous salad buffet and, of course, desserts. The service was prompt and friendly. The outdoor seating with a view of the market square is recommended in nice weather. The price for the buffet, considering the quantity and taste of the food, is completely reasonable. Thumbs up.

The selection of dishes at the evening buffet is extensive and delicious. Here everyone gets their fill and finds something suitable There is a salad buffet with different salads and dressings. A dessert corner with various delicacies awaits you. The whole thing is available at a fair price. We'd love to come by again

Absolutely recommended. Went there for the lunch buffet, which was very inexpensive. Because the vegetarian offerings at the buffet are smaller on weekdays, we asked and without any fuss a delicious quinoa plate with grilled vegetables was conjured up for us. My parents tried the meat dishes and were, as always with their regular visits, extremely satisfied.
