It was my first time there. And I was absolutely thrilled. The food was delicious and good. The service was also very good, and the value for money was right.

The food is delicious, the staff friendly, and the ambiance pleasant. Highly recommended.

We've been there several times by bike and haven't been disappointed yet. The food is excellent value for money! The service is friendly and welcoming. And there's always plenty of ouzo on the table! ;-) This Greek restaurant is definitely recommended!

We spontaneously stopped by a few days ago and were quite disappointed. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is no longer good, unlike it used to be. The prices have increased significantly, which is understandable given the economic situation. However, the quality has declined. Unfortunately, the service was rather inattentive and slow. Within 1.5 hours, we only had one drink per person on the table, even though we definitely wanted more. It's a shame; we would have liked to come here more often, especially because of the beautiful terrace. However, we'll refrain from doing so now.

A lovely Greek restaurant. If the weather's nice, you should take advantage of the spacious outdoor area. You'll receive a very friendly welcome and courteous service. The value for money is excellent. My recommendation is the lamb stiffado with okra; the lamb shank is absolutely amazing. Last but not least, there's plenty of ouzo on the house. A definite recommendation.

We're from Berlin and thought we knew what Greek food tastes like, but you... just WOW. Thank you for the delicious food (especially the crispy gyro with onions). Thank you for the lovely atmosphere. Thank you for the extremely friendly waiters. Thank you for everything, we'll be back.

Good food, large dining room, there is even a large event room on the first floor. Friendly staff, unfortunately some language communication problems. You can also make a reservation.

I've been to the restaurant several times. The service and atmosphere was very nice and cozy. Unfortunately the meal was the last time. Not recommended. Meat was very dry and tough. As a result, it was returned. Unfortunately there was no compromise.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there on a Saturday evening, and it was very crowded and therefore very loud. Nevertheless, I can recommend it.

Huge portions and top-notch flavor. A fantastic Greek restaurant that's also well-suited for larger events. In addition to the large main dining room, there's also a winter garden and a huge outdoor terrace, which is a great place to sit in the summer. Free ouzo, and not just one, along with a delicious grilled meat, meat that wasn't cooked twice but was still juicy, gyros were crispy, and tzatziki was delicious. I'd say you can tell a good Greek meal by a good tzatziki. The price for the grilled meat was definitely justified. Very nice outdoor area, clean inside, and much of it was recently renovated. Perhaps a little more Greek atmosphere could have been better, but it didn't detract from our lovely dinner. 🙂

Very tasty food with great service

Considering I'm not really into Greek food, I was pleasantly surprised. I definitely recommend it.

Everything is fine so far. I really enjoy going there. Mostly very full, therefore also very loud.

We all really enjoyed the food, the staff is attentive and friendly. The meat was cooked to perfection. The side dishes taste very good, especially the rice. The portions are generous. The lamb is tender and tasty. We'll definitely come back. Top Greek in the region.

We were guests for the first time. It was a real culinary experience. Everything TOP. We include Sokratis in our special restaurant list and would be happy to come back.

Had dinner at Sokratis yesterday with 8 people. Except for the ambience - it's like a crowded train station. If you want to spend a cozy evening there for two, you're in the wrong place here. There are no comfortable tables/alcoves for a dinner for two. The food and service were very good and deserved 5 🌟 here. The ideal place for large groups to celebrate/eat. Price-performance ratio top. We'd love to come back - but not as a couple.

Love eating here. So far we have always been completely satisfied and it has always been very tasty. In our opinion there is no better Greek nearby. Another plus point is the free ouzo pot (which is also a must) and the always delicious, fresh salad in advance. The terrace is also very large and recently has a roof, perfect for rain. The price-performance ratio is therefore top.

We ate at Sokratis for the first time yesterday and were very satisfied. The quality and taste of the food was really very good, and even though it was very busy outside, we were served quickly and friendly. This was definitely not the last time we'll be here.

There were three of us there, and we enjoyed our meal immensely. The service was also prompt. You can easily get everywhere in a wheelchair. The paths are well-maintained. Unfortunately, there are no wheelchair-accessible restrooms, which is a real shame. We would gladly return if there were restrooms wide enough for a wheelchair and equipped with grab rails.

The restaurant isn't so busy for nothing. Very tasty and varied dishes. Despite being busy, service was prompt. The ouzo is a delicious addition. The outdoor seating is also very comfortable.

The waiter seemed annoyed and bored. He didn't even ask if we wanted anything else, despite our empty glasses. That's truly abysmal. The food was okay. The starters were definitely too small for the price.

I'm very happy with it. Feta in a pastry coating is a must as a starter.

This time we were disappointed with our visit to this restaurant. We waited a long time for our order. Three times they brought us the wrong drink. We were served by a waiter who didn't understand German well. Grilled lamb came through poorly - we gave that up Food returned to the waiter.This meat was prepared for us in a new way.Unfortunately this time it was grilled dry.We didn't eat this meat.😕When I went to pay the bill, I couldn't find a waiter. I asked for the bill three times and ended up having to go to the checkout and pay myself🙀and it was a birthday party😒

Never again! Waited over 2 hours until the food finally came. Excuse: "It's so full" - yes, sorry, then just don't accept so many guests (we had reserved). The table next door also complained loudly about the waiting time. Orders were mixed up. The staff was incompetent and when they pointed out that the dishes had been brought incorrectly they were laughed at. Food lukewarm, limp, dry, gristly - everything you don't want. The rooms are uncomfortable and loud. Nasty arguments and slamming doors from the kitchen. Toilet ice cold and dirty. Unfortunately I can't say anything positive.

Zum großen Teil war das Essen sehr lecker, allerdings kann ich das Rumpsteak Medium nicht empfehlen, denn das kam völlig durchgebraten bei uns an und war etwas trocken. Ansonsten war alles sehr lecker. Da das Restaurant sehr gut besucht war,hatten wir nicht so einen guten Service. Erst spät kamen die weiteren Getränke und Kerzen wurden gar nicht erst angemacht an unserem Tisch. Ich denke an einem anderen Tag wäre es anders gelaufen. Schade

Es gibt gibt viele gute griechische Restaurants....aber wenn man das Bessere möchte sollte man diesen Laden testen. Ich hatte den Lamm-Teller....mega...auf den Punkt und auch geschmacklich nicht zu sehr Lamm! Auch der Grillteller von meinem Gegenüber war absolut gut ....ich kann das echt empfehlen....!...aber einen Extratipp hab ich noch:Bitte lasst euch bringen oder fahrt Taxi...es gibt Ouzo satt....probiert es aus

Das Essen dort war immer gut, ABER wie wäre es damit eine geschlossene Gesellschaft anzukündigen? Man kommt frohen Mutes an einem Montag zum Restaurant, weil das gefühlt das einzige offene Restaurant an einem Montag ist, nur um angeschnauzt zu werden, ,,geschlossene Gesellschaft- sehen sie doch!". Und Tschüß! Diesen Geburtstag haben sie versaut-Vielen Dank!!

Das Essen war ok aber auch nichts besonderes. Der Ouzo wurde zwar auf Kosten den Hauses reichlich dazu gegeben aber er war eher "dünn", keine Ahnung ob es an der Sorte liegt? Bei den Gerichten fehlt es teilweise an Saucen so das sie etwas trocken waren. Unverständlich war, warum es als Vorspeise für 8 Leute einen Teller Zaziki gibt mit 3 Scheiben Brot. Das Brot war aber auch nur wenig lecker von daher kein Verlust.

Guten Essen kann ich nur empfehlen

Kein Autolärm oder sonstiges im Außenbereich zu hören Nahe am Wald Gute Luft Tolle Bewirtung und ein Leckeres Essen mit mehr als großen Portionen Von Klassisch Suflaki zu Gyros mit Tomatenreis oder Pommes zu Köstlichem Rumpsteak mit leckerer Pfeffersauße und Kroketten oder Fisch /Kallamari uvm. Zu jedem Gericht ein Teller Salat als Vorspeise bei einem Uzo so wie es sich gehört Gerne Immer Wieder

Super Restaurant 👍 leckeres Essen, keine lange Wartezeit, allerdings muss ich beim Service deutliche Abzüge geben... Leider gibt es Servicekräfte, die kein Wort Deutsch sprechen. So kommt es vorallem bei Getränken häufig zu Fehlbestellungen. Besonders ärgerlich wird es, wenn man Nachtisch bestellt (griechischer Jughurt) und stattdessen einen 'Hugo' bekommt. Diesen als nicht bestellt zurück gehen lässt, vergeblich auf Joghurt wartet, diesen nicht bekommt, aber später feststellt den Hugo bezahlt zu haben.... Ich werde nächstes mal direkt im Lokal auf die Rechnung schauen...

Tolles gemütliches Restaurant, es stimmt einfach alles .Das Essen ist immer ausgezeichnet und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam ! Wir sind von Anfang an Stammgäste und werden es auch bleiben….😍

Wir waren am Samstag den 22.07.23 hier Essen. Das Lokal war sehr gut besucht und dementsprechend hatten wir den Tag auch eine sehr lange Wartezeit. Bis wir die Bestellung aufgeben konnten hat es ca. 40 Minuten gedauert und bis wir dann unser Essen hatten nochmal ca. 1 Stunde. Wir müssen aber wirklich dazu sagen, es war viel Personal da und das Personal hat wirklich zügig und immer sehr freundlich gearbeitet. Das Essen war wieder sehr lecker und auf dem Punkt zubereitet. Da merkt man schon dass es immer frisch zubereitet wird und nicht nur warm gemacht wird. Fazit: Für Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und der guten Qualität nehmen wir auch eine längere Wartezeit in Kauf und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Das Essen war super, sowie das Ambiente. Man muss beachten das, das Haus heute voll war innen wie aussen. Die leute im service konnten keine Pause machen, trotzdem war der Service immer da und hat immer freundlich und zuvorkommend Lösungen vorgeschlagen und/oder sich gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder
