Location is something special in Munich, an enrichment of the city. I hope more ideas like this emerge in Munich, as they transform every city into a place in a fairy tale.

All praise for this wonderful restaurant, very tasty food, friendly and smiling staff... I would especially praise and highlight the young, capable and very kind manager of this establishment, Mr. Djonlagic Dzenan, whose arrival and engagement in this restaurant raised the bar even more when it comes to the entire staff, service, hygiene and food quality. All recommendations for Losteria Pasing... Must visit!!!

Service – schlechter Service – Ober im Canal Grande Wir wollten am Samstagabend aus besonderem Anlass ein Abendessen im Canal Grande genießen. Bestellung wurde aufgegeben, Wein und Gruß aus der Küche kamen. Als Vorspeise Bruschetta gewählt: Na ja, für 7,50€ 4 Scheibchen, aber klein wie Babyhändchen. Hauptgang bestellt: Goldbrasse und Seeteufel, geliefert wurde Fisch und Scampis - also alles wieder zurück, 2.Versuch hat geklappt; nur hat Herr Ober nicht bemerkt , dass einmal Besteck fehlte. Noch ein 2. Glas Wein wäre auch nicht schlecht?! Statt des bestellten Rose kam aber Weiswein. Ganz nebenbei bemerkten wir, dass auch an anderen Tischen der Wein falsch geliefert bzw. das Essen von 2 Tischen vertauscht wurde. Noch sahen wir über diese Unregelmäßigkeiten hinweg. Aber bei der Rechnung wurde dann auch die falsche Bestellung verrechnet. Also Rückerstattung eingefordert. Soweit so gut!! Habe mir dann erlaubt , den Herrn Ober beim Abschied zu fragen , ob er noch kurz Zeit hätte, denn meines Erachtens ist es heute nicht sehr zufriedenstellend gelaufen. Antwort KEINE ZEIT! --- Und weg! Dann noch ein 2. Versuch: Da kam ich aber nur zu einer Bemerkung und erhielt die pampige Antwort: SIE BRAUCHEN GAR NICHT MEHR WIEDERKOMMEN! ---- Und weg! Habe dann noch die Besitzerin getroffen, den Vorfall geschildert, von Verständnis geschweige denn eine vernünftigen Entschuldigung war nicht viel zu merken. Das war´s dann wohl mit Canal Grande!!

we were there yesterday around 18.30 and waited around 45 minutes just to get seated. the pasta was good but not as great as everyon in the comments mentioned it to be, the portion was too big, meaning the food already got cold as i was in the middle of it and became very bad. rather they make smaller portions at cheaper prices instead of making huge portions that start tasting bad in the middle, we saw a lot of people leaving without finishing their meal while waiting. very overpriced.

Very, very good, no, excellent! A little piece of Italy in the heart of Munich. The food is always a treat! Very friendly and attentive service! I would come again. Unfortunately, we live far away. But every time is a pleasure ☺️

Unfortunately not a good experience. The waiter in particular with his "advice" certainly did not make the restaurant look good by defining some dishes only for "potato-eating Krauts" and not recommending them because they were poorly made and with poor quality ingredients for the refined palate of us (like him) Italians. Furthermore, despite acting like a great "chef", he was unable to bring us a simple dish of spaghetti Calabrese!!! His luck was that our friend Aldo didn't give him even 2 slaps when, with a bill of 560 euros, he wanted to "decide to get" a tip of 40 euros!!! Stuff that if it happened to chef Borghese he would have him closed down in half an hour. Dishes presented well but not exceptional in taste or cooking (I repeat, after insistent advice I recommend taking them): appetizer of stuffed fried flowers digested the following evening, spaghetti Calabrese overcooked, not very spicy and with fish, beef fillet overcooked and with "something" of fried food on top that is indecipherable and inedible, mediocre dessert, coffee served cold. Almost 100 euros each with only 2 bottles of wine (not the extra luxury ones). Service rated ZERO. Not to return!!!!

We stopped by spontaneously during a visit to Munich and received a very warm welcome. The food was incredibly good, and the service was very attentive and friendly.
