Typically Bavarian good food etc. You feel completely comfortable. A bit too loud when there are a lot of guests talking.

Unfortunately the quality of the food has deteriorated somewhat. A “Bavarian outfit” for the waitress would also be desirable during the Christmas season.

Haben hier zwischendurch nur Getränke verkonsumiert. Die angebotenen Speisen welche wir an den Tischen sehen konnten waren üppig und typisch bayrisch. Das Personal war sehr flink und umsichtig, auch wenn wir nur Getränke bestellt haben.

The four of us wanted to go out to eat there. Two of us had to recharge our bike batteries there so that everyone could ride back with E. The woman at the counter didn't want to invest about 50 cents, so we didn't eat there. Very rude and incompetent!!! Unbelievable, we were really upset👎

Maybe it was because I wasn't expecting much after the previous 4.0 rating, but the restaurant pleasantly surprised me. Ambiance very nice. How you imagine Bavaria. (A few pictures or sayings could be toned down a bit). Pleasantly warm. The greeting and seating instructions could have been a little warmer, but it was perfectly fine. The food was really great. I had a terrific little salad, perfectly washed, crisp, fresh, discreetly dressed. The best salad in years! Bavarian, hearty main dishes were also very tasty, for example the knuckle had a delicious, crispy crust. All in all, an extreme success. (I'm just wondering why the tables in the back aren't prepared...) Gladly again

The Augustiner in the Ratskeller has changed hands. Now called Osnabrücker Ratskeller. So don't call the Augustiner in Ratskeller phone number, it's no longer active. Food was delicious, service was friendly and accommodating. The prerequisite is that everyone has the Corona Warn app or the Luca app on their cell phone to register. Is absolutely necessary for your stay in the restaurant. You will be logged out automatically after a good hour. Otherwise you have to move on hungry. Personally, I think it's a good way to register for possible tracking. Don't dismiss it either, help get a bit more normality. Local is worth a visit.
