Sorry, "Maria" isn't friendly! The food is "good," but the price is too high! The highlight was ordering a Coke Zero (my girlfriend is diabetic)—she was brought a regular Coke and told "the bottle is now open." Never again

Unfortunately, a disappointing visit We only wanted a drink at this small Italian restaurant. When we asked for a beer, we were rudely informed that it was a wine bar – even though they did serve beer. There were also unnecessary arguments while pouring the wine. In the end, an unpleasant situation arose because a still valid voucher was described as "outdated" (only 2 years old, the voucher states 3 years validity...) – loudly and in front of other guests. It was accepted, but not exactly politely. A shame, disappointing...

After three weeks in Norway, a welcome short break to Italy. Very authentic, fun, and incredibly delicious. Highly recommended! Other restaurants had already closed their kitchens at 8:45 p.m. But the manager of Vino Veritas found a solution for everyone.

Komme einmal monatlich von Koblenz nach Northeim.Für uns ist es schon Fast Pflicht dieses Lokal zu besuchen. Habe neulich meinen Geburtstag dort gefeiert,meine Gäste waren sehr begeistert. Das Inhaber Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und berät auch gut bei der Zusammenstellung der Speisen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Absolutely unpleasant atmosphere, which was largely created by the incredibly unfriendly service. I mean, our waitress was also the manager of the restaurant, which actually just makes it worse. The place is very small and the open kitchen means it smells really unpleasant all the time. On top of all this, none of our group (5 people) enjoyed the food.

We went to this restaurant on a Saturday evening as a couple without a reservation. It looked pretty full, but we still managed to get a seat. A bit remote at the top, but it was very suitable for us. The employee first set the table nicely for us and took the drinks. There is no menu here. At the front of the entrance there is a large table with some dishes. We chose the tagliatelle with shrimp and the pasta with salmon. Upon request, we got the salmon pasta with penne instead of tagliatelle. However, it took a long time for the food to be prepared. You can basically watch the chef because it's an open kitchen, which was nice. The taste of both dishes was okay, but in our opinion there were still some spices missing. However, they didn't skimp on the ingredients, which surprised me quite positively. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The ambience and furnishings were also great. The price for two dishes, two white wines and a large bottle of water was around 60 euros.

Da hat Northeim einen guten Fang gemacht. Ein schönes, mit offener Küche eingerichtetes Lokal. Alle vom Team sind unglaublich nett und machen auch Späße mit einem. Zum Essen: zu Beginn hatte ich bei den etwas höheren Preisen für einen Ort wie Northeim Angst, es ist zu viel. Aber meine Linguine mit wirklich frisch am Tisch auf dem Teller gehobelten Trüffel waren mehr als Spitzenklasse. Alle anderen Speisen die ich probieren konnte waren ebenfalls große und unglaublich leckere Gerichte. Ich komme aus Berlin und muss sagen, ein Lokal was mit dem Vino Veritas mithalten kann, habe ich aktuell noch nicht gefunden. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Preise sind nicht klein. Für ein einfaches Salat habe ich 14 € bezahlt. Das ust viel. Der Service macht auf gute Kumpels - muss man mögen.

Wenn der Sohn toll ist muss der Vater noch besser sein! Und das stimmt in jedem Fall. Schade aber das ihr umgezogen seid die alte Location war wundervoll!

Habe dort heute eine sehr gute, originale Carbonara gegessen.

Herzlicher Empfang essen und Service sind top. Die Speisekarte ist recht übersichtlich aber für jeden etwas dabei, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Ausgezeichnet von Essen bis Ambiente! Wir haben sehr leckeren frisch gegessen. Schöne Atmosphäre und es gibt noch echte Stoffservietten und Besteck für jeden Gang.

Wir haben uns für das Mittagsbuffet entschieden, es war sehr sehr lecker, appetitlich und auch reichlich. Beste italienische Küche. 6 Sterne dafür !

Nette kleine italienische Trattoria. Man sitzt in der Küche und kann die Zubereitung live beobachten. Sehr empfehlenswert. Aber klein, also reservieren.

Tolles ital.Restaurant mit Vinothek! Der Besitzer kocht live im stadtzentralen Restaurant frische, orginale italienische Küche mit Liebe zum Detail.Dazu gibt es sehr gute Weine,auch Flaschenweise zu kaufen. Wer etwas besonderes sucht sollte hier einkehren!
