Nazar Restaurant Hannover in Hannover

We went to Nazar Restaurant with 3 people. I saw that my favorite food on the menu was lahmacun. Of course, there are many different dishes but lahmacun is my favorite and we ordered 6 lahmacuns and couldn't get enough of them. I really haven't seen a place that makes such a good lahmacun in the middle of Hannover, Germany. If you happen to be in Hannover, don't go home without eating at Nazar Restaurant.

The salad was a joke, just a few green strips and that was it. There was no dressing at all! I ordered coleslaw separately, but it was just tough and stale, tasteless. The doner meat was very small and cold! This whole thing is an absolute disgrace. And then it cost €20!! Completely unacceptable!

The food was delicious, the service friendly, and the atmosphere pleasant.

I should have read the Google reviews before ordering food there. The lentil soup was truly inedible and the employee was unfriendly. I'm definitely not going back.

The döner and pide were generally delicious, but using Gouda cheese on top of the pide overpowered the pide's own flavor.

I had a Dürüm here, and it tasted delicious even though I was there right before closing time. I bet it's even better during prime time.

We went to Delmenhorst and looked at the pictures. We thought it was a good place. We had to tell the owner that you should be careful about these. We woke up hungry. The shopkeeper knew that if you hadn't eaten, he would have taken the money for the drinks. I don't recommend it.

We ordered a mixed platter there, everything was charred but nicely disguised so that we only saw it at home, we complained the next day with photos, no money back, not taken seriously, they only said that if we eat there, it will be deducted from the amount, the staff are unhygienic in the entire picture, never again, that was the first and last time

We went to eat yesterday, the burger and bilavi smelled old, the salad was old, we only ate the meat and drank the drink, the rest was not eaten, when we told the owner, he could have said we could pay half the price, but he didn't, we paid 45 euros, I don't recommend it, we went to Delmenhorstan Extra and told the owner that he can't be a shopkeeper.

The burger pilaf was not good, the salad was not good, we only ate chicken and drank coke, we told the boss, our plates were still there, we didn't eat, he took 45 euros from us, we went to eat at Delmenhorst, but we were not satisfied, I don't recommend you to go.

I ordered food today and didn't think anything of it. Firstly, I was charged too much for no reason. I got a call and the man told me we didn't have lamb chops, but we did have lamb skewers. I didn't think anything of it, so it said €43, and suddenly they charged me almost €49. How cheeky!! And then my food arrived just like that, the worst part was that the meat had such a disgusting smell and the bulgur was very old, it smelled like you leave it uncovered for three days in the summer, that's just not acceptable, I have never been so disappointed, I also called the owner and he was so disrespectful and hung up in my face instead of apologising and the best part is that there was no yogurt, no spicy food and the food was not warm, it was so cold, it was the worst experience of my life and now I have to get food again because thanks to you I wasted almost €49 and complained to Uber Eats but he kept blaming the delivery person, his food was just a complete disaster, I really wouldn't recommend it!!

I just ordered through Uber Eats and will never return. The food was cold and there was hardly any meat in it, just salad, both in the kebab and the kebab plate. I didn't even touch the kebab; I threw it away straight away. I can make my own salad at home.

I had a kebab here today, and everything was just perfect. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the kebab was delicious (veal), the portion was generous, and the price was more than fair. All in all, a definite recommendation. I finished off with a delicious Turkish tea. I'll definitely be back.

I ordered three meals via Uber. One of the packages was broken, so the rice was in the Uber paper bag. The Beyti Kebab was missing the ordered bulgar and yogurt. The Kofte Plate and Urfa Minced Lamb were missing the grilled tomato. To top it all off, the food only arrived two hours after ordering and was almost cold. I'll eat there, but I'll never order again.

Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied I was looking forward to my meal, but was sadly disappointed. The food was already cold upon delivery, the bread was completely missing, and the salad wasn't cut particularly well. The meat and bulgur were also rather bland and not particularly tasty. It's a shame, I honestly had hoped for more.

I was in the store alone today and sat down. After about 15 minutes, no one served me, even though the kitchen staff looked at me but didn't respond. After a total of 20 minutes, I left, frustrated. The service was truly disappointing, especially considering the store wasn't busy.

An absolutely disappointing visit. The food was tasteless, carelessly prepared and sometimes even served cold.

I definitely wouldn't give them any stars!!! So what was delivered at Nazar Restaurant was really subterranean. Let's start with the kebab: We made it clear how we wanted it - no one there was interested. Instead, the salad was simply thrown in without asking and the sauce was completely forgotten. The flatbread was tiny, the bread was cold, and there was almost only salad inside, hardly any meat. The salad was also roughly and carelessly cut – really unpleasant to eat. The fries? What a disgrace! They tasted as if raw potatoes had been peeled, thrown briefly into old oil and then taken straight out again. Soft, greasy, just disgusting. And then there was the atmosphere: the tables were dirty, no one bothered to clean them properly. And the staff – extremely unfriendly. You are treated as if you were a nuisance, while they act as if they were the bosses themselves. Absolutely no respect for the guests. Honestly: Never again Nazar Restaurant. Save yourself the money and the frustration.

No recommendations. Coincidentally, I ordered via UberEats because I had to pay 5 euros for my order due to a promotion. A Funghi pizza and 2 kebabs in bread were ordered. The pizza was and to be honest not pizza. There was no tomato sauce on the "pizza" and no mushrooms either (why Funghi then?). Instead, the pizza was only with cheese (and therefore greasy) and with 3 carelessly cut pepper and tomato slices. The kebab bread was black. The kebab itself was nothing special but not fatally bad either. Since I only had to pay €5, it's still okay. I would have been annoyed if I had had to pay the full price. Once and not again.

The doner meat was hard and dry, with more salad than anything else. The chicken skewer was way too salty, and the lahmacun were cold when they were brought to the table. We're definitely not eating there again...

The Adana was really delicious, the salads were beautifully dressed and not dry! Everything on the plate went together very well. The service was very attentive and brought me more tea! Very family-friendly.

Unfortunately, my visit to the Nazar Restaurant was a bitter disappointment. Either I confused it with another Nazar restaurant or the quality here really leaves something to be desired. The food had hardly any taste, nothing was really convincing. Even the atmosphere wasn't what I expected - instead of a cozy restaurant, it seemed more like a simple snack bar. If you are looking for a special culinary experience, you should look elsewhere.

Unfortunately the service on Saturday was poor, I was the first to sit down and order but the last to be served the food as what was on the menu was not followed.

They don't know what they are offering and this results in incorrect deliveries.

It absolutely sucked. We went to the mixed breakfast. It's nothing like the pictures. They brought together the leftover ingredients from the kitchen and placed them in front of us. The sausage and egg were completely burnt. Instead of kashar, they brought melted cheese, that is, melted cheese put on pita. There was no variety. !!!! In one word, DISGRACE!!!!!

I have to say that I don't actually want to report so negatively about other people, but unfortunately I have to say that I wouldn't eat in this shop again because it was very dirty and the food honestly had no taste. Sorry, I have to write that.

We recently visited the Nazar Restaurant and absolutely loved it. The service is really top notch - the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive and makes you feel comfortable right from the start. You immediately notice that a lot of value is placed on hospitality here. The food was simply delicious! All dishes were freshly prepared, tasted to perfection and beautifully presented. Particularly noteworthy are the authentic flavors that make every bite a pleasure. Whether it's meat dishes, vegetarian options or traditional side dishes - everyone gets their money's worth here. Another highlight was the tea that was served to us on the house at the end of the meal - a really nice gesture that rounded off the evening perfectly. Overall, a great experience that we can only recommend. If you are looking for delicious food in a warm atmosphere, you should definitely pay a visit to the Nazar Restaurant!

Unfriendly waiter. I wanted to "save" food through to good to go. In the evening I was given the dried-out hard noodles from lunch and burnt, I don't know, vegetables! So I really don't expect much! But it should be clean and edible food... I wouldn't even have offered that to a dog!

Yesterday I ordered food for over 50 EUR and I am absolutely disappointed. The köfte bags (8 EUR) and köfte-dürüm (9 EUR) were not edible and I had to throw them away. The minced meat was so incredibly poor quality. It was full of cartilage and inside were pieces of tendons about 2cm long and hard like plastic. Inedible and excuse my French, but it was downright disgusting. A mini portion of fries (4 EUR) were also delivered. Didn't taste good and mayo/ketchup was missing too. At that price it's a disgrace.

Had kebab and kofta with bread. Doner kebab was okay, unfortunately the kofta was full of gristle and very bad industrial waste felish. Too bad for the money

Ordered there yesterday, the kebab that was delivered to me was really the worst in my life. I threw away 3/4 and I still feel bad. For 4 euros we each did Toogoodtogo to save food. What came out of it? Completely unfriendly employee, and we just got pasta with tomato sauce. Despite delicious salads and a full display before closing time. It's not about saving valuable food, it's about money. Too bad. The rest will definitely end up in the trash. My noodles were completely overcooked. Avoid this store. The seller was also totally unfriendly and didn't even ask what we wanted, they should stay away from food rescue.

It was by far the best meat/iskender I've eaten in Hanover so far. I've eaten almost everywhere in the area. Real Yaprak meat and not cheap minced meat skewers.

I was a bit skeptical because of some of the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. I haven't eaten such a delicious (huge) chicken kebab for a long time!!! Bread is homemade, the meat is very tasty and there is actually enough for 2 people 😃 really great for 7€. Adana was also good in taste, but for €18 it was a rather small portion. But the kebab convinced me and the staff was super nice 🙏🏼

I had a delicious Adana Kebap with grilled vegetables and fries. The fries could have been a little hotter, otherwise I have nothing to complain about, it tasted very good. We also had a very good chat with the owners. I'd love to come back.

Yesterday I “saved” food here via Toogoodtogo. The floor in the restaurant was greasy. You can ignore that if the rest is correct. I felt devalued as a person through the interaction with the employees. I was made to feel like I was a beggar, that I was absolutely unwanted and that I should leave as quickly as possible and that I shouldn't make any demands at all. I am familiar with the concept of Toogoodtogo - of course I have no demands. The point is that you can save what is left over for little money and thus save it from the trash can. What goes against all hygiene rules, however, is scraping together bulgur that is left over from other guests of the day and then selling it on as a surprise box. I don't think that's right and I'm very disappointed and sad about this incident. I'm sure this restaurant can offer good cuisine in principle, but it definitely needs a lot of improvement. This incident just makes me feel dehumanized somewhere and I wouldn't come here again.

I ordered here and they gave me 40 minutes to receive my food. It's been an hour and I haven't received it yet. And when you call the store you can't be reached

Unfortunately the food didn't live up to expectations at all. I ordered two overnight bags today. The very first thing the chef asked me was if I had brought a box, even though I ordered for two. Then I had to point it out, unfortunately he was overwhelmed by my requirements. For two surprise bags you would normally expect a collection of food, but I was only given two components: chicken legs and bulgur. Unfortunately, the bulgur doesn't look fresh at all as pictured and the chicken legs were very, very, very fatty. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience and therefore I cannot recommend it.

We ordered via Uber Eats last night. My husband had an Adana skewer for €18. When he opened the packaging and finally found the tiny portion of bulgur under the small skewer, he was hugely disappointed. I have never experienced anything like it. Price-performance ratio is not right here at all. We had to make the Lahmancun with salad ourselves after it was delivered…

All in all -10 I have not seen a worse restaurant, how does it still have customers if I write down the reasons it will take me a day all in all -10 I will not go back and I do not recommend it to anyone

I “saved” food today via TooGoodToGo Collection from 8 p.m. and €4 per meal was charged. The bad thing is that two donner plates were simply packed together. So small portions without tzatziki or anything like that. For me it has nothing to do with TooGoodToGo if you just put together a small portion of a donner plate. But the worst thing of all is that apparently other guests' leftover food is being sold here. I had a large slice of cucumber in my salad and someone had already taken a bite! You could see exactly the tooth impression. So the TooGoodToGo meals are thrown together from the uneaten plates. An absolute no-go. I would say: “Stay away from this shop, here you can get the leftovers that haven't been eaten! Absolute disaster! Money is made from garbage here. Absolutely food questionable what you are doing. Totally disgusting 🤢

Everything a guest could wish for! We, i.e. two very demanding guests, were very satisfied. The staff was very nice and competent. You felt welcome. Each of us had no problem finding something on the menu. The food came quickly, was good and plentiful. The tripe soup (İşkembe) was amazing!!!! We were there in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was pleasantly full. We still got a table without a reservation. You can sit perfectly indoors and outdoors. Price/performance ratio was absolutely right. We'd love to come back.
