Don's is always worth a visit. We like to eat burgers here. You should definitely make a reservation on the weekend as it is always very crowded here.

Super super nice and really tasty. That wasn't the last time. We had forgotten our bag and they called us directly.

Fantastic!100 stars. Very friendly and very nice staff. The decorations are beautiful. I want my home office like this. We ordered a steak with potatoes. Potatoes are delicious, never eaten so well. The perfect steak cooking! I ordered a "Heart Attack" burger, it was something magical. . 🤪🤪 The potato croquettes are delicious. We would love to come back. They accept dogs. Congratulations to all employees. 🤩🤩🤩

We were there last night and, as always, the restaurant was very busy. So of course we made a reservation and got a nice place by the oven. As always, the service staff were in a really good mood and it was just a lot of fun to eat there. The selection is also very good and the prices are just way too cheap if you're honest. I can only recommend the diner, you simply have to visit it.

We've been eating here for years and it's always delicious! Dogs are also welcome here. If we take ours with us, she even gets something to drink and her “food” before we do!

The entrance area is quite nice, but the adjacent room is more like a clubhouse. I can't judge the burgers. The fries with cheese are not potato wedges, just fries with cheese. Far too expensive for that.

We took a break here. Off the highway and a short walk to the diner. A very nice service. The food was really tasty and so was the dessert. Price performance was great. We'll definitely come back when we head north again. 😃

The service was great, nice and quick. The food was also very tasty, the sweet potato fries were excellent, as was the dip. I had the heart attack burger, which was also delicious and the quantity was more than enough. Mini minus point, there are quite a lot of ingredients on the Heartatackburger, but they somehow get lost and you can't taste them. A classic cheeseburger would have been just as good.

We spontaneously ended up here while traveling north. We felt very comfortable thanks to the nice employee with the full beard. Very friendly and nice to see how much he enjoys doing his job 👍 We'll be back in April as promised 😀 Another plus point is that dogs are very welcome here.

Really pleasant and relaxed here. The burgers were very unusual and tasty. I tasted the quality of the meat. In addition, the menu is full of delicacies, I usually have little problem deciding between 1 or 2 dishes, but in Don's Diner the decision was really difficult for me! Homemade pasta, homemade lemonade, fantastic burgers and much more... I'm really looking forward to my next visit.

Ended up in Don’s Diner by chance on the way home from Hamburg. Super nice service, large portions and very tasty food. Four men drove on happy and full. Happy to come back!

Stopped off for dinner from vacation in the “south.” Good burgers, very cool chili cheese sauce and delicious onion rings. Service could be a little more attentive. Instead of chatting behind the counter, keep an eye on the customers. Long wait. But otherwise everything was great. Gladly again. 👍

Food was very good and the atmosphere was very good.

We were there recently with about 10 people. The usual local order was served. I had a Dons burger with fried potatoes, they were really tasty. The prices seem to have gone up a bit. Well, anyway, everyone in our group obviously enjoyed it, so nothing stands in the way of a next visit.

Very nice staff. I would particularly like to emphasize the dog-friendliness. Despite my pack of three, we were warmly welcomed and the dogs were immediately provided with water and snacks. Of course we humans do too. 😊 Delicious food, great American flair and reasonable prices! We'll be back!

Went here spontaneously for dinner. At first when we arrived at the restaurant it looked like everything was fully booked, but the nice staff gave us a place in the winter garden, which was totally fine. As I said, the staff was very nice and the friendliness was really great, which is unfortunately rare these days, but it still seemed like they were generally a bit overwhelmed. The waiting times were very long and we had to keep asking where the drinks were and what the food was made of etc., which caused a bit of confusion. The burgers were really great, but unfortunately it didn't blow us away. So all in all it wasn't bad, but unfortunately we wouldn't go there again.

After a long time I was here again for dinner. There was also a new menu and I was hoping that the food would be better for me. But somehow it doesn't suit me. I think that's a shame. The restaurant itself is very nice and the waitresses are super friendly. The only thing I don't like is the burgers. There are better ones in the area.

Hello my dear friends First of all, I would like to mention that the food tasted very good, but in my opinion it was too little (small between snacks) But now I would like to make it clear that the now 6-fold grandfather and presumably shop owner Don has considerable difficulties understanding the German language. After an 8 ⅗ hour drive, I was looking forward to a large portion of pasta. On the recommendation of friends, I went to Don's Diner when I was very hungry and was unfortunately very disappointed. It took an inestimable eternity for our drink to arrive. The biggest disappointment/insolence was that my long-awaited and ordered pasta dish turned into a burger that was too small. After about an hour I got a small burger instead of the pasta I ordered... It has to be mentioned that it tasted good, but it was still the wrong dish. Due to time constraints we couldn't wait another 2 hours to get the noodles and I had to be content with the small burger. While we were eating and our drinks were already empty, we were not asked for new ones, which meant that we almost dried out on the food The next somewhat annoying point was the payment Thanks to the lunchtime visit, we were already 2 hours behind in our travel schedule and after asking for the bill three times, we were finally able to pay and continue our trip. I hope this was just an exception and wish everyone else a better stay But I was dissatisfied with the overall package and was hoping for more Best regards

Authentic and original. We passed by here on our journey from the north to the south and had lunch here. The little detour from the A7 was very worth it. There are many details to discover and enjoy in the restaurant. The food was also very tasty. Individual wishes gladly fulfilled. For example, I got a fried egg with my schnitzel with hollandaise sauce. The only thing that bothered us were the many flies outside, against which we literally had to defend the food. Luckily it wasn't that busy on Monday lunchtime and so we were able to choose a nice place in the shade even without a reservation.

What can I say. Rockabilly burgers of the best quality in more than sufficient quantities at a very good price. It tastes great and fills you up a lot. The staff fits in very homogeneously with the action, is friendly, quick and doesn't leave you thirsty. Wishes were promptly fulfilled. I'll be back, no question.

Friendly service that makes you feel good. Generous portions. Tried onion rings as recommended and wasn't disappointed. -> very tasty. Perfect to reach from the motorway as a stopover plus on-site parking. Each burger can be ordered as a veggie burger. A solid B as a grade for the diner.

This afternoon the two of us and the dog went to Don's Diner. We were warmly welcomed and served quickly. Even the dog was given water without asking. The burger was very tasty and fresh. Everything was right. Thanks for the nice lunch.

Super Service. Very cozy. The whole restaurant is very harmoniously furnished and decorated. A diner the way you like it. Today (07/21/24) we had 2 chicken steak burgers with fries, 1 heart attack burger, chicken nuggets and nachos with pulled pork gratinated with cheddar. Everything is super delicious 😋

A nice evening, my food was good, unfortunately a friend's food was only lukewarm. When ordering, the side dishes were forgotten and then arrived 10 minutes later. The service was super nice, but unfortunately a bit of a miss, the drinks we ordered were forgotten and only came when asked. You actually know it differently. But, everyone has a bad day sometimes...! Still, always a recommendation 😉

I am thrilled every time I eat here. The food is very good and at fair prices. In addition, the staff is always friendly and helpful. A clear recommendation, also for families with children.

What can you say: Top service, fast service, great ambience, good food, large enough portions and the prices are good too. There were 5 of us there and we ate well. In order to bridge the (short) waiting time with the kids, we were given 3 small games (Uno, Maumau and Mikado) at the table. Great idea and the short waiting time went by even faster. We'd love to come back!

I don't really know much about burgers. I don't go to Papp Donalds and Würger King. The patty could be made from fresh mince, but it is definitely juicy. The prices are definitely pleasant.

On the way back from the Black Forest we were surprised by how hungry we were. Then we came across Don's Diner. We liked it straight away, we were greeted very friendly and warmly upon arrival. When choosing, we were even allowed to try the sauces so that the burger 🍔 was to our liking. We also had a super tasty schnitzel and a top notch baked potato. Churros as dessert rounded things off. Everything was perfect, and the price was absolutely great. If we are in the area again we will 100% come back. Please keep it up
