2024-07-31 A lunch consisting of a maß and Schweineschnitzel mit champignons in Rahm. An exciting dish that was very good. Crispy schnitzel, tasty mushroom sauce and fun with the noodles. Generous portion of food that arrived quickly, you also got a small bowl of salad. Nice staff and lovely atmosphere inside the restaurant.

Good German Food Older restaurant, with a lot of options from sausage to pork knuckle, leberwurst, everything you would normally. The special was chanterelle mushrooms and I was told they were excellent. Good service and an ok price point.

They cook incredibly good knuckle. 100% recommendable. Don't leave Hannover without trying it. They also have murals that will make you feel like you're in ancient Bavaria, having a picnic with Charles I of Spain and V of the Holy Roman Empire.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the food. I had the Cordon Bleu. It was watery and tasteless. I am an amateur cook myself. In my opinion, it can only be hastily thawed convenience food, which doesn't even have any additional salt and which then costs around €20 on the bill. I would like to at least apologize to the staff for not leaving a tip. But I was already pretty angry inside. And there is no other way to express your displeasure.

Was here on June 3rd, 2024. Quaint Bavarian restaurant, but it deserves some color. Food......typically Bavarian. I had schnitzel, spaetzle and cream mushrooms. Plentiful and tasty. Service was quick and friendly.

Very good food and with a large outdoor area. I don't know exactly where to park because we got there by train. Not far from the train station and in the middle of the city there is of course a lot of traffic, but you can sit inside.

We were there with our S04 Fan Club two weeks ago. It was a really great evening. We had a 4 hour flat rate with buffet and drinks. Everyone got their money's worth. The Bavarian buffet was a lonely addition. It was plentiful and absolutely delicious. The service was just as great. Super sweet and super hardworking. Nobody was left with one drink too little. It couldn't be quicker or more accommodating. Many kind regards to everyone from the Paulaner team. We'll definitely come back at some point. Until then... Good luck

We had a very nice evening at the Paulaner. The food tasted good and came quickly. The service is very praiseworthy, Daniele was very attentive, humorous, and when we had questions about the beer he gave us very good advice and also let us try it beforehand. I happened to eat there because I had a training course. I hardly had any time but the food came very quickly. Was now a second time and ordered it at 1 p.m. and everything was possible. Service was top, nice friendly service and the food was top notch for me. If I'm in Hanover I would always go there to eat. We recommend. Bavarian flair in the middle of Hanover.

Oops! Tourist trap would be the wrong word, but it's pretty good. The food, at least my food, was not worth the money, bland and lackluster. Quick processing is high on the agenda. Surrounded by hotels and close to the train station. No second try necessary.

Hello, in this lousy April weather the hearty meals were really tasty and good for the mood wonderful three kinds of dumplings, roast pork with a red cabbage that looked delicious due to its deep color and tasted excellent, only the schnitzel and the cordon blue looked a bit dry but that's certainly because there was no sauce on the plate, maybe a touch of gravy on the plate or Give the schnitzel, otherwise it looks very desolate on the plate because the fries were also very light, it was nice that the side dishes/salad and the mayonnaise were served in a separate bowl. And this Salvator beer was simply delicious and special, it was a successful evening thanks to the kitchen/service team

I visited the restaurant and because the toilets are in the basement and I am dependent on a wheelchair, I only ate a little something. It's a shame and actually not recommended for people with disabilities

Mixed. I don't understand the statements in some reviews that the portions are "large". The meal itself was good, but I wouldn't have been full without apple strudel for dessert. Quality of the food was good but not great or special. Salad was delicious, cordon bleu was also good, apple strudel too. Service could be better. Bavarian by no means, which isn't a must in Hanover - but I would have expected fluent German. The atmosphere in the restaurant matched the concept. The sanitary facilities could use some renovation. Conclusion: You can definitely go here for a meal and the ambience is something special (especially in Hanover). However, you can get more for the same money in the area.

It doesn't get more Bavarian in Hanover... and it's also beautifully centrally located...

Apart from the starter, the goulash soup, the rest was bad. The ribs were sticks hard, not seasoned. Simply inedible. The Kaiserschmarrn was also not properly caramelized. I don't recommend this restaurant at all

The Bavarian Embassy in Hanover. For me as a Bavarian it’s definitely a starting point. The food is consistently edible but the typical taste is a little lacking. The service is calm, friendly and service-oriented. To get the 5 stars for the kitchen, it would be worth taking a look at a good Bavarian cookbook. Especially with regard to certain spices that are typical of Bavarian cuisine. When asked about the white sausages, no binding information could be given as to whether they are original Munich ones or just Munich style... Questions after questions.,...

We sat outside.. it was very cozy.. great service. Clean toilets. Delicious food. Can only be recommended. Therefore 5 stars 🌟 Dogs 🐕 are also allowed inside and outside. Everything is great... I love going there... everything is great.

Da hätte wir spontan Lust auf bayrisch und sind hier gelandet. Wir hatten nicht reserviert und wurden trotzdem freundlich empfangen und haben noch einen Platz bekommen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und schnell da. Als. Vorspeise gab es eine Ofen frische Brezel, nur zu empfehlen. Leider war nach der Meinung meiner Begleitung die Suppe etwas versalzen. Ich selbst hatte den Spanferkelrücken. Dieser war leider sehr fettig und etwas Zeh. Das dazugehörige bayrische Kraut fand ich persönlich etwas merkwürdig. Auch wenn ich ein Jahr um München gelebt habe, habe ich nirgends solch ein Kraut gesehen. Das Atmosphäre in dem Laden ist allerdings erste Klasse und macht einen super Eindruck.

Typische Brauhaus Atmosphäre, gut besucht, preislich ca. 20Euro pro Gericht. Jedoch von der Qualität deutlich schlechter als Meiers Brauerei gegenüber des Rathauses. Die Roulade war aufgewärmt, leicht angebrannt und das Fleisch nicht mehr saftig, der Rotkohl zerkocht. Die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend, Oftmals funktioniert es mit einer Hausmannsküche nur bedingt, wenn die Betreiber mit den Gerichten nicht aufgewachsen sind. Von da her für ein Bier okay, mehr nicht.

Es war sehr lecker auch nicht zu teuer immer wieder gerne und der Kellner war sehr nett gewesen

wir waren auf Empfehlung dort, Aber so toll wie angepriesen, war es dann doch nicht. Es fing damit an, das unser Tisch (wir waren 10min zu spät) bereits an andere vergeben war. Dann der Vorwurf: "wir hätten zum verlängern eben anrufen sollen" wir erwiderten: "ja haben wir gemacht, aber niemand ist ans Telefon gegangen" der Chef darauf hin " Ja is halt viel los....." danach setzt er sich wieder an den Stammtisch. Wir haben uns dann selbst einen Tisch gesucht und gefunden. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich vor allem darum gekümmert, den Gästen zu erzählen, wie faul die anderen KollegInnen sind. Die Bayrische Küche bot dann auf der Saisonkarte Norddeutschen Grünkohl mit Pinkel an. Das essen war dann mittelmäßig, nichts besonderes.

Wir waren 15 Leute mit verschiedene Bestellungen und alle haben gleichzeitig ihr Essen bekommen . Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Ständig war die Bedienung am Tisch , hat nachgefragt wegen Getränke. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine bayerische Speisegaststätte in Hannover, rustikal im bayrischen Stil eingerichtet. Auf der Speisekarte stehen bayerische Spezialitäten wie Schweinsbraten, Weißwurst und Kaiserschmarrn, und natürlich Bier von Paulaner 😀 Die Preise sind o.k. und die Bedienung ging bei uns recht fix. Leider spricht das Personal nicht in bayerischer Mundart 😉, aber das kann man natürlich nicht erwarten. Wie waren zufrieden und kommen wieder, wenn wir mal wieder in Hannover sind.

Trockene Haxe mit Gummihaut, ein trauriger Kloß und Sauerkraut ohne Geschmack. Service nett, Bier wie gewohnt und essen leider unterdurchschnittlich.

Das erste und auch das letzte mal da gewesen... Der Bedienung konnte man ansehen und auch sofort merken das die gute Frau, garkeine lust auf ihre Arbeit hatte. Kam zum Tisch, kalt wie sonst was, auf keine Fragen oder Kritik eingegangen, war ihr leider alles egal. (Die Bedienung mit den 2 piercings in der Unterlippe) Essen kam ziemlich schnell. Geschmacklich war es gut. Wir hatten Portion Hirschgulasch und 2 Portionen Grünkohl mit Bregenwurst. Nur die Größe der Portion war eher eine Kinder Portion!! Also wir es dann angesprochen haben bei unserer extrem kalten Bedienung, bekamen wir die Antwort, bei den im Haus ist das so!! Ok.. vielen Dank für die schlechte Erfahrung. Wir kommen nie wieder... Mussten uns unterwegs irgendwo noch was holen damit wir wenigstens satt werden. Einfach unglaublich, für so ein Restaurant, mit so einem Namen!!!
