Food was very tasty, whether pizza or pasta. Nice restaurant and friendly service. Price/performance absolutely top.

Pasta with salamon have a lot fish bones for this price not accept.

Delicious Italian pasta. Fast service and debonair waiters. Toilets are clean but smell a bit. I ate gnocchi with spinach, white cheese and tomato sauce which is very similar to delicous Turkish salca.

The two of us ate there and were served excellently. The prices were reasonable, the food arrived quickly and tasted very good too. Clear recommendation.

I was in Munich with my family this July and we had dinner at Pasta e Basta on 3 of the 4 nights of our trip. Excellent food with fresh and tasty ingredients; excellent service thanks to friendly and attentive waiters; and a very cozy atmosphere, not to mention being very close to the subway. Congratulations to Pasta e Basta!

Good quality Italian food considering it is in Germany. The only note is that the post is a little overcooked but it is certainly made to match local tastes.

It's a nice Italian place right in the center of the city. I loved the ambience and the service provided was great. I ordered myself a pasta vegetariana. The pasta was cooked well with vegetables but the overall taste of the dish was a bit bland for me. I asked for some chilli flakes and it was perfect for me with it (I like my food a bit spicy). The portion itself was very good and worth the price we pay. I didn't try the pizza here. I'll update it here the next time I go back! If you're in the area and are looking for an Italian place, I recommend you try out Pasta e Basta!

The food was fantastic and the price was more than acceptable for Munich 😊 I had the linguini with salmon zucchini and lemon cream sauce. Polite waiters and nice restaurant. I can highly recommend it. Pouring beer still needs practice 😉

Average Italian, unfortunately the cutlery was cleaned and thrown into baskets during the meal, very loud, you don't do that in front of guests.

Good and delicious food! A very attentive service that is also happy to respond to additional requests. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. It can be a bit noisy at times, but Pasta e basta is definitely worth a visit.

Don’t ask for the Carbonara, it doesn’t have any bacon and even if you ask they will not add more. You’ll be paying 12,50 for spaghetti with cream.

Lots of seating and generous portions. Mainly pizza and pasta. There are seafood dishes and a weekly or daily menu. The service was quick.

Went there on a weekday at 6 p.m. and were able to get a seat straight away without a reservation. The food came quite quickly and was really tasty. By 7 p.m. the restaurant was full, and a reservation would be useful then.

Were there for the first time. We liked the fish, the spaghetti Bolognese and the pizza bread. The side salad was a little too drenched in dressing but okay. Service friendly and nice. Price/performance fair. Around 6 p.m. it was full and therefore louder.

There's not much to say - it's been the best address for value for money pizza in the middle of Munich for years.

There were already a lot of people I ordered pizza with aglio olio. The pizza was very delicious The aglio olio was light and delicious as well.

Unfortunately, I received brutally rude service, I do not recommend the place to anyone, and the food was not the best either.

I was not impressed by the taste at all. The pasta sauce was flavourless, tasted like unflavoured store bought tomato sauce. There were perhaps only 2 spinach leaves and the meat was so so dry. The good thing about pasta usually is that parmesan cheese can fix everything, but I suppose the parmesan wasn’t high quality as well.. hence couldn’t improve the taste. The homemade lemonade with rosemary was simply squeezed lemon juice with soda. The pizza was ok, but nothing special.. Let’s just say that the reviews of this place lie a lot. On the positive side, the atmosphere is very nice, modern and romantic. The location is good and the prices are in the middle range. At least we didn’t get ripped off.

Pasta formagi was delicious, but nothing special.

Food is absolutely disgusting. We ordered risotto and lasagna and it was terrible. The lasagna was just a block of undercooked, flavourless pasta. The risotto was white rice with a few mushrooms. Never coming back.

Food and service were really perfect. Friendly and authentic. The food was really tasty and the portions were good. Unfortunately, the perfect impression ends with the sanitary facilities. Dim lighting, everything smeared with pens and the toilets actually too disgusting to sit down on. A pity.

If you, as a teenager, sit down at a free table in a busy restaurant late at lunchtime, the service threatens you with a €10 fine: you should have asked beforehand. Unfortunately neither a joke nor irony...

We cannot understand the positive reviews. Our food was cold, especially the lasagna. The pasta dough was homemade, warm and al dente. But the sauces were only lukewarm and tasted mediocre to okay. Overall, not bad, but not really wow either. Visually it didn't look that appealing either

Pizza Gambini, super tasty 😋 Staff was also very nice. There were 8 of us here and everything was served quickly and easily! Pizza, Aperol Spritz and 1 large table water €25, value for money is also okay!

Mediocre food, without a particular taste. The carbonara was just plain spaghetti, the lasagna a lot of tomatoes, I didn't even take a photo. Nice salads though.

Service is really good, and in comparison to many Italian restaurants in Munich, there is a large room for guests at and around tables. Last but not least food is delicious. If you want to try something strong for alcohol I advise their americano (not a coffee).

Schöne Alte Wirtschaft von früher mit neuen Italiener. Hervorragende Küche und schönes Ambiente. Hier macht Zeit verbringen Spaß.

Solider und gut besuchter Italiener mit günstigen und leckerem Essen. Ich hatte die Rigatoni vier Käse, die sehr schmackhaft und cremig waren, dazu eine gute Menge Parmesan drauf und noch ein kleines Wasser dazu. Ich habe für alles inklusive Trinkgeld 15 € gezahlt, was für heutige Verhältnisse ja sehr günstig ist.mein Kellner war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, eben grad so, wie es bei Italienern und deren Gastfreundlichkeit sein soll. Fazit: Kellner nicht überfordert, auch wenn das Restaurant proppevoll ist. (was am Anfang von meinem Besuch durchaus so war), kann man also sehr gut machen, wenn man mal in der Gegend ist.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Seitdem wir im Glockenbach wohnen unser Italiener für jeden Anlass. Essen gerne vor Ort, bestellen aber auch gerne zum mitnehmen. Super konstante Qualität und die Kellner sind immer unfassbar freundlich, auch wenn das Restaurant manchmal gerammelt voll ist. Wenn man zu zweit kommt, bekommt man auch ohne Reservierung immer gut einen Platz. Weiter so!

Wir kommen sehr regelmäßig Das Essen schmeckt immer super und die Gnocchis mit roten Pesto und Pinienkernen sind der hammer!!

Großartige Pizza, faire Preise, blitzschnelle Bedienung, wenn... Wir hatten etwas Pech und betraten das Restaurant ohne Reservierung kurz nach zwei großen Gruppen. Entsprechend lange dauerte es, bis der Kellner erschien. Weinberatung tadelsfrei (kurz und knapp gibt es Flaschenwein in "süß" und "gut", wir nahmen gut, und der Wein war sehr gut und mit €26 völlig fair bepreist). Die Pizza materialisierte sich in blitzartiger Geschwindigkeit - und sie war sehr gut! Das Ambiente ist unprätentiös und funktional. Würde man hier ein romantisches Abendessen buchen? Vermutlich nicht. Aber die Messer waren sehr scharf, was in München besondere Erwähnung verdient. Wir kommen ganz sicher gerne wieder!
