Had stomach pain for two hours and think I also got food poisoning

Friendly staff, quick service, and I enjoy the food. I can't comment on the meat, but the vegetarian dishes are delicious.

We ate there a few days ago, the meat was really not good and we had extreme stomach pains afterwards.

Delicious kebab, generous salad, fries drenched in too much mayo, good value for money.

The two of us ate there, both kebab rolls with fries and a drink. We wanted Diet Coke, but unfortunately there was only the sugar version. The kebab roll was nothing special, rather boring. The meat was noticeably fatty, vegetables were very tasty and fresh, and the sauce was very limited. Because we had never been there before, when it came to the sauce we wanted, we asked what was available. At first we were looked at with some surprise and the employee then subliminally seemed a bit annoyed. This was incomprehensible and disproportionate for us. All in all sufficient, but nothing more. Next time we will look for an alternative.

A nice place to get food poisoning. Apart from the material that was sold to me as food, the place is actually not that inviting. The unique taste feature of this traitor triangle is the finger of the extremely unfriendly employee in the sauce of my “doner kebab”. An angular experience all around.

Not a revelation, but not much to complain about. Average. I've been coming here for many years, several times a month. Everything used to be great, and sometimes it still is today. But overall it has slowed down a bit. Eat: The food is delicious, and after probably over 100 visits there haven't been any unpleasant surprises here. They don't skimp on portion sizes, you'll be completely full. Unfortunately, this is no longer a given today and is a big plus. Price: The prices are in the middle segment and unfortunately not a bargain, but reasonable for the city center and the central location and because of the generous portions. Staff: That used to be a lot better. The long-standing colleagues are super friendly and give you a warm welcome as a regular customer ("Cheffe, hello, are you okay?"). There's also a free tea every now and then. The others, unfortunately now most of the colleagues, are rather grumpy and grumpy. If you order from the wrong place, you'll end up with the wrong meat in the kebab, or you'll be asked three times which meat and sauces you want. Can you really not remember an order for 20 seconds? And when I was there later in the evening and took a seat upstairs, I was sent downstairs in a rather unfriendly manner: "No, no, no, the upstairs is already closed." Yes, you want to clean, but then maybe put a sign on the stairs and not bark at people who are already sitting? Ambience: There is enough seating (2 floors and outdoor area). But here too there is an urgent need for improvement. The seating is very worn and looks a bit shabby, unfortunately sometimes the tables are a bit dirty and the floors are sticky. Luckily there is usually enough choice so that you can find a clean one. But cleaning a little more often now and then wouldn't hurt. And unfortunately the toilets are pretty run down and often dirty. You should avoid them if possible.

I ordered a kebab box, the meat was still white and not cooked at all.

I don't recommend this restaurant at all, they have nothing to eat then they don't respect our order in their pizza you smell more like the dough than the topping and all the cheese so it's really not recommended also they make us pay more than the price of the order and be careful with paying for sauce.

The food was good but there were far too many onions in our dish, the service was really not pleasant, he did not respect our order and wanted to make us pay more by mentioning the sauces which, however, were not marked as chargeable. I really don't recommend these restaurants.

You should know that as a customer, you're getting ripped off there, and the sellers don't even have a bad conscience. The quality of the kebabs is beyond praise, and the employees don't even know how to listen.

We really enjoyed it here today! Also recommended for vegetarians, there was a lot to choose from and we would be really full!

If you want to finish work early, you should first close the shop and then clean up. Unfriendly staff. The clothes smell extremely bad when you go outside again... It's a shame, things were better in the "restaurant".

You have to be stupid to eat it

It's a shame, this was once my favorite kebab (10 years ago). Ambiance was virtually non-existent, very cool, MacGyver was playing loudly on a television. I paid €8.50 for the vegetarian lahmacun, even though according to the menu it should cost €6.50. The taste is okay, but no risk of repeat AND I could swear that the vegetarian lahmacun has minced meat on it 🤔.

I can only say this, in one word, it was awful, there was hair inside the doner kebab, so I couldn't eat it, they don't give me the money they paid, it was really disgusting, I vomited.

Very tasty but the prices are not worth it. A kebab plate now costs €16!!!! That's not normal.

Unfortunately I was able to throw away most of the rest of my kebab because the sauce was too bitter and the salad was generally too soft and warm and I don't have to say anything about the meat.

The tastiest doner ever had. If you are into spicy. the spicy sauce they put is amazing!! Highly Recommend!!

The kabdöner was much too dry, so much so that it was not possible to skewer the meat with a fork. Offering something like that to a customer is more than questionable. The toilets upstairs are in very poor condition, very dirty.. We won't be coming back.

Friendly staff, but the kebab meat is much too thick... Almost like mortadella, plus the sauces are watery and the bread is very unstable.. if there's another option for a kebab shop, then choose this one

The meat in the kebab was cut thicker than meatloaf. The onions were quartered like an apple and therefore way too big. The bread was good but the sauces are more suitable for an Indian dish than a kebab. Not recommended unless you are very hungry. And women were stared at with eyes bigger than a baby seal.

We took the Döner Box, it was very tasty, the box contained only meat and potatoes. Good service, friendly staff, the place is very clean. The only downside is the reusable cutlery.

Let's start with the positive things: counter very clean. Staff calm and normally friendly. However, there are many technical flaws. First ask what kind of bread they have for the kebab and expect that the type of bread will be shown to me. Employee replies with: Flatbread! Then next mistake, I ask for two sauces, cocktail and yogurt. Although I just pointed at it instead of saying it. A lot of sauce is put on it and I think to myself, oh man, how is the bread supposed to stand that. I ask for a little onion and coban salad and there is a lot of meat and salad. The kebab is completely ruined after two bites and I continue to eat it with a fork. Unfortunately it's no longer edible either, too much sauce etc. Unfortunately. I didn't eat half of it. I actually want to give the kebab shop a second chance but I'm not sure yet.

Watch your bill, they booked me in error and when I complained I was met with a xenophobic response that "this isn't Africa", which is ironic because I was dealing with someone who obviously looked like a foreigner 🤣. The guy who took my orders was super nice to my nephews and niece, that's why I give it 2 stars

The menu 6 was 12 Euro, but they asked for 12.5 Euro telling the extra 50 cent is for ketchup.

I was in the store today with my colleague. Order placed. I had a vegetarian menu. The young man asked if there was salad with everything. Yes, was my answer, all vegetables were allowed in. I didn't know what they meant by that. After a few bites something meaty came out. I asked my colleague if it wasn't meat. She looked and tried a piece. It was tuna. I went to the counter and told the young man what was in there. He said I answered yes to his question about salad with everything. But he was willing to make me a new plate. I didn't know and don't know that tuna is a standard ingredient in salads. The older colleague said to the younger one why he didn't just take the tuna out. And to me, “it’s just a bit of fish, what’s in it?” As a vegetarian there is a lot to choose from. Instead of apologizing, he blames me and wants to cover it up. The next time someone orders lamb or chicken and there's pork in it, just take the pork off the plate and you're done. There's nothing wrong with it...poor service from the older kebab man and they made too much money from both of us. Never ever there

Fast food restaurant in the heart of the city. The staff seems stressed to me. A little more friendliness towards customers would be nice. I had a mixed salad plate. Unfortunately not everything was fresh, my potatoes were spoiled. When I returned my food there wasn't even an apology. Very cheap in terms of prices, but I don't recommend it.

Today we ordered a kebab and a Lamacun with lamb according to the menu as a menu. There was no lamb! Then just veal. At the counter they asked for... salad everything? Or fries with or without, after paying first then goods. The noise in general was bad for us. We're still used to it. All three were talking behind the counter, the cashier called out, good ones, the waitress asked several questions at the same time. We were about to give up. The man behind the cash register then told my husband that he was holding up all the traffic here. Service, no thanks. Was the last time we were here. There are much better ones. And then such high prices! Fries without anything were very good, lightly browned. The Lamacun well filled with salad and meat, also well wrapped. Only that according to the card the wrong meat was wrapped.

Worst döner I have ever had. Service was bad too. The guy won't listen and acts weird. I placed a pickup order 2 hrs before reaching there, and he had no idea about the order. Anyway I got the döner prepared but it tasted so bad. I am not sure if it really is chicken or something else. Do not have their food

Unfortunately I was very disappointed today. I ordered a kebab pocket (chicken) and it was put together quickly. The taste was pretty good, but the meat was too dry for me. I was charged €09.00 for this kebab bag with a bottle of still water. Simply too expensive for this quality!

The chicken casserole was like chewing gum. The whole floor there is greasy and the toilet floor is full of water. Overfilled trash cans and no napkins. And hair in the food.

I used to enjoy eating there. Today I was there again after the time. Unfortunately, the chicken kebab meat was completely fried. Everything in the men's toilet is completely flooded. The water even came from under the door of the women's toilet.

Unfortunately, the kebab meat was cold because it wasn't freshly cut and came out of the warming box. Salad and fries almost fill the plate with little space for meat. The ice-cold sauces then make the meat completely cold.

Döner was not as good as mentioned. When your order is prepared, you take it yourself (you would expect service in a standard kebab restaurant, we even bought the cutlery ourselves).

I don't recommend it to anyone, really unfriendly employees, every time we left the store we would be insulted in their native language, they only speak (Arabic and Kurdish)

Really bad food. It had scrubber particle found in the dönar. And the customer service was worst. I would never recommend this place for a dine.

I ordered from a kebab waiter and while eating I realized that the remains of the kebab cheese were in my food. When I told them about it, they just said it was common practice and offered me a drink to make up for their mistake. Please find another kebab shop when you are in Hanover instead of going there.

Provides service to Muslims and non-Muslims. Completely reserved vs. Almans/Germans. Doner kebab and chicken tasted good, but with little meat. Had bloating and diarrhea for days. Employee picked inconspicuously. Are you serious? Never again.

The salad with kebab that I always eat is a colorful mix with coleslaw, iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes and many more such as beans, olives, in grape leaves, etc. On top of that a sauce of your choice and with meat or not. With a drink it's now 10 euros. But it's totally fine considering how expensive everything has become. If desired, flatbread can also be added. This is the right choice for vegetable fans

Good kebabs with veal or chicken. Everything nice and fresh with a choice of sauces. Good value for money and centrally located. Prompt service. I always enjoy going there.

I ate a falafel plate there. It was super tasty and plentiful. There were many vegetarian/vegan dishes. I will definitely go there again.

€5 for a small salad to take away is very expensive. Bowls are smaller than before, bread is included, only on request and a small corner of bread. Since Corona, increasing a salad by €2 is a disgrace. January 2024 I took another salad and kebab with me. Sheep cheese was bad (sour) The vegetables were totally over salted. Donner with a lot of fat. Never disgusting again!!! Staff not friendly prefer to keep themselves busy talking on the phone drinking tea etc.

Ist nicht empfehlenswert. Der Verkäufer telefoniert während Bestellung und man hat so ein Gefühl das man nicht als Kunde erwünscht ist Wird kurdisch gesprochen und das Essen hat nicht geschmeckt.

Ein solider, simpler Döner mit der Standard Auswahl was Salat und Soßen angeht. Der Service war sehr gut und der nette Mitarbeiter für einen kleinen Smalltalk zu haben :) Ein guter Döner für die Mittagspause, zentral gelegen und mit 5,50€ preiswert.
